hey, im new to this site. my fav products would be the skiving snackboxes, ef, fainting fancies. i would definately use them, mind u i prob wouldnt if i were at hogwarts coz there would be heaps of cool things to learn

I think the invisible hats are hilarious, but i don't think i'd buy it. I'd be more into the fireworks and canary creams and stuff like that. I think it was genious of them you have that line of Shield Charm items!

Yes, I think so, he is definately cool enough to join! In my opinion he is almost as cool as the twins. So, it was really sad in OoP when they left and Lee was by himself. I also really loved Lee when he made POTTERWATCH!!!

I think Lee should take Fred's place at WWW. He would be good with that sort of thing. I wonder if George lies awake at night and thinks about Fred. I wonder if he ever cried? I bet he did. He's so emotional which makes him even more of a HUNK! Which is why he and I should be together. He's a hunk, I'm adorable. We belong together.

I think my favorite thing about Fred and George was their awesome escape in OoTP, when they summon their brooms and ride off out of the great hall. That was totally awesome. It raised everyone's hopes in the book, and really showed Umbridge.

Yeah, I could totally see Lee joining WWW. He's a prankster too. After the twins left he kind of took over on the major pranks *cough* nifflers *cough* Plus he's really good friends with George so if he applied he'd almost definitely be in.

I really like this twins. I laugh out loud everytime I read a line from them. They are really amazing. They are the epitome of people who make life light in times of despare and adventure.

i love the twins! i really do wonder what happened to george? but ok the other day i was thinking about what wizard wheeze i'd like and honestly i think the fever fudge would be good for one of my teachers (trust me he deserves it)
i've always wondered what it would have been like if the twins and the marauders would have gone to school together that is a thought

On the plus side, at least it was fever fudge. It is something they could live with. Imagine, trying to get through the day with an uncontrollable nosebleed or constantly vomitting.

i guess it's too good to be true james, i'd settle for there to be a great joke shop like weasley's wizard wheezes! i have an ok joke shop near my house but not great. it hardly has anything good

Oh joke shops are absolutely pathetic. Toy shops are good for prank stuff and stink bombs..your better looking on the market. We have a market over here and on a couple of stalls they sell handcuffs, stink bombs, smoke bombs, fart gas, trick sweets...all sorts...or you just study Advanced Chemistry and then you can make your own stuff.

well james seeing as i don't know a place where they sell that stuff here (i live in mexico so it's hard) i had to learn to make it. i'm still working on the smoke bombs because i haven't managed to make those but i've perfected, icthing powder, stink bombs, pepper spray, and a friend and i made a clever little fart machine . i once bought an exploding pen but that didn't go as planned, i used it on a little sissy guy who got scared and broke it *shakes head*
so yeah that's why i wish WWW was real that way i wouldn't have to bother making things myself (i'm working on a lighter that shocks you, for all my smoker friends )

Fred and George are great, so much humour and their very smart too. And they have some very nice items in their shop. The ones I love most are nosebleed nougats, ton tongue toffee and faiting fancies. I couldn't stop laughing when Fred dropped a ton tongue toffe in front of Dudley the house of the Dursley's. Fake wands are a great invention as well.

I was thinking about that Dudely thing, how is it that his jaw didn't break when his tongue began to grow? I mean it says it was huge but yet it doesn't mention his jaw breaking. Or him throwing up

I had the impression that it swelled outward. That is, once it filled his mouth, then it only grew lengthwise. That way, Fred and George would not hurt their target. Those delightful pranksters always seemed to draw the line when it came to actually hurting people.

And of course Fred continued with the shop. How could a person with so much zest for humour give up his life's ambition?

Shall I remind you of the punching telescope or the time they stuffed a Slytherin in the Vanishing Cabinet? There were times where they'd go over board. Loveable pranksters sometimes cross the invisible line (Not that I ever did).

I say loosing a person like your brother/best friend scars a person. So maybe George grew up after Fred's death

First, we don't know if they ever sold the punching telescope. They said it was not ready, so maybe they were concerned that it would hurt someone. Also, Hermione was not hurt. There was no mention of any damage to her. She had a bruise, but that bruise was different in that it could not be magicked away easily. To me, that suggests it was a magic bruise and not one created by physical means.

