i would like to now what magical creatures you like the best i like werewolfs and dragons

I like the Hippogriff in Harry Potter 3.

My favourite Harry Potter beasts are sphinxes, hippogriffs and house elves.

I like the phoenix and unicorns. They're just so interesting and they're not actually beasts...

I love dragons, and other magic creatures. In Polish translation, Crumple- Horned Snorkack it is "Chrapak Krêtonogi"...Wow!

Lets see. I like werewolfs, hippograffs, phoenixes, thestrals, sphinxes, and the Chinese Fireball dragon.

my favourite are Phoenixes they are awesome creatures who are born from their own ashes..they are never ending and they have a beautiful song...plus they are very clever...well at least fawkes is

Adding on to my previous post I also like werewolves, dragons (especially the Hungarian Horntail) and kappas.

But my favourite out of all of these has to be a niffler. I just like how they are described.

I like dragons, werewolves, phoenixes and hippogrifs. And, I almost forgot, unicorns!

I love Sphinxs and Phoenixs...they're awesome, not to mention they're spelled alike.. Hippogriffs are, judging from Buckbeak, sweet..
Thestrals, I'd love to be able to see them, but then again, I wouldn't want to see someone die..

Most of the creatures are great, but I'd say unicorns, hippogriffs, thestrals, and phoenixes.

thestrals are my fav. you cant see them so it's like a mystery or an imaginary animal

i think hagrid is right. there just something about the blast-ended skewts that's funny. and house-elves are not beast. that's like calling a centaur a beast. tsk. tsk. Dobby rules. he's the greatest. he's no beast

I have to agree with Indigo Lily not kidding. I really like dragons and unicorns, and cats. I know cats aren't always magical as muggles can and do own them but they are always associated with magic.

Threstals seem so awsome just the fact that you can't see them (well you could if you saw someone die) they are such a mystery. I also like Abraxans (winged horses that pulled the Beauxbatons carrige) and any other winged horse like Aethonans and Granians. Yeah I like my winged horses

Oh i'd have to say that the Chimera would be the best. Or maybe the acromolatula, the manticore or the Nundu!

i like phoenixes and thestrals most out of the creatures, and if they were considered beasts, i would put down centuars, but they r not beasts. but out of beats, the phoenix rules, n so do the thestrals

I particularly enjoyed the Hungarian Horntail in book 4, and Buckbeak the hippogriff in book (& movie) 3.

i love the chimaera even thought it doesnt play a big role in the books.

i love the whole idea of half-breeds, er, in a chimaera's case...tri-breeds? i dont know what theyre classified as.

i hope the next book has a chimaera in it because theyre great in greek mythology etc.

plus chimaeras always look great, no matter what interpretation they are designed after (FFX anyone?).

I love buckbeak!! He is wonderful and he even hurt Draco which I would (if I could) gladly pat him on the back for.

Throughout the series there have been a lot of creatures but I would have to say my absolute favorite would have to be crookshanks. I'm a cat lover at heart and to hear that this one had extrodinary gifts made me klove him more.

I also liked dobby and buckbeak.

My favorite creature would have to be the Pheonix

they're just so graceful. And seem so wise. They are able to carry so much weight, and have special healing powers. They can be reborn from their own ashes, fly with an uncanny freedom, and most of all, they are the most beautiful creatures i have seen.

Werewolves are cool!!!!

I think the thestrals are my favorite. They can be a bit creepy, especially if you can't see them (let's hope not), but they're very smart animals. I can't wait to see how they turn out when they start filming OOTP.

my favourites would have to be Knarls(how cute!!!)
and i love the idea of the Antipodean Opaleye dragon. the description in 'fantastic beasts and where to find them' makes it sound so beautiful.

hippogriffs are cool too, but i also like griffins. they are freaky.

Definitly Unicorns, there blood is amazing .

Split between Pheonix and Unicorn. Actually, Unicorns sort of remind me of vanity. Being all beautiful and all that...I'm not saying they're evil or anything, and I still like them. But Pheonixes reminds me of bravery and all that. Maybe it was because Dumbledore had one for a pet, but I'd choose Pheonixes over Unicorns.

My favourite beast would be Thestrals (thus the name) but im also partial to the way dragons are interpreted in the HP mythos. The fact they are named like animals in the natural world and the way they differ in colour and appearance!

It's a tie between two animals for me. There's the phoenix and the niffler. Both are rather interesting, not to mention the phoenix is absolutely beautiful.

I liked the Nifflers a lot, but I couldn't stand the rest. I really don't like beasts.
Most of them are too dangerous, and how can I like something that will bite my head off if I get too close?But if danger wasn't a consideration, then..maybe Manticores? I have read that they are Lions with a huge Scorpion-like tail. Now that's C-O-O-L!I don't like basilisks and Dragons-reptilians!Spiders , I have Ron's attitude mostly.Hippogriffs, I really don't fancy. So, then it has to be..Manticores!
