I was reading that if sirus left a will, he would have left everything to harry. Lets say he did, but would this include kreacher. Lets say it does, then would this make harry his master. Lets say it does, then do you think harry will use kreacher as a weapon against voldemort and his followers, use him to send them false infomation and to spy on them for the order. Do you think kreacher would try to disobey him, do voldemort and his followers trust kreacher anyway. What do you think.

I thought House-elves were bound to the family, not the familys possesions?

How can they be bound to their owners?
They must be bound to a house in some way, else they would not go and serve people. They only like serving people as its a long house-elf tradition.
In fact, Mr.Cubed, you are wrong. Go read up on things before making such pointless arguements with real potter fans.
MOD NOTE: Hey, now... comments like that are entirely un-called for. Please try to be polite.

House-elves are bound to their families, but are treated like a toy...
Kreacher, I think, will probably be locked up in the Grimmauld's Place attic because the Order can't risk having any spies and/or any mishaps like with Sirius..they need someone they can trust.
Oh, hehe, I just re-read the first post..
That's a good idea, using Kreacher like that. But, Kreacher's a bit of a lunatic, and can't have his mind clearly blanked, so what if Lucius Malfoy or someone else is skilled at Legilmency (spelling..) and knows Kreacher is lying? Other than that, it's possible.
