I hate hate hate Umbridge. She is pure evil! I also hate Lockhart. He is an aweful teacher. Heck i dont even consider him a Teacher. I also hate Cho! She is just a waste of time for Harry.

Well, I agree with most of u guys, I really despise Umbridge! She was so...argh!!! Everytime she came up on the book I got in a bad mood It's one thing she didn't like Harry but doing all those things to Hogwarts! I specially disliked her when she took Dumbledore's post! I mean no one can take Dumbledore's place!

I am also very disappointed with Percy, I liked him in the earlier books but then, he started working in the Ministry and he became so... pompous! How could he "break" the coolest family ever?! But u know what they say, there's a black sheep in every family right?

WORMTAIL. Umbridge is second... I hated reading her parts... But Wormtail... Oh my.. He angers me more than anybody. He ruined Sirius' life. Point blank.

He was the one behind James and Lily's deaths which caused Harry to grow up parentless, with the Durlsleys....

[font=Arial] I cant STAND Umbridge, Percy and Fudge. They really really ANNOYED me! Peed me right off! Percy is such an arrogant little know it all! HATE HIM SO MUCH! And that Umbridge woman! If I was in the book I would have secretly done the cruciatus curse on her! She was pure evil! Snape doesnt really bother me as much anymore! I guess you really need someone like him in the book. Actually, I think there are a few too many people who are taking on the role of evil.

For some reason I have no hate against the "evil" characters like Snape or Malfoy or Bellatrix. I love how enticing, interesting and intense they are. Even Umbridge I like (I don't like HER, but I love her character, if that makes any sense at all. . .like as a person, no, but I love her effect on everybody and how much everyone hates her.
I guess I'm not so fond of Cho. I liked her a little until OotP. Then she just started to drive me nuts. She whines and whines and. . .ugh.

Lockhart. I positively cannot stand Lockhart. His is such a ......Well, I will leave it at that. He has no real ability of his own, but he takes credit for what others do. It is the worst kind of cheating, because he permanently injures thoe he attacks. He is a complete coward.

I hate Umbridge the most out of all the characters in HP. She was just so evil and I hated how she used to interrupt everyone and how she used to come up with decrees for everything.

Oh, I REALLY hate Umbridge, Bellatrix, Lucius... I don't like Cho, Pansy...

My least favorites:

Umbridge (such a witch - and I don't mean it in the wizard-y way)
Snape (he killed Dumbledore!)
Pansy Parkinson (so whiny and drippy)
Bellatrix Lestrange (for obvious reasons)
Wormtail (the traitor)

Fleur (she may be hot in the movies but shes a pain)

Worst character hmm... Must be Binns... I mean everybody else has in some way helped Harry, Ron and Hermione in some ways so they could delay or stop the plans of He who must not be named... That and he's such a sleeping pill... Even Dolores Umbridge has in some ways helped Harry, she made him realise that he can't trust the Ministry...

I absolutely loathed Delores Umbridge...Ooh that woman made me soo mad!! Every time she did something, or said something I almost ripped up the pages! I just couldn't believe her! It made me insane! I was so glad when the centaurs chased her off...If there was justice she would've gotten worse!

On the other hand..This is proof that JKR is a literary genius..To create a character that can generate that much hatred! Bravo!

Ginny! I really don't like her in HBP! And I hope she isn't in the movie OOTP too much or I will cry.
And then theres all the common ones to hate, Umbridge,Bellatrix,Malfoy...ect

Overall Umbridge is the most detested charactor for me what she did to Harry in dtention, oh that burns me up, even Snape is not that cold and callous!
I don't like Percy at all because he cares more about his success at the Ministry than he does about his own family, and I have no doubt that he would turn his family over to the Ministry if he thought it would help his advancement!
I don't care for Lavender, she is just too drippy and not to mention has stalker like qualities, look how she followed Ron around and went ballistic when she saw him with Hermione.

