Guys,I am really very confused and sad about the Emma's boyfriend news.I personally believe that she does not have any and it is just a rumour.I also believe that Rupert and Emma have deeper feelings for each other.I realized this by watching all the interviews and stuff like that.How can she just go out with someone like that?
As for Rupert,he is not at all a bad boy.He plays the role of a very shy person which gets changed after meeting a retired actress.She just takes out the lion inside him.The kiss and the scene was just because he was drunk and he does not even do this with his love interest in the movie but a Scottish girl who is like nine or ten years older than him.Rupert is really cool,i am sure.In the review the people said that the movie is so sentimental and the story is so strong that one just completely gets involed in it and end up with tears.Cool,is not it? Cant wait for it.
At the end,Emma does not have a boyfriend.She never mentions him.

I didn't mean Rupert was a bad guy, I basically meant his chracter sounded a bit bad...or shallow....or drunk...which ever word you prefer. I've always thought Rupert seemed like a really nice guy. I mean he's never given me a reason to not like him, so no problems with him here.

Is Driving Lessons ONLY being released in Britain? If so then that really stinks because I was interested in seeing Rupe in a movie other than Harry Potter. At least December Boys is in my nation....

I agree with you Joy on the part that Tom has aliking for Emma. I'm a huge Tom fan so I check his site regularly (http://www.thomasfelton.com/) though he hasn't updated in forever and on his faq (http://www.thomasfelton.com/faq.html) there's the question 'Am I going out with Emma (Watson)?' and his answer is No, I wish ('She's a lovely girl who's really pretty but I'm not going out with her. I wish! ') So I agree with your idea he has feelings for her.

Hmm..I don't remember her, haha.

She doesn't look at all like the Lavander in my mind, and I can't imagine her with Rupert. I kind of always pictured her looking like an older version of Kiami Davael, the little girl who played Lavander in Matilda, I guess I just made the connection between the name.

I don't really know if they are going to get a new Lavender or not. I mean, I didn't even know that Jennifer Smith was even playing her. And to tell you the truth, I never pictured Lavender as African American. I know we were told Dean is...did it say Lavender was? I'm going to feel stupid if it did And if they do get a new Lavender, I would probably agree on the fact that every single girl in Great Britain would be there!!! I would go, but I'm American, so....not much hope here. But I can't wait til that movie comes out!

Hmm..I'm not sure weither or not it was stated that she was African (she wouldn't be African-American! I always pictured Lavender as a blonde. I don't know why. I pictured her as one of those classical popular blonde girls, like in teen movies, you know? I don't know why really.

I pictured Lavender a bit like a prettier Pansy. I have no idea why. I pictured her with sort of shoulder length dark hair up in a little barette or something. Kind of one of those goody-goody types who goes for anything with XY chromosomes, you know?
I can't wait to see who they cast for her, if they recast. I want them to recast. (I didn't even know there was a person with the title "Lavender" in the third movie.) Nothing against this Jennifer chick, but since we never really got to see any of her, it may be better to cast someone new.
Whoever it is though is lucky to be Lavender!!

WHo really knows if they're together?

A lot of things happen on set with stars and small flames happen and flings occur.

I know it stinks when people fantasize about meeting Dan or Emma or whoever, but if they are together don't get bent out of shape. It's kind of cute.

And anyways, they're 16. It's not as if they'll get married if they are dating. They'r elives are os busy too that when HP ends they probably won't see eachother.

So for all you who are worried if one of them are taken, remember this. :]

I think Robert and Emma had a fling during GoF. Okay, I really have no clue, but there was that quote when he said that thing about her, and in the "Meet the Champions" section on the DVD, she's commenting on his scars and she seems like she likes him. She's like, "It's very dirty and manly. It's good." So, yeah. I would be very jealous of her because he is just so adorable but they would be cute together! Plus, he was like one of the older kids on set and she's really mature so they would probably like eachother. Who knows though. Has anyone seen the picture of Emma drinking the beer? LOL she and Robert could have gone out drinking together ha ha.

Doesn't it seem funny how it seems like Emma may have a relationship with nearly every guy on the set? Perhaps she's just a really likeable person. She seems okay to me. Oh. My. God. I had only seen one pic of Emma drinking, the one where she was jsut holding the bottle up to her lips. I didn't think it could be real, because she could've been joking and there was another drink in front of her. But now... oh my word. She really does drink. I mean, she's almost 16, and let's face it, a lot of kids her age drink. Dan and Rupert probably drink too, and all the other members of the cast. I've just never thought about it. Wow. im sad to say but i definitely think that emma was drinking. I have seen numerous pictures of her with beer bottles in her hand. I have also seen pictures of her partying with her friends and "flirting" with a guy! have you seen those?

I don't really see what the big deal is. The fact is, most kids drink before their legally allowed to. Just because she's an actress she gets all the blame? However, I do think she should take into consideration the fact that whether she likes it or not, she's a role model. She chose to take that on when she decided to become an actress. I mean, common sense says don't let people take pictures of you drinking beer but I guess that's just immaturity. She won't get arrested though you guys so don't worry!

I'm just curious, but does anyone in here know the actual drinking age for England? I know it is 21 in America, and I didn't know if it was different anywhere else. I know they aren't as uptight about smking as Americans are, so I was wondering if it was the same.

In one picture it did look like she was kidding around, but the other two were...Well, it definitely looked like she had a good grip on it. I am surprised if she really was drinking or is a drinker because it is a shame she would waste her talent on silly stuff.

There isn't a drinking age in England, or all of Europe. Clubs for drinkign and dancing are open to like 16 year olds so Emma can completely legally drink in England.

Well, I read somewhere that in England, now I'm not sure as I live in America, but underage people are allowed to have alchohol as long as they didn't order it, such as if a mom ordered it and gave the beer to Emma (because servers cannot serve beer to minors), and it's in a sit-down restauraunt, which you can tell it is by the table settings. It was something like that, that I heard.
