I had this dream recently about my dead grandmother.We were shifting the house.Whwt my grand mother told was,"Please don't find a house far from where you are living right now because I won't be able to and live with you if you are far away".It really made me scared and immediately I told my family about this dream and they found a house which is 1km away from where I was living.I was so happy also since my grandmother chose me to deliver this message.

I have lots of dreams...
Nearly all of them are so weired they will jump from one place to another and to not make sense.

I had one recently that looking back on i didn't like.
I was saying that i thought my mums boyfriend a celebrity i liked him more than my dad. Which is so not true...
I didn't like it....

Nightmares i'm sure i have lots but i don't remeber them asweel as my dreams..
I remember one though...

I was quite young and i'd been playing a playstation 1 game. Called Bugs bunny Lost in time...
And theres this character called Merlin....

And i heard his voice as if clear as day saying that my Dad was in prison or something..
I was scared because the voice had seemed so real..
But of course it must have been a dream, because my Dad has never been in prison.
It creeped me out none the less.

And i try to avoid sleeping on the pillow case that i was sleeping on when i had the nightmare.

I have had probably some of the craziest dreams.

One dream I remeber that I've had was about this boy I met in preschool. He always gave me the creeps, because he had to wear and eye patch. I remember him telling me it was because he didnt have an eye, which I later found out it was just because he had Ambleopia, which is a common eye sight problem. Any how, in my dream, he was there chacing me around with a leaf blower. And that was the whole dream. The funny part is, this happened probably 5 years after I was in preschool, yet this kid still freaked me out. Whenever I tell my firends this they just look at me really perplexed. =]

I also have some scary dreams like getting kidnapped. One that I always remember is me and my two friends were going to soccer practice and there were guys there who kidnapped us and took us to the middle of no where. They said if one of us died he would set the other two free. So I sacraficed myself. When I told my friends this she thought it was the sweetest thing, meanwhile I was scared out of my witts to go to soccer practice the next day haha.

Ive always wanted to see what the dreams mean, because I know that there are people who can tell. I think that would be so cool.

Well a couple of days ago I had the SCARIEST dream ever!!!!!! I had a dream that my best freind died it was scary but then it got worse!!! I went to school that mortning and she wasn't there!!!!! I was freaking out! Thankfully it just turned out that she was sick! I was terrified.

Then one other time I had a dream that my chinese teacher from China came to school and he was all depressed. So we asked him what was wrong and he said that he had to go home due to family issues. Then we were like WOHOo-o-o oh that'a too bad! The next day I went to school and told my freind and we were hoping it would come true. No such luck, Darn!

I have dreams but I can't remember them after an hour of being awake. But some of the dreams I have had involve the Boogeyman, school, Stargate SG-1 and my friends. Oh and camping to.

i have either really weird or funny dreams. i normally don't remember them unless i tell someone right away like if they are sleeping over and i tell them in the morning or else if i tell someone right when i get to school. in my dreams, the things that i or other people are doing or saying make perfect sense but when i wake up, they don't make sense at all and is just really weird.

i also have nightmares all the time but they are just about me getting kidnapped or attacked or something weird like that.

I had such a wierd dream last night...

I was at school....
And everyone was fighting for a choclate in this christmas advent calender and when everyone went away it was still there and i ate it....

Then i found out i was in trouble for takeing it....

I woke up... Thinking what am i in trouble for? Then i realised it was a dream....
It was really strange.....

This isn't really a dream, but quite often, just as I'm falling asleep, I think I can feel someone standing over me, and hear someone yell my name, and then I jerk awake feeling scared and disoriented. My theory is that, I haven't quite fallen asleep, but started to dream. If anyone knows about these things, and could shed some light on it, I'd love to hear from you, as it's a scary experience, and I'd like to stop it if I can.

Also, again, just as I'm falling asleep, I get this weird kind of "dead" feeling in my leg (usually, though it's sometimes an arm, my head, or my whole body), and then my leg suddenly jerks and I wake up.

