Fred/Angelina is a perfect couple! And the twins are really funny! Carrying out daddy's tradition! We could always use with more naughty weasleys.

Same as some of you, I never imagined Fred and George with girlfriends, but who's to say that it won't happen. I think Angelina really has a thing for Fred. I mean, they have gone to school and played Quidditch togeter for a long time!
When Fred was asking her to the Yule Ball, he seemed quite relaxed and confident that she would say yes, and it said that after he asked her:
'she turned back to talking with her friends with a slight smile on her face.' I dunno something like that. I'm too lazy to look up the actual thing right now.
Anyway, I think it could definetly happen just as a little side story in Book 7!!!

The only thing is, who will George get together with? Maybe Katie Bell...

fred is cute. i deserve him. although the fred-angelina thing's prety cute too.

I agree that Fred and Angelina make a cute couple, and not just because they went to the Yule Ball together.... and George can get together with Alicia; that would also make a cute ship... (although I agree that neither of them are QUITE ready to settle down yet - but they were slightly toned down for HBP...)

Off topic, but does anyone else think that George is slightly quieter than Fred?

well, I think that in the seventh book Ron perhaps might die because that sort of thing might happen...and if he does I think that Hermione should go with George, and of course Fred and Angelina are wonderful. If Ron stays alive, then welcome Alicia, and Hermione--go bother off with Ron. But also I just wanted to say that I think it's the other way round, if you look, George is the one with more lines. However, maybe we're both thinking about different books, and J.K. Rowling has cleverly averaged out the amount of lines, so that they both talk around the same amount. Eh?

Oooh, these two I think would look sooo cute together, but that being me, think everything is cute most the time. Anyways, I'm hoping that their relationship is explained in further depth in the next book.

i have said it before and i will say it again. although i think this idea is really cool and i think it would be really nice if fred got with angelina but we have to remember this story is about a boy called harry potter. if all this happened it wouldnt be about harry potter lol. do you get what i am saying.

although i agree theres so many ships, that soon everyones going o be expecting the book full of ships but i do hope they all happen. well back to the subject fred and george were never thought to be a *romantic* kind but the calmness in which he asks angelina to the ball and how come he chose her of all girls? there might be something behind this which explains why angelina then went back to talking to her friends SMILING. maybe because her and fred had something going on and they secretly liked each other. and we shouldnt forget that they were both quidditch players and everything so why shouldnt they?

lol yeah i agree i hope they all happen. maybe JKR should write a book full of ships just to please us all lol . yeah but i think they are a really good couple angelina and fred, but what about poor george are we going to leave him out.

I think this is a great ship! I really do like the idea of them together.
I doubt we'll see much more about it in the movies since it hasn't really been mentioned that much in the books.

But I love how in the GOF movie, at the end of the Yule ball scene you see that Fred and Angelina are one of the last ones still on the dance floor during the "Magic Works" song. He's spinning her around and they look as if they are having a really good time.

yea i think we must not leave out george....does anyone think we should make a george ship? i feel sorry for him...yea this ship probably wont be in the movies even if its in the book

I just suggested a few people for poor George since we really don't know a whole lot of girls in their grade. But doesn't it seem that Fred is the most focused on twin in the books? Maybe I'm just delusional...

lol delusional, i love that word. yeah i think he is the more focused on. he does seem to have the most lines to say and does come into the books more. but i dont want george to be lonely and fred with someone. its not right.

George's day will come. Basically, if you like Fred inlooks, you almost like George in looks by default because they are twins. I guess it all comes down to personality. Maybe Fred is just more outgoing or talkative. After all, he was the one we saw ask a girl to go to the Yule Ball with him. A lot of guys (*cough*HarryandRon*Cough*) were just too shy to ever go up to a girl and say, "Hey, babe, you caught my eye. " But hopefully George will get some lovin' just like George did.

But George already found someone remember? In HBP he said there was a "nice mugle girl in the village" who liked he's card tricks. It's "almost like real magic, she said". So no need to worry about him, let's focus on Fred and Angelina! They are soooooooo cute together! I hope she is hia date to Bill and Fleur's wedding!

Well, do you think Angelina will be at Bill and Phle--I mean, Fleur's wedding? I think if they are still together she may be. I think they'd make a sweet couple. I wouldn't mind getting to know Angelina through Fred a little more.

I think Angelina will only come to Bill & Fleur's wedding if Fred invites her, which I hope he does. But still, he can only invite her if they are still in contact after school and who knows, with the war and everything she could've gone into hiding with her family or something and then they couldn't keep in contact. But I hope that's not the case. I hope they get together n'way. So yeah.

Hey, if he gets Angelina to come, and evryone one else brings the people we hope they are, evryone will have a partner!! They could all square dance together! Just kidding. But I think it would be pretty awesome if he did invite Angelina. But that's a big move, bringing your girlfriend (or boyfriend) to meet all of your family and stuff.

Has there ever been anything between Fred and Angelina in the books? I don't have the GoF book with me at the moment and I couldn't remember if they really did go together to the Yule Ball. I love them in the movie though especially when Fred asks her to the dance. I'm pretty sure that Ms. Rowling has already written the last chapter describing what happens to certain characters later on and hopefully she will include full details about all the ships!

