I still can't figure out what motivated someone to go to all the trouble of stealing this car! They had to use a tow truck, or a winch, something, just to get it moved. It didn't run!
They can't pawn it. It will take a lot of space to store it.
All I can think is that some rich collector would want it, but how mental is that? You can't show anyone, show it off...it's not worth doing jail time for...weird. Just weird.
Any word on if they recovered it?

it is kinda weird though why anyone on their right mind may want to steal such a thing...i mean, what are you supposed to do with a non working car? yeah..you can put it in your collection..but steal it?..going through all that instead of just buying it...and where are you supposed to hide that thing anyway...the guy who stole it would probably be a huge hp fan or a really stupid git..

but why would you do that? it cant be easy to hide a car which more than half the population of the world would recognise!! seriously, whoever did it is some genius and there is no point seeing as it's not even a working car

but seriously, if i had the money, i wouldnt mind a prop from the harry potter movies. i can see why someone would do that. but then again....where would they keep it? and whats the point of having it if you cant show it to anyone for fear of them turning you in?

thats a disgrace! i know the car wasnt in use but still... its just so stupid that someone would go to all the trouble of stealing it bacause they cant go out in public with it because first of all it doesnt work and second of all loads of people would see them and report it to the police...well i hope they would. its so unfair that they got away with it too
