I'd probably be McGonagall, since I'm not a guy, i can't really be Severus...though, he's such a screwed up man, I don't think I would really want to live a life or childhood like his, I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to suffer like that. But I still love him nonetheless. I think I would be McGonagall though, I love her personality, she doesn't take crap from anyone, she's such a strong person...but such a compassionate woman inside.

I would be Tonks because I think it would be so cool to change your appearance like that! It would be like you had a life time supply of polyjuice potion. And I would love to change my hair colour to pink or blue or something that easily. Either her or Lily because she seemed really cool popular. And she married James!

Definitely Lily. Although I wouldn't mind being Tonks either, she's really nice. But still, other than the fact that she's dead, she seemed really cool, and a really really strong, compassionate woman and mother to Harry. I really wish she wasn't dead, the story would be so cool with her in it, though i guess it's kinda essential for the story to exist.

my obvious choice is tonks!!! who wouldnt want to be a metamorphmagus? i was really surprised at how many people want to be lilly. youd be dead sillies!

Tonks. She is just so cool. Lily would probably be cool too, if she was alive. She would have been a great mom. I love tonks. She seems like fun.

Tonks is a such a kool person. She can tranform into so many kool figures. I'd love to do tht. It sounds really exciting and a lot of fun. Purple hair. LOL!

I would like to be Dumbledore. Not for the obvious reasons but I would like to be him because he owns Fawkes. Phoenixes are so cool. I wish they were real so I could have one.

well frankly i wouldnt be any of them, you get some other adults on there like Lucius, or the one i would choose Bellatrix. She is just so interesting, and dark i like those characters and with me being a girl im not to keen on picking to be a guy. just sayin.

Deffinately Tonks because she can change her face and hair at will. Just imagine getting split ends and just wishing you have different hair and getting it for free. Or seeing someone you have a crush on and changing your appearance so they fall for you too. Sorry appeaerance in sort of a girl thing.

I would be Lily, I already look like her from the inside and outside. Too bad I'm not a witch I would love to be just as talented as her, and have te marauders as friends. My second choice would be Tonks, because she can change her appearance.

There are a few minor Spoilers in the text below.

Any way back to the topic, I think if I could be any adult wizard it would be very close between Arthur Weasley and Remus Lupin.

Arthur is very eccentric, he's driven by his family as oppose to money (or at least that's what I infer from the books). And he is forever putting the needs of others before himself at the ruin of him self.

Remus ion the other hand is a bit of a lone, he doesn’t really seek the company of others, adult Remus that is. (He appears in no desire to enter into a relationship with Tonks even though she wants to. As far as we know Lupin has never voluntarily or for his own benefit chosen to live with other werewolves where he would have probably found it more easy to be socially accepted, but instead struggles on with the cold mainstream Magical world). He also has excellent people skills, proven through his knack for settling debates (The should Harry get to know what the order are doing one for instance, he's a brilliant teacher etc), counselling people He's deep Very clever and never boastful . All in all someone I may only be slightly able to relate to but definitely Jo has created in Remus character qualities I would very much aspire to.

On that note I think I've just made my decision It has to be Remus, Arthur’s great but I think I'd like to be Remus a little more.

I can't believe you din't put up The Dark Lord. I just adore him. Anyway I voted for Severus, Kind of close.

Why do you love the Dark Lord so much, pfrsv?...I'm just kind of curious to know what attracts someone to such a pure evil character.

Not exactly a huge Snape fan but I had to choose him. We've both got a messed up past and he's got the attitude. He could fit into the good or bad realm and still work perfectly. Not to mention he doesn't care (or seems not to; very convincing if he does.)

Lupin all the way! Remus rocks. everybody loves him...he's the last surviving memeber of the marauders (the greatest people on the planet ever!)

I've chosen DD. I'd like to be very very wise... but it would make me a loner too-so it's a bad side of this. But I admire his knowledge.

well, i voted to be sirius black becuase apart from being practically murdered by his own cousin, he was such a strong and faithful guy. i dont know anyone who could have lived a life like his with all that he has been through, that would sure have taken so much courage and strength, so much more than i have and just as much as i would like to have.

I voted that I would want to be Professor McGonagall, but scratch that vote. I would want to be Nymhadors Tonks! She is young, fun, and I think it would be cool to be a Metamorphmagus and an Auror.
I wouldn't want to be Sirius-definitely not-he was in Azkaban for 12 years, escaped and went into hiding, and was then murdered by his own cousin.
Lupin is a werewolf-enough said. What a hard thing to go through every month. And the rest I guess just aren't preferable.

I would like to be Sirius because he was very brave and cunning and although he was imprisoned he eventually managed to escape. He was very smart and loyal to everyone and was great to be around. He was always positive and lived a wonderful childhood.

I voted Professor McGonagall. I like her style, her sense of humor. I'm a lot like her in so many ways.

I voted for Dumbledore...

He has very good stops in a wizard of his type...

- He doesn't care death. That means he lives her life very good, even if he knows it's risky...

- He has very good talents in magic. He's a very high-experimented wizard who knows many kinds of magic that helps in Voldemort's fight...

- He has a huge knowledge and wisdom. He uses his talents and knowledges to fight against Voldemort and teach Harry what he needs to defeat him...

I said Moody, because he's amazing! Not the prettiest thing to look at but brilliant! Dumbledore would be great as well, again, because of the brilliance!

I'd like to be Dumbledore. He's got a good job, he is unbelievable powerful and wise. It must be so great to be him, because he knows so much magic. Nobody will ever be as giftet as he is (I don't say 'was' because I don't believe he's dead)...

i'd love to be wise and as caring and helpful as Dumbledore.
i'd love to coll like Tonks and be able to change the way i look. to be in the order and be and auour.
and then lupin because he is smart and more powerful then most realise. he is wise and also knows how to defend yourself because he was after all a DADA teacher. plus he also plays i key part in the order as he is an insider for the order, watching greyback's moves. someone like that has to be brave because greyback sort of ruined his life.

It was a toss up between Molly Weasley and Severus Snape. In the end, I chose Snape. I like things relatively peaceful and quiet. Though I do like a little background noie like the radio, television or music in the background. I LOVE kids, but after a while I want some solitude. Plus I empathize with Snape and LOVE the character, so I chose him.

I'd personaly be Dumbledore! Even though he died, he was the most powerful wizard, and the only one LV ever feared!!!

If i could be anybody, I would pick Tonks because she is very unique and an amazing witch with a good sense of adventure.

dumbledore. he is the greatest character in all the books in my opinion./ he adds so much, and he really is one of the few "family" members harry has. he knows so much.

Since I am a girl, I choose Tonks because she is a pretty cool character. She is different from everybody else. She is extremely smart, yet she has a magnificent personallity!

My other choose was Lily because she seems like the most caring person that you could ever meet.

If I was a guy I probably would have choosen Sirius or Dumbledore because they are both amazing people for various reasons.

since im a girl i would probably wanna be mcgonagal but otherwise i would like to be dumbledore (except for the fact that he died ) or else tonks...it would be really cool to be either one of these characters, i mean mcgonagal is a very good, respected teacher who will probably be the next headmistriss, dumbledore knows like EVERYTHING and is the only one voldemort ever feared, and tonks is just really cool and shes an auour.

Had to be Sirius besides my name, being an animagus would be awesome, I supose azkaban won't be any fun and having a potrait scream at me everytime I walk through the door but hey it can't be good all the time

I had to chose Mad Eye Moody, I mean after he turned Draco into a ferret, that was just too cool. Also the way his fake eye revolves around on its own makes it hilarious. Mad Eye is just tool cool.
