I haven't got an ipod.

i really want one though. I asked my mum if i can have one for my birthday in 3 months. She said maybe. if so, i want an ipod nano.

I have an ipod but i accidentaly left it in my pants and washed them so the battery is messed up and i have to get it fixed which sucks but yeah i have an ipod nano

I got a pink iPod mini (which is actually lilac, if you ask me) a few years ago when they came out. That died so last Xmas my parents bought me a pink Nano, which last week my idiot boyfriend sat on and broke the screen. The first thing I did was go on Amazon and buy another one.

The thing I've found with the Nano that I never had with the Mini is that it freezes a lot and I keep having to reset it. Very annoying. But I still love it.

I'm getting one of those little 1GB iPod shuffles. They are so cute! I don't care that they are shuffles ... I need something to listen to at play practice haha.

I used to have a pink iPod mini but it kept frezzing and refusing to play music and using up battery power too quickly etc. so I got a white iPod video for my birthday! It's good but I only have 2000 songs on it and it holds 15000 so I've still got a lot more songs to put on it! It's started freezing like my old one did and I have to reset it which is a pain. Does anyone else have this problem?

It also annoys me how the American store have TV shows and Movies when the UK store doesn't. The US store have had TV shows for over a year now, isn't it about time us Brits got them too? And what about movies? What's the point of having a video iPod if the store won't sell TV shows and Movies? I know Apple is American but shouldn't we get these things too? No offence Americans.

Which brings me to another point: does anyone know how to get videos from a DVD onto iTunes?

so far i have about 65 songs on it and i love it!
i saw the colour and knew i wanted that one.then i found out that some of the money was going to help fight aids in Africa that sealed the deal.
luckily though i got for my birthday this year so i didn't have to pay for it myself.......they are damn expensive!

Finally got the Touch. Yay!

I'm glad I didn't obsess over the iPhone when it first came out ... in my opinion, something like that needs to be bought when its updated second generation comes out. To fix the bugs and all that good stuff, you know.

I don't know if I should have applied that logic when buying the iPod Touch but so far not too many complaints. The WiFi on the Touch works well but it should have an option to repair your connection if something happens. (Everytime I want to reconnect to a network after moving out of range or encountering a 'server problem', I need to power down the iPod...)

The audio and video aren't that different from those of a normal ipod (quality-wise) although it does look rather cool. It's beautiful and it's 8 mm thin! Ahhh!

I do not have an iPod. Instead I bought a phone with MP3 capabilities. I purchased a 4 GB memory card, so it functions as an iPod with a lot more fun features (like being able to talk to people ).

Well...we have an iMac, it's a computer that's from the iPod company and it's awesome! It takes pictures, make videos, etc.

I have a pink 2nd gen nano and when i saw the new ipod touch i was amazed!They look so cool and i really want one! However there's nothing wrong with my nano so i think i'm going to wait until next year when they (hopefully) realease an 'newer' i pod touch with better storage etc and hopefully a slighter cheaper price!

Yeah, I have an ipod. Nano, 4GB, white, 756 songs at last count. Got it for my 16th last year. The first MAJOR present I've received in my life (everything else has sort of been clothes, jewellery, books etc - not complaining though! Not at all ) which was quite exciting. Love it to pieces. Just wish I didn't have to charge it so often. And that I wasn't so tempted with the new video nano that my cousins just bought himself. That is one nice ipod. I could put Shaun of the Dead on it and watch it in class .

I don't have an IPod but I can't live without my black MacBook! (I'm probably one of the very few mac users in the forums, just like rebel_megz!) I study journalism so it's a must for doing all my school works, but I seriously love it!

But in a month or so, I'm going to inherit my brother's classic black 30G video IPod, because he's planning on getting the Touch... They're already out, but they haven't arrived to Costa Rica yet! I can't wait to put all my music and my HP movies in it!

