If you could only trust one person from harry potter to keep something very important who would it be and why?

she's the most trustworthy up there, as we know from all the secrets and the TimeTurner! All the others would probably accidentally blab behind my back or something....

But what am I supposed to trust them with? An object? A "secret"?

Because now, thinking about it, if it is an object I might trust Harry more because of his Invisibility Cloak.....hhmmmmmmmmm

I would choose Dumbledore, but since he's not up there, definitely Hermione. Like felix_felicis_444 said, she's the most trustworthy up there, and she would be great at keeping secrets or keeping something safe for you.

I know from real life that my friends are more trusthworty than my girlfriends. Of course this doesn't count for all the girls, but most of the girls have a loose tongue. I would feel better if I'd shared a secret with a boy. If it's a girl thing I would share it with Hermione. But like David said: about what are we talking here?

I said Harry because he's been through loads of bad stuff and knows what it feels like to be let down so I thought wisely and picked him. I wouldnt trust Fred and George though.

i've recently just changed colleges and in maths i know sit next to the smartest girl i have ever met she really is super smart and not only that she is really reliable to never misses a lesson or anything shes super!! So Hermiones my girl!

Well, I would really trust any of them except for Cho, but I chose Hermione, because I would feel better confiding in another girl than a guy, and because she seems like the best secret-keeper. (Like the time-turner.) And she seems like the only one of them who can control their tongue and their temper.

Definitely Hermione. She's seems the best at keeping secrets.

probably hermione because i think she is the most trustworthy out of all the people mentioned.i would have chosen dumbledore but he is not mentioned.

Unfortunately I can't vote in this poll, because there isn't an option I'd choose: and I'd trust Dumbledore. I'm sure that this man, when confided with secrets, will keep them to the grave; see Snape's secret ("I trust S. Snape") and you'll know why. DD never said what Snape's secret was.

I would pick Harry since he has already proven many times over that he can keep a secret. He is also like me fiercely loyal. Of course since Dumbledore was not an option I had to choose someone.

Hermiony is the only person after Remus Lupin and Albus Dubledore that you can trust in there! And that happens because they are locical,rational persons, never rush to get a decision and do not allow their feelings take them over(which can be a trap-see Harry and the 'vision' about Sirius' capture by Voldemort, O.o.P. Where did it lead? Sirius is dead and his DA companion got hurted!)

Definately Hermione from the list - she have proven herself to be incredibly loyal and brave and trustworthy

although DD and Sirius are also incredibly trustworthy

and I mst admit that before I say this, that I am guilty of this too - not voting for the twins. I understand why because they are pranksters (I would definately check any drinks etc offered to me from them ) but on the other hand they are not malicious or horrible about it and they have shown numerous times (defending Harry, their mum, angelina etc) that when it comes down to it, they definately defend those that they love and are loyal to and are very brave in doing so. They even say, in book 5, that they only pranked around under DDs time of headmaster at Hogwarts but with Umbridge all heck was let loose - so I guess that they would be my second choice

Hermione definetly, she is mature smart and responsible and she has proved herself over and over in the books. She would give amazing advice and she knows how to handle tough situations. The way she helped Hagrid in PoA when he needed to go to the hearing for Buckbeak, how she took the fault in PS about the troll, she helped Ginny when she fancied Harry and she gave advice to her, she is definetly the most trustworthy of these characters.

It was a very close call, but I trust Harry. I trust Harry because he has proven to keep a secret and is very loyal in the books.

I would chose Hermione! Mostly because she's trustworthy and loyal and she's smart enough to know who not to tell secrets to...Also because Harry and Ron can sometimes not take things seriously and Hermione is the most mature!

I picked hermione, because she has a very trustworthy personality. I think that she's a very good friend to Harry and Ron.

Alot of people said Hermy that was my second choice but the twins
are my fav characters in the books so it had to be them.

I'd say Fred and George because I think they are very loyal! I mean how many times you think they have been caught doing some practical joke and they have both taken the punishment even though maybe it was the other's fault it went wrong or the other's idea? I think they would never rat anyone out and they would stick by you no matter what and they are also great wizards and that always comes in handy!

I choose hermione because she is very loyal to harry and others and she keeps her word. she is very kind and smart and has a good personality that anyone can trust. also she is very good friends with harry and ron and they trust her too.

I would trust Fred and George because they are just so wonderful and I think they would keep secrects. As far as I'm aware I don't think I have read them spilling secrects and they never told Harry gave them all the gold in Goblet of Fire.

well i chose hermione because she is mature and i think she can keep important secrets. she's serious and a great friends to well her friends and is kind to anyone and quite serious.

Hermione!! I voted for Hermione not saying that Harry or Ron aren't trustworthy but I'd listen to Hermione over them. She's smart,witty,and more times than not she's right about everything. I think she can keep secrets and give good advice.

I chose Hermione, and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so =) Hermione has very strong morals and she would think twice before lying, and if possible, would avoid it completely. So yeah, I would trust her

from all of them i would pick hermione Granger to trust the most because she seems really nice and sweet. but if i realy REALLY had to trust some one it would be Ginny Because it look like she could keep a secret and she looks like a good friend ( Or Girl Friend )

i chose Hermoine just because girls, especially girls like her, can always be trusted to kepp another girls secret and she is a very good friend. i would also trust harry because hes just the kinda guy your sure you can trust hes so loyal to his friends

I chose Harry because he's a good friend ad can keep a secret as we see. e doesn't tell Ron and Hermione that he knows what happened to Nevilles parents. He takes care of the DA and doesn't tell Umbridge anything about Dumbledore or Sirius...

Even though they are very goofy and funny, I think Fred and George tell each other more than they would share with Molly and Arthur. Because of this, I think they would be good at keeping things to themselves. If they were told something they knew was causing a person trouble, I imagine they would go to Arthur or Molly for help.
I would also trust Harry to keep things to himself too.

but it all depends on what i would be trusting them with...if it was an object then hagrid...Dumbledore said it himself.."i would trust hagrid with my life" but i dont think i would trust hagrid with a secret he has a wonderful knack of letting them slip.

if it was a secret that i would be trusting a charactor with it would be Dumbledore no doubt, but one person that is very trust worthy but everyone seems to be forgetting is Ron, he would never betray harry or hermione.
