I really want to know who Gabrielle's hubby is. Why is the little boy going to die? Who was the seer who told her everything? Gah this is good! Wonderful come back my dear! This is why I've missed your writing so much. You better post like soon. Tomorrow or hey wait till midnight hahaha.

Stef; Of course you would try and get more haha. I'm thinking of once a week postings, just so I don't have a lot of pressure to write a whole lot at once while school is in. In time, all will be revealed. I can't give it all away at once otherwise what would I write?! Hopefully I can continue writing like this. Thank you!

I am very impressed. This new story is off to a great start. There is really nothing to critique to be quite honest. The writing was wonderful. I did see a couple of grammar errors but that really doesn't matter.

I am very curious to know who the father is. You say this takes place during Half Blood Prince? Could it be that Snape is the father?

Very good job Lauren. I'm anxious to read more.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I was rather flabbergasted when I read that you had nothing serious to critique. A major accomplishment for me haha. I'll work on the grammar, but the lucky thing will be if I can catch everything. I've edited the next couple chapters several times already!

Interesting, people seem to believe the father is Snape. I can't give anything away, so we'll just have to wait and see where we end up at the end.

This chapter was less intense but still very good.

I do have a question, why didn't her grandfather drop her off at her uncle's house? Didn't her mom ask for that? Is her grandfather dead also? What about her brother?

I get the strange feeling that her aunt is a character that we aren't going to see for long. I don't know why I get that idea.

Thank you again for your feedback. To answer your question, Julian was Gabrielle's brother and Jamie's uncle. Karcerus did bring Jamie to Julian and Audrey (who is Julian's wife) as Gabrielle had instructed him to do. The fate of Karcerus and Jamie's brother will be explained at a later point in the story.

Audrey loves action, but she'd never put her life in danger unnecessarily. She loves Jamie too much for that. We'll see what she ends up doing in the end.

The next couple chapters aren't action filled, in fact Chapter One has the most action for now. But the story will pick-up beyond these boring fillers. Thanks again!

Oh my God, that is one of the most fantastic stories I have ever read (Harry Potter included!) I was devastated to see that Chapter Three was posted today-a longer wait. I love the character Jamie, she seems so interesting and cool. I love how she is friends with the trio and so is clued in with everything. I also love Audrey, she seems so fantastic and reminds me of my aunts who aren't actually blood. Can't wait to read more.

But then I'm out of pre-written chapters, and I'm so busy during the week that I might take a little bit longer to post. I'll try to keep up though! Well I just caught up. Since I didn't subscribe I had no clue that you had updated.

Hermione is so funny about Ron. You know you make it seem like you think two people can't be friends for such a long time without having feelings for one another! I love that idea but meh it's not always true.

Yay! I hope Harry likes Jamie and not Ginny hahaha I'm not a Ginny fan sorry. What I found strange was the Dumbledore Jamie conversation. I dunno it was kinda random but then again that's Dumbledore for ya! I love it Laur it's great and I can't wait for me

Thanks Stef. I didn't know it seemed like I thought that about Hermione and Ron because to be honest I think the complete opposite. I have lots of guy friends that I'll never have feelings for. But with Hermione and Ron, well they were destined to be together.

Harry/Jamie. That would be great, wouldn't it? I have a plan for them; it'll be great. I like Ginny as a character, but not with Harry. I liked Harry with another fan fiction character, but I can't for the life of me remember which story or character it was. Oh well.

Dumbledore/Jamie. Dumbledore is just a random ol' man with a sharp mind. He knows why the conversation took place, and even though I knew it was a random section, it really sets up the future for Jamie. Odd, I talk to my characters...

Seeing this new chapter was like seeing a new HP book, I was thrilled. It is so amazing, and the suspense is rising like a volcano in me! I cannot wait to see chapter six :D:D

I have to hand it to you Lauren, this chapter went completely with my mood. I think that I've finally found a character I wish I could be. Sometimes the urge for revenge is so strong that it over powers you to the point where you don't know if it can be controlled.

The chapter was very well written and I liked the character. He's just as bitter as he should be.