EDIT: Just a couple of days ago my brother got his new iPod, and I got his old one! Yay! I'm extremelly happy and keep puting music and videos on it! Now I just have to figure out how to put my HP movies in it too... But still, yay!!!

I got an ipod nano ( buts the video nano) on holiday in Florida a few weeks before it came out at home, I was so pleased! I haven't got many songs on it so far because I'm only allowed to spend £5 a month on it just now and I keep forgetting to take it down to my friend's who gets them unlimited. But it's way cool anyway and it's blue and I love it!!

I saw the new iphones in the O2 store the other day at the shops and they are soo awsome. My friend and I played them for a about 3 quarters of an hour before we got kicked out because the store was closing lol. I asked my mum if I could get one for Christmas but she said no because you can only get them on a contract at the moment.

Oh well at least I still have my ipod!!

I have an iPOD shuffle. Its cool and blue. It works pretty well, though each time I pause it the volume gets louder which is a pain sometimes. I really want a touch iPOD, they look so cool! My friend has an iPOD mini, which in my opinion is nowwhere as good as the iPOD nano. Does anyone have the iPhone? It looks so cool.

I'm not really a music person, so I had never been really interested on having an iPod.
But this Christmas I got an iPod Touch, which was a surprise to me considering I've never shown much interested in iPods... So far I've liked it a lot, and it is much better than the cheap MP3 player I used to have (which I received as a gift too).

I like the WiFi support on the iPod. I'm the kind of person that "always needs to be connected", so that helps, I always use it when there's a wireless network available.

I'm still waiting that extra applications get supported in the iPod Touch.

i just got an ipod touch yesterday it cost me £280

i was lookin for an 8gb one but no shops had them in stock..i finally found a shop that had them but they only had the 16gb ones...so i ended up buyin one of those but for the extra £10 i payed i got a speaker stand worth £50 and a socket charger so it was kind of an ok deal

you see i have an ipod nano and stuff except first i accidentaly washed it so the middle button thing is kind of messed up and like about 1 month ago my dog bit it up and so now i can't press the rewind(back) button thing and so it changes songs on it own and when the middle button isn't working it changes songs but other than that it works and the screen is messed up but i can still kind of see what im listening to so yeah it sucks but "sucky things kind of suck...eh?" so yeah

Oh gissgon, that truly is terrible-I am so sorry! I couldn't imagine school without my ipod...not to mention car trips. I have almost 7000 songs on mine so it keeps me occupied (but don't ask me how I got them...) Also, that may sound astounding, but I probably only really like about 3/4 of it...they came in compilation albums and whatnot.

I have one of the older iPod Nanos. Not the new ones that just came out. I've had it for about a year. I don't know how I lived without it then. I know I couldn't now. I'm always listening to it. When I'm at lunch at school, on the bus, on car trips, when I'm exercising, and when I'm sleeping. I absolutley hate it when it's charging at night. It takes so long!

I don't have an iPod, but I have an Mp3 player. That isn't an iPod, but hey, it plays music!! I don't really care what kind of player it is, just as long as it holds music, and looks alright! I hate brick Mp3 players - they're just far too huge and heavy. Mine's slick and cool

I love my iPod! I have a silver nano. One of the older versions, not the new, smaller video ones, which I don't like too much. My iPod only holds about 400 songs. I absolutely hate that. I need much more space for my music. I listen to it everywhere. Walking to school, lunch, walking home from school, while i'm on the computer, writing, exercising. I have two different docking stations for it. One is a big-ish one that charges it while it plays. I keep it by my bed for when I sit in there and stretch, write, or actually sleep for once. The other is a portable one. It doesn't charge the iPod, but it works just as well. I take it in the bathroom with me while I shower. I also have bright pink headphones for my iPod.

It's safe to say I have a love affair with it.

When I graduated from high school, for a present my grandfather bought me a laptop, an Apple, specifically, and it came with a free iPod Nano.