As for the Vanishing Cabinet, they were under duress. They were upset, and it was not planned. Perhaps I should rephrase and say they would not maliciously hurt someone.

Losing family can certainly make one grow up. I imagine it would be doubly hard for Fred, in that he lost a part of himself. It was not Fred and George, they were the twins. They were two parts to a single whole.

Still, that pain would not likely last forever. His nature would return to its joking normality. Besides, wouldn't he find someone who would make him happy? I would hope so.

What we also have to remember is Fred and George tested everything on themselves first. They didn't send something out into the world until they had tested it and found a cure/reverse to the "ailment" it caused whatever it might be.

I don't think any of their jokes were meant for malicious reasons if they planned on using it on themselves. I know I wouldn't do it knowing I had to use it on myself over and over again until I got it right.

Alright, alright, I get it. Fred and George wouldn't purposely hurt someone like that. I was thinking of the other pranks they've played and it's true they don't hurt others (in by physical means). The other time they also came close to hurting was when they tried to make Ron do an Unbreakable Vow.

Darron it's Fred who died, not George. I know they were individuals but just imagine, you go all of your life being with a person 24/7. You share everything with that person and suddenly the person is no longer there. Wouldn't it be painful to go back to the joke shop where everything there reminds you of that person?

I do hope he did continue and did find someone. I only wish he would have been mentioned in the 19 years later.

oii I just wanted to say too that it was indeed Fred who died not George.
and well we know from the Live Chat that George went on first with Ron and then alone...which shows that he really somehow could handle it
though it must be so much harder for a twin to move on...I mean do you remember how Ron and Percy freaked out and cried and yelled...imagine that was their brother...not twin...I am glad that George wasnt around ...

My favorite would defenitely be the daydream spells, with their fireworks in a close second... That would be sooooooo sweet to have in class on some days. The shielding hats and stuff would be pretty cool too though... And I could use the swamps and canary creams and snackboxes some days.

I always loved Weasley's wizard wheezes. I remember the first time I read the oook, I was eight and I loved the idea, me at the time obsessed with practical jokes. And as I read the Ootp and hbp I thought that some of the inventions that J-Kay came up with was brilliant, I loved the idea of the patented day-dream charm whatever it was. I also hought that the pygmy puffs sounded really cute

I like everything of theirs. They have the best ideas. Although, the day dream spells would be wonderful. And I'd really like to see their fireworks up close.

The edible dark marks are cool, so are the daydream spells. I really like everything of theres, like the extendable ears and the skiving snackboxes. Everything they make is not just funny, but it comes ins handy, like the shield hats and cloaks.And the pygmypuffs are cutee !

I love all of Fred and Goerge's stuff... I'd say my fav shop in Diagon Alley is Weasly Wizard Wheezes!!

My fav products are..in order..

1.Skiving Snackboxes: I really really need those sort of things at my university. Although its not a big problem for us to bunk the classes outright, but we loose attendance..and there's very little chance of proxy. So we need attendance and we dont want the classes..Personally i'd prefer the Fainting Fancies becuase I dont want to bear the eww thing of a bleeding nose!

2.Self spell quills: I need these things. I'm pathetic in spelling. Sometimes I'm confused in writing theif/thief and i'm always confused in relieve/releive.. I think i'm still spelling it wrong. I'm 20 and hopeless in spelling. I'm lucky they don't deduct marks at our university for spelling mistakes!

3.Patented Daydreaming Charms: I need them in classes.. I can't bear some lectures. Most of them are good.But some like Community Pharmacy are a pain! I guess this would help me!

That's an amazing list! I could never decide what my favorite products are. I just know that I would love to have some of them. Like Patented Daydreaming Charms and maybe a Skiving Snackbox or two...although I would only want something like the Fainting Fancies or Fever Fudge, that's it! And it would be awesome to have a Self-inking quill since it seems I'm always running out of ink when I take exams. I don't know what it is about me that does it, either, but I always seem to end up going through a pen or two that I could have sworn were fine! And some Peruvian Instant Darkness Powder would be quite...interesting...

I would like all the products and also some of the muggle magic items also. I really would like a Pygmy Puff! I would name it Snuggles. Oh and I wouldnt mind having 10 second pimple remover, I'd buy some and stick back for picture days.