The only person I cannot stand is Luna. I never really liked Sirius either but Luna is simply annoying. It's not like I hate her or anything, but I think were she a real person I'd highly avoid her presence.

i don't like bellatrix because she killed sirius and i don't like snape because he killed dumbledore. i don't care what side he is on, he still killed dumbledore. i don't like percy because he is annoying and he left his perfect family. i don't like umbridge because she is a evil stupid rat. and lastly i don't like lavender because she is VERY annoying and ditzy and she calls ron won-won. i mean come on, who does that?

otherwise i pretty much like all the other characters.

For me the worst Harry Potter character is Umbridge.Horrible woman! [size=2]

ohmygod well definitely umbridge! man from the first second i started reading about her i couldnt stand her! power-hungry, controlling, selfish, evil......ugh! i am so glad she got carried away by the centaurs, but the fact that she came back relatively unharmed and had the nerve to go to Dumbledore's funeral.....that was too much. I wanted her permanently damaged, in St. Mungos. (what really gets me is that an evil git like her can be allowed to live a perfectly normal life, and she chooses to be mean! I guarantee that if Neville's parents had the chance to live normal lives, they would in a second, but they would be kind and good and Neville would have his mum and dad again! How is THAT fair?)

Oh and Voldemort of course. Because he started all the problems. (although, if it werent for him, there would be no reason to write the books, because Harry wouldnt have been famous because his parents wouldnt have been murdered by Lord Voldemort and he wouldnt have survived because no one had tried to kill him in the first place! if that makes sense )

Percy Weasly and Fudge.Because they are idiots and boring.
I can't dislike Snape because he, Hermione and Luna are my favorite characters.

I hate people who like to think there in control of every single person. And Umbridge really fits the bill as a in control type. Voldermort and her should really be getting engaged any time soon.

i hate pansy parkinson with a passion...she reminds me on a girl that i knew in school...she was horrible and a schemer, just like i imagine pansy...

I really dislike Bellatrix Lestrange, she has every characteristic I hate about people in general and also, I can get really annoyed by Harry sometimes! All the other I can cope with, but this ones! They make me want to close the book sometimes...

my least favorite charactor would have to be either dolores unbridge or gilderoy lockhart. they were both two of the biggest phonies i have ever read about. reading the books with those two charactors in them made me more angrey everytime that i turned a page.

There are lot of "I hate Umbridge" people out there. (me included) She is one person we love to hate. Lets start a club.

i really and i mean REALLY HATE PERCY WEASLY even before he left his family and every one saw him for the prat that he is...i just cant stand him he is so high strung and full of himself but yet my fave charactors are fred and george so i would think that.

My least favorite Harry Potter character would definetly be the fat toad Umbridge.She is an important charatcter in the 5th book no doubt about it but i just loathe her so much.How does someone like her actally have "friends" in the ministry.What kind of monster makes someone write with their own blood.

After the obvious choices of Fudge, Scrimegour, Percy and Umbridge, I cannot stand Lockhart. He is such a pompous ____________. He is a sad excuse of a man.

Hmmm my least favorite character is probably Percy Weasley. He is a git. And for all the people who dont like Harry because of the 5th book, how would you feel in the situation. I just think we have to see form his view.

Well i do, like you, have characters that i dislike like Dolores Umbridge. But i thought that if all this characters that we are saing you hate them wouldn`t exist, than we won`t like the books so much! It has to be someone evil and someone who we hate cause if there wasn`t we wouldn`t love all the good characters so much, won`t we?

That's all i have to say. I just hate her! I wish i could magic myself into the books so i could strangle her personally. Hehehe ... then i pull out my wand and yell "Adava Kedavra" and watch her crumple onto the ground and then we kick her into the forest so she can be eaten by the centaurs ...

Also, i hate Malfoy. Ok, some people love him, but grrr ... i hate him! I want to strangle him as well ... in fact, i'll chuck him into a broom couboard with Umbridge and then when you can hear "Come to me my pretty ..." you throw in a couple of dungbombs and laugh at them.

And just because i can, i'll throw in Percy while i'm at it. Hehehe, i'm evil!

Hmmm, I don't like Percy. He's such a snivelling, suck-up, little prat of a character. I hate the way he acts towards everyone, he sucks up to those in power and totally disowns his own family to do it. He's just a despicable little character.

I'll throw Wormtail up there too, just for the heck of it.

