Well I love pumpkin so pumpkin pasties and pumpkin juice sounds just delish! I love it when books speak about the characters eating delicious food, it makes me hungry sometimes! I would also love to try chocolate frogs and who could forget the drink that warms everybody's hearts, butterbeer! Couldron cakes sound scrumptious as well (those foody words, I never get to use them! lol). I don't however, think that I would try anything from Fred and George's Skiving Snackboxes!
I would like to try all of the foods mentioned by griffindor_girl. ^ ^ You have listed my perfect list really! Bottles of Butterbeer on by the fire on a cold winter's night in the common room or on a Hogsmeade weekend at the Three Broomsticks, pumkin pasties as well as pumpkin juice, however I do not know about the latter, pumpkin juice may contain quite an amount of pulp

.
I don't think I would try anything from twins' Skiving Snackboxes either

!
Thank you Fin Chow for the list of sweets and drinks! I would like to try many items from Honeydukes, especially the fudge! Fizzing Whizbees and well as Cockoroach Clusters would be interesting. . I am not sure whether Dumbledore is partial to Cockoroach Clusters or not because of the password to his office in GoF, this password may have been set for multiple reasons.
I would enjoy the daily meals at Hogwarts, particularly the celebratory feasts! The dishes sound warming and delicious, and quite rich! The desserts such as Harry's favourite treacle tart also sound scrummy. I would remember to thank the house elves of course, for preparing such wonderful meals!

Although I would most likely be a member of S.P.E.W. at Hogwarts, eating is of course essential, and the food seems so delicious!
I am from Australia and I don't actually know what a steak and kidney pudding is, or a yorkshire pudding? Can someone please inform me of what these are

.
I would like to try Bertie Bott's every flavour beans! Yes, I agree with the fact that they would be fun to have to play a game with at a sleepover, preferably a Harry Potter themed sleepover

. I haven't tried them before or seen them here in Aus. ?

Lol..ahh Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans...instead of strip-poker you could play strip-tasting. I'd play it anyway. If you can eat a bean without scrunching your face up in disgust you get to keep an item of your clothing but if you do scrunch your face up, say goodbye to an item. And also I would love to have Butterbeer and Oak Matured Mead. If only.

For me....I like to try any food once....so, I would so try anything, but my only limit is the skiving snack box. I dunno if I'll have a nose bleed and if it would stop...lol.
But oh..oh..oh...butterbeer!!! Yum!! I wonder if thats anything like cream soda...

I feel left out on this, I haven't had any of this.
I saw on Mugglenet some recipes for butterbeer, pumpkin juice, and some other things which I hope to make. The thing that's been stopping me is the fat level, though. One recipe called for
seven sticks of butter!
One stick of butter has about 250% saturated fat.
Does anyone know what kind of place where I can find Bertie Bott's beans? I live in The US if it matters.

I'd love to try Firewhiskey, Butterbeer and the Mead. As far as the snacks go I've had acid pops(muggle style) and Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans, and they were both good...just be careful with the beans. I would like to try the Ice Mice and sugar quills. I chew on the end of my pens so much anyway, it would be nice to get a sugar rush from it

. As far as finding the Bertie Botts, I know that they are made by JellyBelly Jelly bean company. If you can't find them in a candy store, I would suggest looking on their website, if they are still available. I seem to remember a special on Discovery or Food Network about the food from Harry Potter, it might have been about all the merchandising though. Anyway, hope the JellyBelly info helps!

I think the spaghetti and popcorn beans are the worst. I would rather have the vomit or ear wax beans than the spaghetti and popcorn. They are truly vile.
My town has a novelty candy shop. They carry candies from all different movies and themes. Basically, it is candy made to promote something. They recently came out with chocolate broomsticks. They are made of milk chocolate (almost like Hershey's). In the tail of the broom, there is caramel. In the core of the broomstick shaft, there is actual mead. Of course, they require you to be of legal drinking age to buy them. I have never seen them anywhere else, but they are fantastic.

well, i'd luv to try firewhisky & butterbeer, as well as honeydukes chocolates. cockroach clusters sound pretty interesting...and omg...Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans; i'd luv to experiment with all the different flavours (except for vomit & ear wax). Gillywater would be interesting, as well as sugar quills (mmm...sugar)...

They actually do sell Bertie Bott's Ever Flavor Beans!
They sold it at my city's mall in Hot Topic.
Me and my friend ate some. She got sick, but I didn't
I was relieved when there was an index on the back
Earwax was my favorite!
Bacon was okay.
Grass was weird; it was like eating my lawn.
Vomit smelled so bad I didn't even wanna try it.
Let's see..what else?
I HATED dirt, it tasted like dirt.
Earthworms actually really wasn't that bad.
Pepper was like shaking a pepper shaker in my mouth.
Booger was okay.
There were way more flavors, but I think those stood out the most!
I wanna try butterbeer!

I've only really tasted once Harry Potter merchandised food and that was a packet of ice mice (tasty indeed lol). I think the general food they eat in the books though is just traditional British grub and that is something I'm very familiar with being from England!

no no

no advertising . its just this little recipe that i found in a website that is said to be like butterbeer & i thought it was funny & it would be fun to see if anyone would make it & try can come back & post there thoughts on it
ingredients- 1 cup (8 oz.) of club soda OR cream soda
- ½ cup (4 oz.) of butterscotch syrup [ice cream topping]
- ½ tablespoon of butter
directionsStep 1: Measure butterscotch and butter into a 2 cup (16 oz) glass. Microwave on high for 1 to 1½ minutes, or until syrup is bubbly and butter is completely incorporated.
Step 2: Stir and cool for 30 seconds, then slowly mix in club soda. Mixture will fizz quite a bit.
Step 3: Serve in two coffee mugs or small glasses; a perfectly warm Hogwarts treat for two!
thats what i found . not sure if its the exact thing but dont worry im going to try & make it too . if anyone gets sick im sorry lol but i promise that im not trying to poison.... i hope someone tries to make it soon & lets us all here know how it taste

good luck all who makes this haha

I love eating Bertie Bott beans my favorite flavors are grass, and soap for some reason. I like to trick my friends into eating the Vomit flvored ones. I had a chocalate frog once but it was melted when I opened it outside the store. so we have to take em back and come to find out they all were melted on the shelf. But they were neat. I think one that would send me trait to the bathroom would be a cokroach cluster ewww.......... I cant wait til' the HP wizarding world theme park comes out in universal becuase they will have all the candies at Honeydukes. And I really want to try some pumkin paties and a licorice wand. And there will be a three broom sticks so I cant wait to try butterbeer!

*giggles*
I've always wanted to try just about any food in the wizarding world! Pumpkin pasties sound yummy, I've always wanted to try just about all the sweets. Although I agree, no blood-flavored lollipops. *wrinkles nose* Maybe not
every flavor of Bertie Bott's every flavor beans, either! But Chocolate Frogs would be a definite. And all the other kinds of sweets...Sugar Quills or whatever and all those other yummy sweets...*starts to drool* Drat, now I'm hungry. I don't suppose any one has a spare Chocolate Frog or Acid Pop lying around?
