If there was no Voldy, then we would all be reading a series about a boy who was a wizard with no real subplot... oh, the horrors!!

well he'd be injured for a while, postponing the filming of hbp. well if he died in it theyd get a new harry.

then dumbledore wouldn't have had help from snape because snape didn't have help from Dumbledore....

they probably would have gotten a new ron.

1) Harry would think 'What an Odd couple.' Percy would understand Quidditch and Cho would get annoyed by his pompous demeanour and divorce him.

then the trio would have never found out that Malfoy wasn't the heir... and they'd get expelled

Then Neville would be the Boy Who Lived and Harry would be the Witless Wonder of Gryffindor, and Neville would be the Tri Wiz Champ and marry Ginny, and Harry would be stuck with Luna Lovegood....

What if Crabbe had been the leader of Slytherin and Malfoy had been his cronie?

Then Crabbe would have been forced to become a Death Eater and he would have gone every where saying: "Ooh, look, I've got a Dakt-Makr ... And I'm with Long Voldimon!" And he would have killed the trio in the Requirement Room, and he wouldn't have died... or,yes, he would.

What if Lavender had dated Harry instead of Ron?

Then Ron and Hermione would have went to slughorns party together and they would have ended up as a couple much sooner, and everyone would have been a lot happier. Except for maybe Ginny!

What if Dumbledore had survived HBP?

Then he could have helped Harry a lot more, and carry on together with the hunting for the Horcrux, but Hary wouldn't have learnt a lot.

What if Harry had drown in the Forest of Dean?

Then the story would pretty much end there and JK Rowling had better watch out.

What if there were 20 horcruxes?

The series would either take millions of books to end or some sort of deus ex machina crud would happen and everyone would live happily ever after.
Or, Voldemort would win, because it would take forever to find 20 horcruxes. And destroy them, too.

The series would be called Neville Longbottom not Harry Potter and would in turn be all about Neville

Then, Harry wouldn't have felt bad about his death and named on of his children Albus Severus.

Then everything have changed for me.

Then Voldemort would have killed him in the shrieking shack instead of Snape to gain control of the Elder wand.

What if Hermione had never bought Crookshanks?

She wouldn't have fought with Ron all the time.

What if Draco and Hermione dated?

Then Ron would have an even bigger reason to hate Draco and his family!!!

What if Mad-Eye Moody lived???

Then Harry, Ron and Hermione would have had no problems getting out of the ministry undetected, because Harry wouldn't have stolen his eye off of Umbridge's door.