Mine would either be Wormtail or Scrimgeour. I just hate Scrimgeour for some silly reason..maybe because he pressured Harry so much.

Funnily though, I don't hate Snape, unlike many other people, because he is really interesting and intriguing, even though he's a slimy little greaseball

I cannot stand Percy. He has done absolutely nothing admirable in any of the books. He is a smug and pretentious git. The only time I liked him at all was when he was pining for Penelope in Chamber of Secrets. Even then he tried to hide it. The name Weasely does not grant you an instant 'like' pass.

I hate many people,even those that I thought would be nice but they were not.
Well I've just finished reading the goblet of fire and ....I've started hating Fudge!! I couldn't believe when he beleived what that skeeter woman wrote about harry and when he thought harry was lying about the death eaters.And when he just worried about his career.UUGGHH!!

I hate Snape because he's always been bad to harry.

I hate percy because he is.....can't find a word to describe him...umm...he just isn't like the other weasleys,you know,all of them always having fun.

I really used to hate Draco,but now sometimes I think that if he was not there,there wouldn't be anyone hermione could punch

I realy dislike Gildoroy Lockhart. I mean he is so full of himself. I would also have to say I dispise, snape and bellatrix they killed two of my favorite characters . I also can;t stand crabbe and goyle, I don't know why I just always have.

I really don't like Percy Weasley! Man oh man! He peeves me off! The way he turned his back on his own family, and letting his mom suffer like that is just plain mean, I tell you!! And he thinks he is just the best working at the Ministry and all that... such a hoity toity lil' prat! lol

And then there's Umbridge... now where do I begin? hmmm... Shall we go through the whole Alphabet do you think? That toad-freak was born out of the devils egg I tell you! I have never seen such pure evil in someone ... She has dragon blood flowing through her veins...

I like Snape.... no no no no no... I like the movie-version of Snape! Alan Rickman.. yeah... But Snape in the books... oooo a greasy slimeball..you know, I actually though he'd do something kind or good to Harry... you know.. soften a bit up...I don't know why.. I though he'd help him at some stage..but he never has, and probably never will...

Well i don't like Voldemort and Snape but without them in the books and movies it would be a bit boring!! I also don't like Dolores Umbridge, Pansy Parkinson, Barty Crouch Snr, Wormtail, Professor Quirrell, Percy Weasley and Gildory Lockhart!!

Well, I can't stand Umbridge or Wormtail. But I do think that the book needs them as villains to make it interesting. The book can't all be good guys or it would be no fun!

My worst Harry Potter character is Cho Chang. Ugh, can't stand her. At first, I thought she was okay but when she started crying all over Harry, that's when things became revolting for me. From that point onward, I couldn't stand Cho.

My least favorite of all the characters has to be Percy, because you have to be really spiteful to turn against a family like the Weasleys, let alone if they were your own family. Also you have to be an even bigger git to not say your sorry. I am also not to fond of Umbridge and Petigrew but Percy is definately my least favourite.

I have several characters that I don't exactly favor. Among those would be Percy, Umbridge, and Lockheart. First I dislike Percy because now he has just become a selfish, stuck-up, power-hungry(well in a way), snobby, little git. He treats everyone, including his own family, like their are rubbish and looks up to those who are in charge and who are in control, especially those who have lots of control and power in the Ministry. He may be intelligent, but he's certainly not being very smart about where he's positioning himself at the moment.

Umbridge...well she's a long story. I suppose it's pretty obvious though, considering what she did to Harry. There's more behind her which I would like to find out, but for now I see her as wicked and cruel and someone needs to do something to her so she ends up in Azkaban or St. Mungos.

Lockheart is just downright obnoxious and plain boring and also annoying. I know that he's supposed to add some of the humor in the books, but it never worked that way for me. his character was always corny from the beginning and felt that he was rather weak and undeveloped. I wish Harry or Ron would have put the Silencio charm on him to keep his loud mouth shut.

My ultimate most hated character would definately be Umbridge. She just makes me cringe! Everytime i read something she says or does i get this look on my face!

I kind of like Cho because she isn't that whiny, only when Cedric dies and in OOTP...never mind I dont like her much either. She uses Harry as a crying shoulder but I dont think she really likes Harry.
