ok here goes, i wasn't able to find the years in which molly and arthur were born because i couldnt find any mention of their age but everyone else is accounted for. And these are the ages they would be now(2006) or did you want the end of book 6?

since i don't know the year of their birth i calculated assuming they were roughly 20 when they married and having had all their children in a span of 10 years i guessed their ages.

Well, for year, if in 1992 (book 2) it had been 50 years since he was 16, so take 1992 minus 66 (50+16) you get 1926. Wouldn't that make good sense? date of birth, hmm...well in hbp on page 261 it says that merope sold her gold necklace just before christmas, and shorthly after that in the book dumbledore says that near the end of her pregnancy, she sold the necklace in desperate need of gold. so surely it was sometime soon after that? For some reason, I'm thinking that I read somewhere that he was born on December 31st, but i dont quite know where in the book if it was to check, but its defenatly somewhere near the end week or week and a half of december. probably somwhere from the 21st to the 31st (again, 31st is my best guess).

-The orphanage head matron's name was mrs. cole if im not mistaken, and it describes that the orphanage was a "rather grim, square building surrounded by high railings." and to be extremely specific, it said that the hallway was tiled in black and white and the whole place was "shabby but spotelessly clean".

Well, in the book, all it says is that there was a "mess of small, everyday objects: a yoyo, a silver thimble and a tarnished mouth organ amoung them". I'm assuming thats what you wanted?
