Who hates people talking about Draco and Ginny? They will never be together.

if they did get 2 gether that would be horrible but i highly doubt that will happen

We have a very strict format here for these types of threads to stop nasty arguments breaking out so you really should have asked a moderator before opening this thread.

Normally, I would lock this straightaway, but as you're new, I'm giving you a chance. I'll make this a venom thread, but I must insist that you and everyone who contributes to this thread reads through the tight rules governing these threads which I've pasted below.

The following rules will apply in these threads that will all be VERY clearly marked as VENOM - NON Supporters only. They will also be packed full of HBP spoilers, so you really need to have finished HBP first.

This privilege WILL be revoked if people abuse it - this is an idea we are trying purely on a trial basis so if it gets pulled, you will only have yourselves to blame.

I think they will never be together, they're too different, Draco and his family think that the Weasleys are blood traitor or whatever they call them, I doubt they will be together in the future.

I highly doubt there is any room for intimacy as far as Draco and Ginny are concerned. You're right, they're way too different! I mean, Draco is way to bratty (sorry, Tom, no offense) and stuck-up. All he cares about is himself. He didn't care the least bit when Ginny was almost killed in CoS! Ginny is way too smart for him. I'm noy saying Draco's stupid, but he's a Dark wizard! Ginny would never dream to mess around with someone like that! (Especially when she's got Harry) I really don't think they'll ever get together. JKR is probably laughing her head off that people can even think that! There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Draco and Ginny have no chance!

I see a lote of the word "doubt"! there is no way in heaven or hell that this is going to happend ... there is not a single hint that this is a remot posibility... so no worries... I am prety aclm about this subject

Well... I think there is a very little chance that Ginny and Draco will end up together.. I mean, that would totally throw the whole book off, and people would want to read more about Draco and Ginny, rather than Harry himself, which I may you remind you, the series is based on So would any relationship as a matter of fact... but I'm drifing off-topic.

Besides, the only thing that Draco and Ginny have in common is that they are both pure bloods and they like hexing people for fun.. hmm.. you can't make a relationship out of that can you? Surely not.. O.o

Yeah, I definitely can't see Ginny and Draco happening any time soon. Apart from the fact that she's pretty and plays Quidditch, I doubt Draco even knows she exists, half the time. Nahh- I've read some cute fan fics, but I just really don't believe this one will ever go anywhere. Personally, I think Ginny loathes Draco- and if she didn't before, she almost certainly will after everything that transpires after HBP. Cheers!

Dominique, if Ginny and Draco got together that would be last word of any Harry Potter book I'd ever read again. It's the same craziness with people thinking Hermione and Draco would be a good couple, I'm sorry, but where is that coming from. Nothing against Draco or Tom, I enjoy his character, as what he is, which is a villan. He's every jerk who picked on you in middle or high school, he's the more realistic adversary.

Ginny will never like Draco, especially when she's got Harry. And even if she did like him, Draco would never have liked Ginny. Ginny is a blood-traitor, as he says, and he hates everyone who's friends with Harry Potter. So why would he, all of a sudden, change opinion?

i don't know how many draco/ginny supporters there are out there, but i don't think this ship will ever come true even if there were a billion d/g shippers... it might kind of be like romeo/juliet with both of them coming from families that hate each other, but even romeo and juliet never got to live happily ever after in the end... there is absolutely no attraction and no hints that this will ever happen, and if it does i'll be in total shock

If Draco had stayed in school, and if Harry and Ginny had broken up in a bad way, with hurt feelings, I could see it happening simply out of revenge.

I could see Draco courting Ginny because she used to be Harry's girlfriend, and if Draco knew how fond of Ginny Harry was, he'd go for it just to make Harry upset. He wouldn't feel she was beneath him, because her family is pure-blooded, so there wouldn't be a loss of face, in fact, he might well be lauded by his peers for returning a pureblood to the fold.

I could also see Ginny pursuing Draco in retaliation for being dumped by Harry (again, if there had been bad feelings). Draco and Ginny seem very alike to me. Both are attracted to power, both often do things which are highly immoral for pretty shallow reasons, and both have weird obsessions with Harry Potter--like opposite sides of the same coin.

But, Draco has run away and it's highly doubtful he could ever return to Hogwarts, and Ginny and Harry parted well. So, no, it's highly unlikely Draco and Ginny would ever be a couple.