I've had the most weirdest dreams ever. I've started having weird dreams ever since gr.5
Once, we had this program when I was in elementary school called kids kitchen for kids whose parents didn't have time to pack lunches so the company would send lunches that the kids chose before ordering them. They were amazing lunches! I didn't order them and I had plain lettuce, turkey, and cheese sandwiches alot so I shared some lunches with my kids kitchen mates. My mates would give me the snack part and my favourite snack part from kids kitchen were roasted potatoes in herbs. They were so good. I couldn't help myself for more on my first try. So that night. I think you could guess but I had a dream about those delicious lip-smacking roasted potatoes. In my dream I was in the styrofoam container filled with them and they were gigantic compared to me. I was literally swimming in them and eating happily. I was so overjoyed at that dream.

I've had countless more including a fighting one where I was a power ranger and I invaded a chinese congee shop with my mates. It was terribly disturbing as we were kidnapping bowls of congee back to our ..."base"

I have been having these dreams with Professor Trelawney in them for at least a week now and I think its because I haven't read Harry Potter for at least 4 months...
But they all start the same... I am having tea with Professor Trelawney and we talk about how I am a horcrux... and then she reads my tea leaves and she says "It's the Grim... how nice... you will die..." and then some one I know will pop out of no where with an axe and start chasing me... It's been the band director, my best friend, my boyfriend and my science teacher... I always wake up right when they hit me with the axe though...
These dreams are getting very disturbing... I don't like them...

I had a science exam today, so last night, I had a dream about me and the word catalyst dancing around me quite frightening. if you don't know what a catalyst is, for future reference, it's something that speeds up a reaction without being used up.

I have dreams about James Phelps alot if that is what you mean! When I have a dream it is normally because I am really sad or worried! But when i am sad or worried they are good dreams! LIKE the ones about James. i remeber one when it was just me and him hugging for like half an hour! That was a good dream!

I have never, ever had a dream about Harry Potter (not that I remember anyway). But last night I had a really weird dream. I moved to Australia about 15 years ago from England, and last night I dreamt that I was in England again, but all the people I saw/spoke to were my friends from Australia.
I went to the house of a girl I used to know in England to find it inhabited by my best friend here, in Australia, and when I went into the house it looked just like my old school, and then I was wandering around the school, talking to my Australian friends. Very strange.

My dreams. . .I don't remeber them as well as my nightmares. . .

When I was young (in primary school) I was kept having the same dream. Getting ready for school BUT ALWAYS (somehow) fogetting my shoes. . .

I can have around four or five differnt dreams that keep recurring, I can't quite remeber/decribe them but when I wake up I know I have seen that dream before and I get annoyed, I think to myself that I'm bored of the same dreams, nothing new to me, I have seen it before. . .

Sure I have have many Harry Potter dreams, mainly of Harry's 4th year but even them dreams seem the same to me now. Consent dancing in my head as the Yull Ball forever takes places. . .

I have had 'jolt' dreams as it had been decribed somewhere futher down on this thread. Most often I am in a car that is on a hill and it rolls down at a rapid pace and when the car should crash into whatever is at the bottom of the hill. . .I wake up. . .

I have had many dreams that are affected by what I have done that day for example:
On the day I had been swimming, the swimming baths had a wave machine and as I was sleeping that night I felt like I was in the waves again but I was asleep. . .

Let me tell you something about some of my nightmares. . .
If I am having a nightmare where I am being chased by a dinosaur or swimming away form a shark or a twister is following me and I really do not like the feeling of the nightmare, like if it feels to real then I (in the dream) shout:
"Lauren! Lauren! Wake up!"
It may actually take hours for me to wake but I feels like mintues. I can hear myself screaming in my head and a wake up suddenly. After I go back to sleep I only have nice dreams for the rest of that night. . .

I said in a previous post that I'd post any dream that I had. So here's one I had last night.

Last night I was in a glass bright room apparently at the edge of a glass building somewhere in a city. then I saw nachos, and lots of salsa. So I started eating the nachos and the salsa and then these people came up to me that were twins and chinese and people with glasses all with harry potter robes and stuff. I ate more and went out of the building and that was my dream.