I thought there was at least a mention... yeah I think he did ask her to the Ball in the books. He said OY!! Angelina! Wanna go to the ball?
Or something along those lines. But he did ask her out.

No, no, I'm pretty sure that they had a 'thing'. After he asks her, she giggles a little bit, and he looks proud of himself, or something like that. I think the idea of Fred with a girlfriend is really sweet, but George might be jealous...I hope to heavens that if they ever do get married or sweethearts or whatever they aren't twins...becuase...that would be really weird--twins with twins. I mean, identical. If they weren't identical it might be a teensy bit better. *giggles*... *shifty eyes*

Maybe poor George would feel left out. I mean, Fred had always been there for him. what if Fred were to marry, and then they wouldn't be so much as really close twins? I don't want poor Georgie to be left out!!

I think there could be real potential there. I also understand everyone's thoughts that George would feel left out. That's why I think that maybe Fred will date Angelina, and George will date Katie Bell! They obviously have things in common, seeing as they were all on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, they all love Quidditch, they are all in Gryffindor, they all seem to have a sense of humor, etc.

It would be a cute idea if they all just started hanging out. I hope it happens in book 7

i find this very cute. Why not? Fred and George should end up with someone too! And like a few people said, Fred and Angelina were dancing quite enthusiastically. So yes. I do support this.

Angelina is made for one of the twins. She always laughs at their antics during quidditch and the way she blushed when Fred asked her makes me say "YES!" to a relationship between them. The only issue is where is George in all of this? I am dissapointed that JKR did not continue their more-than-friends relationship in the next books. There was lots of potential when Angelina became quidditch capitain for some action between them. Nothing more than some chiding is all we saw, though. I think Angelina has enough pep for the terrible twins. Now George just needs someone-perhaps Alicia Spinnet or his lovely assistant Veritee from HBP?

I'm a huuuge Fred & Angelina supporter, so I believe that they were or still are together, I hope JKR will hint something about their relationship in Book 7.

yeah i like this match as well, and i cant even explain why, its just ive never had the inclanation that fred was with anyone else, so why not her, its totally within the realm of possibility

Yes I know what you mean, you can't imagine Fred with any one else except Angelina, he has always bonded with Angelina the most out of all the girls through the course of the books. They are made for each other. But unfortunately I don't think they will get together in the last book.

I agree completely with jamespickles. They are a very good match but they probably will not get together in the last book. You were right when you said they bonded because in the books and even on screen you felt it. Although, I think that they wont get together because they are very minimal characters in the books. I think JKR may focus more on bigger relashioships. Possibly H/g ...R/h ...R/t...characters who have played bigger roles.

They'd make a good couple, but I doubt JK will work minor characters realationships into Book 7, they'd be cute together though !

I doubt that we will hear about any relitively new couple in the next book, but I think that Fred and Angelina would be cute. I think I can imagine Fred in a commited relationship.

I think if fred ever gets a girlfriend, they should have a doulble wedding. Can you imagine it: the twins wearing florecont tuxedos and and angelina and ??? wearing dragon skin dresses or something.

I love this ship, they fit together so perfectly. Fred and Angelina are made for each other, and are one of the sweetest couples in the Harry Potter series. I love that they are together! I have to admit tho i was pretty jealous of Fred and Angelina. I guess we all thot that Fred and George would never grow up to be successful buisness men and have Girlfriends! I think they look awfully cute together! I love the scene in the movie when Fred gives Ron a note and tells him to ask someone to the ball before they have all been asked. Then Ron asks "Who are you going with then?" Fred then throws a piece of paper at angelina's head and does the famous acting slash mouthing part. "Wil you (points at her)...Go to the Ballll(Dances with himself)...With me( points at himslef)? And she goes "To the ball? Ya I'll go. (Giggle) Then like my avatar Fred does his famous wink at Ron! Aevry time I see that part of the movie i crack up! I could see this working out. True Fred appeared to be asking Angelina on a whim, but we learn from the Wizard Wheezes that the twins are quite good at planning something when they really want to. I think Fred wanted to seem spontaneous in case he got shot down.

Who says the twins need to grow up to settle down? Mr. Weasly never really grew up (his collection of/obsession with Muggle things). I don't think they'll ever get married though. Fred would propose and Angelina would think he was kidding!

I can just imagine Fred telling his kids, "Owl order! You have it easy. In my day, I had to invent all my gags or trudge all the way to Hogsmeade from school in a blizzard of enchanted snowballs."

Another thought: Wonder if Mrs. Weasly laid the time honored curse of "I hope you have children just like you". Heeheehee.

I think they would work out great! If your refrencing the movie, you can tell Angelina had a bit of a little girl thing in her eyes. She was bursting with excitement on the inside, but trying to act natural. I don't recall reading this part when I read GoF but I have a horrible memory, and i've seen GoF the movie loads of times compared to only reading GoF about twice? But they're both quirky, and I don't know how to explain it...