I love my iPod. It's green, and it's got about six hundred songs on it, mostly Classical music. I love classical music. Just about grew up on it.

iv had problems with keeping ipod i have all three generrations of i pod nanos because of 2 freak accidents the first one my it was in a docking stations and my neighbor tripped and landed on it and pulling the back off the next one just stopped holding battery. so i got the new one for christmas hoping for better luck with it. i live off my ipod basically. i fall a sleep t to it. and take it every where

I have an iPod Shuffle. It's real convenient , so small I can clip it anywhere. I use it in between classes. Listening to music, clears my mind funny enough. I am thinking of getting a bigger iPod though, there are just way too many songs to fit onto my shuffle.

So, I got an iPod Touch for Christmas from my mum, and my brother is like a computer freak, or genius, so he also did the Jailbreak thing to mine. It is so extremely awesome to carry my datebook with myself and all those little games.

It's got like 1200 songs and it's only halfway filled, but I love how it allows me easy and fast internet access and the notepad is very helpful.

Even if 6 months ago I didn't even know how to work them (that's before I inherited my brother's old video one), now I can't leave home without it! I just love it!

I have a silver iPod nano. Its the most recent one, I think. I got it for Christmas and wasn't really expecting it at all because I didn't listen to music that much. But, now I love it! I bring it everywhere and I've definately started listening to a lot more music. Although, I tend to listen to the same songs over and over again. I dunno. I do luuurve my iPod. I don't know what I'd do without it.

My iPod doesn't leave my side. I had an iPod nano last year, but I lost it the last week of school. Which stunk, because it got it for Christmas, so I only had it about six/sevon months. But then in October, when the new iPod video nano came out, I had money saved up from working over the summer, and I bought myself a new one. Being a sohpmore in High School, it was a pretty big accomplishment it buy myself a $250.00 thing.
But it has 230 songs on it, and still growing. It's full with mostly 80s rock (IE- Nirvana, Bon Jovie, Pink Floyd, ect.) along with today's rock (Evanescence, Seether, Flyleaf, Three Days Grace, ect.) to Madona, Riannah, and Janet Jackson.
Being sixteen, I have some diverse taste in music if I do say so myself. But my iPod is everywhere with me, and I'm pretty good at the expert level on one of the games it comes with. (What else am I supposed to do during study hall, when I can't acually listen to it )

I had a 1GB ipod, but I gave it to my best friend when my mum bought me a Sansa... It's not of the ipod brand, but it still works like one

I personally don't own an i-pod, but there are 5 in my house! Well four and an i-phone which sort of counts. There are 3 video i-pods of which only one gets used. My daughter also has a shuffle which is tiny put far mor practical to use. My husband has an i-phone which has our entire library from i-tunes on it, but it's hopeless as a phone and is too bulky.

I wanted a nano when they first came out but my requests fell on deaf ears. The truth is, I would probably only use on holiday if I did have one and since holidays are rare, that would be such a waste.

My oldest daughter is the only one who uses her i-pod like it's part of her. She once made a mistake uploading something from my computer and wiped all her music off it. Some stuff we didn't have on this computer anymore it was so old. She was mortified. It took forever to build up again!

I have an ipod nano and it is silver. I have about 500 songs on it and still lots of room left. I would love to have either an iphone or an itouch. I have an imove which is an ipod boom box and it is awesome because it charges my ipod while it is on it and so I always have my ipod on while I sleep and it is still charged and ready for the next day!

I have a iPod Video, and is a 40GB one. I don`t have much songs on it yet. I got it last year for passing grade 4 . I have almost 200 songs on it but I have a lot more. Most of my songs wont go on my iPod so I have to download them again soon.

wow I never got anything for passing grade 4 certainly not an Ipod! I got a firm handshake and a good job .

But I have an ipod Nano and I am looking at for christmas getting the 120 Gig Video. I am really excited!

I never much bothered about having an i-Pod. My kids all have the original video ones and they use those a lot. My youngest though found she was allowed to take hers into school on a Friday if it wasn't an expensive model so we bought her one of the little pink shuffles. She uses that more than the video.