I bought some nachos and a big jar of salsa today because I liked nachos and salsa before and my dream reminded me of them so I said ehhh why not

well, i have had some pretty wierd & scary dreams, others', I can't remember

I remeber having this dream , when i was in year 5 or something, i was at home, and suddnely we were being attacked by a group of hoodlums & they kidnapped me and took me to a dark cellar & started feeding me drugs & using me. It was a freaky dream, and i used to dream about it every night for almost 3 weeks, gosh it was scary.

oh man that's a horrible dream jay! ok soo i'm like the weirdest person when it comes to dreams i mean i don't think i've ever had a normal dream well there is normal for me but normal in people eyes nope!
last night i had a dream about me being in a fight and so these two big dudes come in and the start beating me up but these guys were wearing tutus and pink masks but they were hudge! so they kicked me really hard and were beating me up and well i was fighting back and i punched kicked bit and finally i made them run away! the weird thing is that i work up with horrible pains in my ribs! it was weird!

I have dreams. Not as often as I used to when I was younger though and I never really remember them. I've always had this one dream when I was younger that I'm running from people, but also in a race or something, anyways I'm running through these obstacles like swimming across a lake and jumping of cliffs of windows just to get away. It always ends in this dark alley where I'm trying to run away but I'm moving so slow but I feel like I can run faster but I'm not and they keep catching up I just wake up. I never get past that point.

I'm also scared of spiders and I had this dream that I was riding my bike with my mom and I crash into a tree where this huge spider falls on my shoulder. I screamed so loud in the dream and in real life that it brought my parents running.

My most recent dream that I can remember was last week. We had a bomb threat that day so I had a dream about it where these students planted a bomb and the bell rang for school to end but we couldn't get out because there were people blocking the doors, all of them. And people were crowding the hall ways pushing and screamin to get out. I'm sort of claustrophobic so I started panincing, heard an explosion and saw fire and smoke and just woke up from there. But I couldn't get back to sleep because I kept drifting back to the same scene.

I had a dream about bombs too, a few weeks ago, which was totally out of blue. It was really weird and i'm not sure if i can explain it properly. Well, i had voluntered to be part of a team that would look for mines. It was really scary because we were in a weird place under the earth and we had a figure that showed how close or far we were from a mine and if that particular mine was a dangerous one or one that would not harm us a lot if it exploded. Anyway, i managed to find two of them but i was so nervous and afraid of them that i wanted to quit but they would not let me do it. And i felt so suppressed and i could not break free from that place...Gosh, it makes me feel nervous just recalling the dream...
I think i woke up after a while - probably it was the alarm clock that woke me up. I am so grateful for that...

I never get to the good or scary parts of my dreams. Whenever it is the climax I just wake up for some reason or another. Sometimes, I wish that the dream would just have a normal ending so I don't have to think about it all the time and what could have happened.

I heard that it's possible to change your dreams. I tried it, but it never worked for me. Like when I had a nightmare or something, I try to make it less scarier, but it doesn't work.

I had this one dream that made me feel as if I was seeing the future or something. It was weird. In my dream, my sister told me about something funny that happened that day (don't remember what exactly), but anyways, the following day, after school walking home together, she tells me about this funny thing that happened at school. It sounded familiar so I asked her if she ever told me that before but she said no because it just happened today, and it was really weird, yet cool.

Wait a minute doesn't everyone have a dream at night, except when your having a nightmare!! Well have really weird dreams, if any of you watch or have heard of Torchwod then you will know what I am talking about. I was out shopping with my mum and then I seen the Torchwood cast filming across the street and it was my birthday and then they came over to me and asked me if I wanted to play Owen's(one of the characters) daughter!!! If only it were true !!

I have dreams...really wierd ones...i once had a dream i was being chased by a wolf then suddenly i ran under a bridge and it went dark. Ok rather strange i know lol and i once had a dream i went to hogwarts it was really cool untill i got lost on the changing staircases being chased by someone not sure who though...l

I just remembered another weird dream that I had well it was more of a nightmare than a dream actually. I was sleeping and so was my mum and dad and my big sister and then a murderer came in, then we all escaped the house and went over to my friend's house to try and hide and they were having a party then we told them all that a murderer was chasing us and they all never believed us then we went out my friend's back door and my whole street had turned into a maze!! Then we heard a car engine and hedges rustling and it was the murderer in his car driving through the maze so we ran s=as fast as we could then we got to the centre of the maze and the murderer vanished!! It was really weird and scary!!