For one, Draco and Ginny loathe each other. Sure, it would make a rather nice Romeo/Juliet story if they were both to fall in love with each other, but let's face it. (My personal opinion is that JK Rowling has jocked enough story plot lines...take Spiderman for example!) That would never happen in a million years. Being the weak and helpless person that she is, Ginny would require Draco at her side 24/7, especially if everyone were to suddenly despise her for falling in love with him. As for Draco, he didn't seem too kind about all the people offering him help, so what makes Ginny any different? I doubt that Ginny will be of any more importance to him than his very own reputation, nor will Ginny fall for him, seeing as to how she's so 'in love' with Harry.

Draco and Ginny? Nope. Will never happen in canon that's for sure. The Malfoys and the Weasleys, although both purebloods, do NOT like one another. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that they loathe each other. The Malfoys believe that they are better (because they are wealthy)than the poverty stricken Weasleys! IMO, there are similarities between Draco and Ginny. Draco is a spoiled, self-centered, mean-spirited, arrogant "bad boy" while Ginny is a spoiled, self-centered, mean-spirited, reckless girl. In fanfiction, I think the two would make a good match!

And people come up with tese SHIPS how? How could Ginny and Draco be together. Talk about-EEW! Anyways, there are no proven hints of this SHIP anywhere in the books. The Malfoys truly, deeply hate the Weasley's. Besides, too much was given away in HbP with Harry/Ginny that I can't even imagine this SHIP forming.

This is so silly I don't even know why I'm posting in here. But I will any way because it is fun. As many people have said, Ginny is a Blood-traitor, so Malfoy will naturally hate her. The Malfoys and the Weasleys are about as compatable as water and electricity. We know who Ginny likes, and even though Harry "broke up" with her, i think they are kind of still together, but not official. Does that make sense? As for Voldemort knowing, how would he not know? He can get into Harry's head and he probably has spies. He's probably been told by people who Harry hangs out with. Anyway, back on topic, the Draco/Ginny and Draco/Hermione ships are just...just...wrong. I wonder how many jugs of Firewhiskey a person had to drink to think that up.

i want to know exactly how this ship started, for i will get back at whoever started it. draco and ginny is the worst of all that i have seen! draco would see ginny dying and do nothing about it. he would just sneer and laugh. whoever thinks this is possible is an idiot! (sorry about that, but its true) if this happened in the book, i would never read again (and reading is one of my favorite things to do) harry would probably spear draco with a pitchfork before he let draco near ginny. harry loves ginny and always will!

i doubt ginny and malfoy would ever get together.......thats like impossible because ginny likes harry and would never like a person who firstly hates harry, secondly dislikes any mudbloods like Hermione and thirdly hates bloodtraitors like the weasleys even more and fourthly Draco was going to kill Dumbledore so i dont think after all these reasons shes going to like Draco of all people..that would interest many readers ofcourse but will make a majority of fans turn their heads away from harry potter. Another thing is even if J.K Rowling had planned something between them for the 7th book it is unlikely that she would after the release of the HBP because it clearly states that Draco along with Snape and the Death eaters are on the run whilst Ginny might aswell be studying in the common room of gryffindor .....it is therefore most improbable that Ginny would betray her family and friends and especially Harry for the sake of a muggle-hater who so far throughout the series she utterly despises.
So i thinlk we should rule out the possibility of Ginny and Draco together because it is most unlikely...

ok they are never going to get together, JKR wouldnt allow it. it would be like world war three between the malfoys and the weasleys not to mention ron and harry with malfoy if they both got together. it would also be romeo and julliet all over again. it will never happen and i hope for my books sake that if i read it i will puke up on it that it never will.

Yeah it would be like Romeo and Juliet. Maybe someone should write a fanfic about it like Romeo and Juliet if it hasn't already been done. But anyway, like I've said, Draco and Ginny is silly. I think a relationship is the least of Draco's worries right now. He didn't follow through with the job that Voldemort gave him, so Voldemort's not going to be too pleased about that. Plus, he just ran off with Snape, who just ran off because he just got done killing Dumbledore. So, I don't think he will come back any time soon hoping to get with anybody. I think he's out of luck in the romance department, that is unless he wants an ugly like Millicent Bulstrode or Professor Umbridge. Now that's a quality ship. Draco and Umbridge. Ginny is a good person who cares for others. Draco is not. Plus, Draco is pretty much out of the picture now that Snape has killed Dumbledore. I'm sure Ginny will return to school in book 7. I have to admit this pair in fan fic makes for interesting stories, with the Romeo and Juliet thing and the Harry/Ginny/Draco triangle, but I am evert aware that it will never happen in the books.

must agree with Amyrat..they make interesting Fics..sometimes good..if written right..but I could never see this happening so definantly dont ship it..and I severly doubt that Jo would do this to us..especially with all that happened with Harry and Ginny.
