Well it has to happen, because bits and pieces of chapters are about them and whats going on in their odd/weird relationship that I dont like. Good they broke up.

The scene is too important to be cut. Harry's first kiss, you know.. I'm sure they'll leave it in, so don't worry

i think we will see it but i don't want to see it because that is such a bad ship. it is Harry Potter And Ginny Weasley that is who harry Belongs too and they both love each other and they are perfect togetrher. and every one loves them togerher like Ron and Hermione and all of the weasleys

Um, I'm not really sure because in the book it says the Harry notices Cho moving closer to him but doesn't go into detail until he tells Ron and Hermione about it. Maybe they'll just show that. However they could want to make it look better by having an actual kiss beween them. Depends on what they'd actually agree to do I suppose.

dan said on the extras on the GoF DVD that there was going to be a kiss.. which i think is awesome even if it was a bad ship... because that means that there's probably going to have to be at least one DA meeting!!

I think it'll be good for Harry to get a little snoging in with Cho, at the very least it will show the audience that Harry is heterosexual, contrary (in my opinion) to Diggory who passionately hugs some blokes after he entered his name in the Goblet, and is also caught lying his head down on some chaps lap when Harry went to tell him about the dragon, but I digress. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.)

As well I am in agreement that it should be a short kiss, saving the romantic sensual lengthy kiss for Ginny. Cheers

Well, they have already filmed that kiss and I agree with just about everyone when they say that this kiss is just too dang important to leave out of the film. I mean his FIRST kiss of his life?? It really should be included.

In the newsletter it said they were doing the kiss, sooo.

The kiss is one of the most important scene in the whole movie. It tooks 30 takes for Yates be glad with the kiss. LOL

Yes because i was watching an interview with Daniel & he said that hes going to do his first 'on screen' kiss. On screen means on screen wish that was me with him though.

They seem to be making more and more love scenes in the movies. So i think that they willl do the kiss. I for one hope to watch it for the feeling, laugh out loud, because while she is doing the kiss (cho) she cries, so i am wondering if she will be able to cry in it. I am also looking forward to the "[i]have a very harry chrismas" bubbles by dobby the house elf.

Hey everyone guess what! They will show the bit of harry and cho kiss listen to this i copppied it out of this page i found on a website.

So this means that we will see it yey lol.
If took them ages to record it then they will show it they won`t of wasted all that time just for it to be cut cool.

All I have to say is... they'd better put it in! I've been dreaming about that scene ever since movie 4 came out. Harry and Cho kissing under the mistletoe at Christmas... that's so sweet! Almost as cute as a guy carrying his sweetheart's books down the hall! All I have to say is, they'd better put it in!

Yup.. I am prety sure we will se the kiss.. I mean, i read somewhere that they cut for 31 times while filming that specific part.. So, they just kissed for 31 times to get it right!! I will not exactly enjoy it since i like Cho as much as I like Voldemort but, that's life, and i'll just have to stand if for like 10 seconds... And then it's all gone and i'll live happily ever after..

I think it would be the best thing to put in the movie. If you don't put it in the movie than you can't see the devoloping relationship through Harry and Cho.
(I am not a Harry/Cho shipper... I'm not on any ship)

I think they'll film it just like the book.

They will go in for the big smooch and you'll see their heads coming together...and then they'll cut to Harry walking into the common room all flustered and in a tizzy!!!

yep, the kiss is definitely going to be in ther movie.
I read in multiple places that Dan and Katie did it over about 31 times before they got it right. who knows how the kiss will be filmed? JKR didnt give many details in book 5, so the kiss can be done however yates wants it to be done.... ah well, we just have to wait and see.

I think they will add the kiss because its a huge part of the development of Harry... I mean whos first kiss wasn't important? It may not happen the exact same was as in the book (they seem to do that with the movies) but I think that Harry and Cho will have a kissing scene.

I think JK handled it best. You know what it going to happen, but fading out or going blurry leaves more to the imagination. If they do show the kiss, they will need to cut in the middle of it. The after-kiss moment was probably a bit funny, but I don't think they could handle it well on screen.

They WILL show the kiss between Cho and Harry because it's such a significant point in the book. Not sure about Madame Pudifoot's Teashop, though: they could just work around it easily, but it'd be really good if they DID include it - it'd be hilarious!

They are going to, because Dan and Katie have both talked about it in interviews. I always liked the combination of those to, and I can feel for harry in book 4, because he is so nervous asking Cho to the Yule Ball.

In an exclusive behind the secenes they have Definatley confirmed the kiss between Harry and Cho, In fact they have finished Filming Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix now and are beggining the Half-Blooded Prince, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be in Cinamas on Saturday July 13 2007.

i think it's a very important part and i hope they wil had it in but i read in interview with the chick you plays cho i think it's katie somthing

I hope they show it during the movie, Harry is about 17 or 18 so they should. . . . Or they might do what they do in the book have them get real close then go to the common room and have Harry tell Ron and Hermione what happened. But it would be more interesting if they show it. . . but I guess we will all have to wait and see

It's a confirmed scene in OotP and gosh, am i glad! I would hunt down the screenwriter and director and kill them personaly! They've cut out too much stuff already, that Harry and cho deserve this kiss. Harry's growing and maturing more and more in each book ... this kiss is a big deal for him ... they have to show it!