Im not sure why but in my nightmares i can never run away - its like somethings pullingme back - so im moving my legs really fast but its like the speed of walking - not very helpful when a quick escape is needed in a nightmare! i've always had that problem - weird eh?
Ok heres one of my starnger dreams which i actually had last night.
I was holding on to HBP book and my mum came in so i put it down quickly and blushed and she said " look i know you have a crush on the book but try reading something else " - passing me OoTP - "I don't love this book!" - i cried grabbing the book and running away thinking "Wow i really do have feelings for this book!"
So that was a weird dream - i guess i really do love harry potter when i have dreams of falling in love with the book!

so i'm the queen of weird dreams, i had a weird one last night that left me a bit confused lol ok here goes
i was home reading (that's not weird) and my sister walks in and says you're late! so i get up and run out to the car and drive off really fast i was wearing my pj's and my doggy slippers lol so i get to my church and run in aparently i changed in the car because i was dreesed normally and i get inside and a person says you're late! and hands me a crying baby so as soon as i hold him he shuts up and there was a baby girl that was laying on a couch kicking everything that came near here lol she was cute like about 6 months old, the kid i was holding was a bit older like a bit more than a year old or so i tried to put him down but he would cry if i wasn't holing him, there was another kid about 3 years old or younger sitting really still with a gameboy in his hand, he spoke like an older person i was like huh he's smart so i was there with the three kids and a lady comes in and tell me you have so really beautiful children and i was like noo! they aren't mine and she says yeah they are and the 3 year old calls me mommy and i woke up lol this one wasn't that weird but it seems weird for me to dream about being a mommy lol
so can anyone tell me if dreams mean something?

Babies are associated with troubles i think. But it is very probable you may have discussed about them a few days ago and your brain kind of got rid of these information by showing it in your dream...if this makes sense.
Well, i had a horrible dream: i saw that two of the people i know (one of them was a friend of my brother and the other was a classmate i had years ago) died, and their family members were crying all of the time. I felt really sorry for them because they are way too young to die and i also felt unease because i couldn't cry myself though i wanted too. And then i saw that we moved (my family and i) into a new house, it was really pretty, white and it looked very classy, its decoration and all was amazing. It was a rather complicated dream...

I had a dream last night where i was taking my mock SATS all over again and my mum and dad were there and we were all in a white room with my friends and my ex boyfriend it was really wierd but when it actually got to the tests i knew i was dreaming it was creepy

Yeah I have dreams all the time! Last night, I had a dream that for some reason I had a baby with me then all of a sudden, my stage husband and friend Ian walks up to me and starts dancing with me. Then I head to math class but it's in the music room and the french immersian teacher is teaching it. It was very strange!

Also I've started having these dreams where I am the middle of the ocean all by myself treading water and crying, and thats all I do for the whole dream, and then a big wave comes and pushes me under and I scream and I wake up and I'm sweating like crazy...
And then every other week or so I'll have this dream that I'm on date with this guy at my school that I used to like... But anyway I don't like him at all anymore, hes a jerk, but I look so happy in my dreams when I'm dates with him that its scary...

i don't have dreams often and when i d they're really weird. i'm not going in details, cause it will take forever, but one dream my friend who's a guy who is the toughest person in the world, was cryiing, and he wouldn't talk to me at all. and then another my friend's ex-boyfriend kept huggin me for reasons i don't remember and then he said, i love you. and i was like WOAH. these may not seem weird, but they are to me.

My dreams are always weird, which dreams are supposed to be.

Once when I was 5 I had a dream about a duck carrying a christmas tree into our living room.

Last year I had a dream about forgetting my instument to band.
I've never forgotton it before so its kinda a big deal.

But I don't dream much and when I do I usually forget it.

Once I had a dream that I accidentaly burnt down half of my school and my parents decided to kick me out of the house and I had to live on the streets. I really hope tis wasnt a premonition of the future.

i have weird dreams, recently they've all been about spying and sneaking around ( i think it's becasue ofd all the arguments at school , and we daren't do anything because it'll start a row ! haha ) but it's always me and my mates sneaking round corners and stuff in weird places which i've never seen before.
Luckily they stopped a few weeks ago and i'm home free now. ( although i keep having weird dreams which i can;t remember now! )

My dreams where I have the people chasing me with axes finally stopped...