Anyway, like I said I was never bothered then I decided to download some music for myself and after loaning my husbands i-Phone, I thought I might like to get one of my own. One day I came home from work and he'd bought me an i-Pod Nano video and I love it!!

I had an iPod nano, until I got caught in a rainstorm and it was wrecked two months ago. Completely shot, and they're too expensive for me to replace it. Only reason I had one in the first place was because it came free with my computer.

Right now I am holding one of my friend's Ipod Touch hostage. He has pretty good taste in music so I might have it for a while! No, I will probably give it back to him tomorrow but it was awesome to say I had an Ipod Touch for the short time I have held it hostage even though I don't own it.

Ok my iPod shuffle is my personal stalker, it goes wherever i go , mostly contains indie and rock, a lot of evanescence and arctic monkeys, oo and paramore, but my musical taste isn't limited I'll listen to anything that catches me, but I don't like R 'n' B, rap and similar genres, the best music comes from my earphones .

Well... I voted but never posted. I have a blue IPod Nano. The older Nano. I'm getting the new Nano for my birthday or shortly after. I love my IPod. It holds audio books. Soon the Twilight series audio books hopefully!!! Now I have two hundred songs and 7 books... All HP.

I've been out of high school for at least a year and a half now but for graduation, I was pleasantly surprised to be gifted with a lime green iPod nano, 4GB; which is currently storing 265 songs (four of the songs are over an hour long each; Yay for DJ Inphinity and Tiesto).

My iPod and I have a love/hate relationship that varies from day to day. About eight months after I got it (around December) it decided to just quit on me one day. I can't even begin to explain how... angry (since I can't curse!)... I was. It took me forever to finally get around to calling Apple to see about getting it fixed and the day I called it decided to make a complete fool of me. I had put it back inside of its case because I couldn't use it and I had all of the stuff stored with it (receipt, apple number, cord, etc), I was on the phone with that automated voice thing and trying to get the iPod out of the box... it fell to the floor with a ~thwack~, I picked it up, plugged it in... and it started to charge. And yes, before anyone thinks "Did you try charging it when it stopped working the first time?", I did everything I could think of - toggling the hold on and off, hooking it up to charge on both my iHome and to the computer and it would not work, I tried several times over the course of a few weeks.

The conclusion I've come to is that it just needed a good beat down ~ and the floor provided that nicely~ so if it ever acts up again, I'm going to throw the little -expletive- at a wall to make it work. If it doesnt, at least I released some anger, right ?

I can't say my iPod stalks me like Rachelle's does her, but I certainly stalk mine. I actually won't let anyone touch it. My fur ruffles up, my back hunches protectively over it, I emit a few hisses followed by a fft fft and run for cover. Haha ! ~Golem voice~ My precccioouuus, filthy hobbitses !

I love my iPod! It is an 16G iPod Touch, but it died on me at the beginning of August. I used to have a little problem with it: all of a sudden, while I was listening to music or watching a video, it would go straight into sleep mode, and there were a couple of times when it would stay locked into a function and wouldn't respond unless I shut it down. Everyone would tease me saying it didn't like me or that I didn't know how to work it, and since I am not great with computers, I eventually believed them.

But there was this one time that it just died on me and wouldn't turn on anymore. My mom said it was because my brother had played with its operative system (it was jailbroken, and all the functions and look were simply awesome!) and reluctantly, she brought it to the Apple store. Happily enough, they didn't notice this (it simply wouldn't start) and eventually came up with a diagnosis: it had a mother board issue and I would get a new one!

I received it last Wednesday night, almost as a graduation present, and since then, I've been filling it up with my favorite music, videos and movies, downloading some more, and getting all these new applications that with the new software the iTunes Store has to offer, something I couldn't do before because of its jailbreak, which I asked for once more, but this time it crashed, so no more jailbreak for me...

But I love it! And I missed it a lot in its absence! Once again, I don't leave my house without mine!