But now I am having this really random dream everynight... Here it is...

ME: Mom this pickle jar won't close!

MOM: OK

ME: Mom this pickle jar won't close!

MOM: OK

and that goes on for about twenty minutes and then:

ME: Mom this pickle jar won't close.

MOM: Open it.

And then I wake up... But does anyone else think that that is just really random??

Well, I'm not going to compete for weirdness of dreams. After all, I've never fallen in love w/ a book in my dreams. However, I did have one when I was younger that I was being chased by Arnold Schwarzenegger through a shopping mall, which was pretty interesting. I still flashback to that now that he's a governator (yes, governator, not governor. Everyone knows that "governors" are "girly men" to Schwarzenegger) and it makes his speeches much more entertaining.
Also, there was one in which I was being chased by Barbies w/ neon-colored hair wielding pencils. It sounds funny, but I think it may have traumatized me a bit as a child. I wouldn't go near a Barbie or a pencil for days. So yeah, I suppose my dreams can be rather weird

ohh low blow... but i admit, that was one of my weirder dreams...

umm that's pretty weird, Barbie's rock! ( well maybe not.. ). Who on earth gave the barbie's pencils? *sigh* mad people...

Oh, I'm sorry if that sounded like a blow. I didn't mean it to be. Really, I've never fallen in love w/ a book in my dreams, but I kind of have in real life. At least, I know I would certainly be very upset if someone were to mess w/ them. And really, I believe the neon-haired Barbies were much, much weirder. I just didn't want to come off as too utterly insane

I had a dream about KRistina's fan fic She loves me,She loves me not and like it was really funny so then the next day i told her about it and she might use it in her fic i thought that was weird

i always feel like im falling off a building, like right when i fall asleep, and right when im about to hit the ground, i wake up. i also have a dream where im in the car & my mom is driving, and then i look over to the drivers seat and no one is driving, my mom jsut kinda disappeared, but were still moving.. hmmmm. lol i have that dream a lot too.

Right ok about 3 weeks 2 weeks ago now i had a really scary dream. It may sound silly but trust me it was really scary.

I was in school and there was this kind of disco like ball thing on and everyone was in the dinning Hall. And in the corner of it was this Frozen shark!! And nobody seemed bothered about it, so it must have been there for a while! I was talking to my friends. Then i went into like the smaller dinning Room. One of my cousions was in there. Lauren or Jade can't tell which afterall it was a dream. And My mum and dad was thier. Something must have happened because it was like ages later and my mum went to open the door to the big Dinning hall. I told her not to but she did and nothing was there. Everything was frozen everyone had vanished we realised that the Shark must have come to life and killed them all. We then heard something then ran down the corridor as the Shark came after us. I slipped i remember and the hall was longet than my schools one anyway. Me,my couision and Mum and Dad escaped and got into some kind of car and drove off. It seems really silly but it was scary!!

The scary bit was that everyone must have died! All my friends and everything.

That's really scary Dan! I hate having weird/creepy dreams like that ( and i do that often ). I once had a scary dream which was HP linked, and moaning Myrtlye was in it, and i was in a HP task, but i was being chased by Myrtle down through old buses and deserted rooms and stuff ( and evreythign was blue...weird ) and thn there was soemthing at teh end of the buses and rooms, and i can't rmeber what it is, but i woke up screaming. weirdness. i didn't sleep for ages after that! haha

I have super weird dreams!! Like once i was in a pool full of skittles swimming with President Bush, Flava Flave, the kid from the Home Alone movies, and Carrot Top. I don't know about you all, but i think thats pretty weird. I wonder if it means something.
I'm always having the most random dreams.Aha I haven't been chased by Barbies, but i have been chased by Cabbage Patch Kids.
Oh and yes dreams can be traumatizing I once have a dream that i was being put through a giant paper shredder,and well now i don't go near paper shredders.

From what I remember her telling me, they were regular size barbies. To me, that is still pretty scary! I wouldn't want barbies chasing me, let alone with sharp objects!
