1. What’s your biggest passion?
You very unfortunately have no idea how much this reminds me of my French class right now (long story, won't bother). I'm young and kind of pessimistic, so I don't really get wound up about the big key issues (war, civil rights, ect). The only thing I'm really interested in is librarianism. Gimmie a nice library any day.

2. You like being inside or outdoors best?
Outdoors. I really don't like being cooped up for long.

3. Favourite magical class, and why? Least?
Probably Defence Against the Dark Arts because you get to learn about all the odd and terrible spells that are out there and learn to defend yourself against them-very practical. Least favorite would probably be divinations. Not really into that sort of thing.

4. Favourite Muggle class, and why? Least?
Probably English, pre-getting into heavy duty literary analysis. I just like to read. Least favorite is easily math. I'm terrible at it.

5. What’s your favourite animal and why? Least?
My favorite has got to be the wolves. I saw the film "Never Cry Wolf" once and I've been in love with them since (it's about a scientist who goes out into the wild and is one of the first to discover that wolves don't actually eat people or do a majority of the horrible things they've been accused of). Least is probably a spider. Too many legs moving in too many directions too quickly. Blagh.

6. Tell me about yourself, good and bad, at least five things.
I'm rather anxious in nature, solitary, reserved, pessimistic, sarcastic, hard-working, and at least moderately intelligent. I've also got a slightly dark/wacky sense of humor. I'm very quiet with people I don't know, but tend to become very much the opposite with the people I know best.

7. What character are you most like in the HP books?
Probably Hermione. I'm pretty much just as much a perfectionist in spirit as she is.

8. What do you like the most, earth, fire, wind or water, and why?
Earth, probably. It reminds me most of nature. Something solid and positive. Can't really explain further...it's one of those gut feeling things.

Something relating to tele-kenisis. Being able to move stuff with my mind would be very handy, especially right now. I really want a bottle of water from the fridge, but it's so far away!

Water, because the water is calm, storms seem like it lost it temper, like i do. i like going swimming.

A Bear(don't know what kind), because a bear can be all the bad things that i listed, like if there cub is near hunters it will like lose its temper and get all mad to try to protect there young...they also can be all the good thing i listed about be kind and gentle once there is no danger near them.

SOAOFMCCCLS(spew2u): You would turn into a Hippogriff. You like being outdoors, you’re proud and loyal. I see a hippogriff as these things. You like Care of magical creatures, and you like wind. Since you then are a Hippogriff, you can fly in the wind, and I think this was the best animal for you.

Billy Bryant: I think you would turn into a cat. You like being indoors, and you also like fire. You said you liked it because of the heat, and cats often lie in front of the fireplace just to be warm. Cats can be funny, and I think they are quite smart. You said you wanted a power to bring dead people and animals back to life, and a cat has 9 lives (at least so it says).

*Hedwig*: Hm, that was a bit difficult. I think I would say an eagle. You’re stubborn and trustworthy, and I see eagles as that. You hate to copy thing, and would like to do things more on your own. Since you’re element is wind and you would love to fly, and eagles can fly very well, fast and high, I though that was the right animal for you.

You prefer to be outdoors, so do a Thestral. You like to defend and protect youself, you’re smart, friendly, nice, helpful, and so can a Thestral, at least to times. You’re also determined and stubborn, and Thestrals won’t come to you unless you give them raw meat or they smell blood. Though you like earth, a Thestral is the best animal for you.

SennaWells: I think the animal being best for you, is a squirrel. You’re anxious, but the ones you know you aren’t afraid of and can be with them for hours. Squirrels are very afraid of humans they haven’t seen before, but if they’re used to one they can even let you pet them. They can defend themselves and run away from danger. They dig their food in the earth, and can come back to the place years later, and you seem like a person like that, with a good mind. They also work hard to find food, especially at winter times, and they’re wuite often alone.

mel6288: Your favourite animal is panda? *squee* Mine too! Nevertheless, back to the topic. Your animal is an elephant. They have a lot of friends, they never go alone. They’re an old race and that fits with History, they’ve lived in many years. You’re loving, and I can’t come to think of any other animal that loves things so much; they love their kids and family, and can defend them. They can also have temper problems, shout at each other and attack. They love to swim to get colder, and likes to play with the water. And if they have big enough ears they can fly like Dumbo! Haha... Anyway, the elephant has a good memory and can remember anything, and you also need that personality to remember history.

I guess that it would be reading and teaching. I love to do both of these so much.

I just want to let you know of a few things..this is almost like the animangus thread that we are trying to get back up and running because there has been a slight technical error...

Also we are not allowing quiz type threads to be started anymore unless they have been preapproved by the mods because people tend to start them and forget about them and then the mods have to clean up after it...

First, I would like to thank pigwidigon and all the other mods for opening this topic again And I also would like to ask people to be patient (it hasn't been a problem yet, I say it just so you know it), cause I have school beside this, and it's a very busy time for me nowadays.

The five first persons are the ones who took the quiz before it was closed, the last three the people who took it after it was opened again. I hope you'll all get satisfied with the animals you get


Lee: Your animal is a dolphin. They’re fun to be around, they’re caring, loyal, likes to ”talk”, mostly how you are. You like water, you think it’s relaxing and healing, and you love it. So does the dolphins! You like warmth, but not too hot, and I think the water has the best temperatur for you. Dolphins helps each other and teach them how to get food etc, and you said you liked teaching. You said you liked being inside, but I still think Dolphins are the animals closest to how you are.

lutsija: Just like Anglophile92, you will be a thestral. I just couldn’t see any other animals as you, so I ended up with it. You would like to travel a lot, and Thestrals can do that, and you like being outdoors. Smart, moody, annoying, friendly... it all fits. You also like wind, and you would like to fly and being invisible! Which other animal is better than the Thestral in that, eh? You don’t like it when it’s too hot, and as a Thestral you can fly away if something’s bothering you. I’ve always wanted to do that!

Ginny21: You could also be a dog, but I decided that you are a chameleon. The animal just popped into my head when I read ” Being able to get invisible whenever I want, would be pretty cool,” and I didn’t get it out again. Chameleons can be as good as invisible whenever they want, and, believe it or not, some chameleons can be under water for ages and they eat there. When they’re finished eating, they come up to land again and get warm. You like water and to swim, and it fitted perfect. When the winter comes, it moves to drier places, but if it snow there, it digs down to the earth, under the snow, and lives there till the snow disappears. They never freeze, cause it’s nearly never colder than 0 degrees under the snow where they are. I think the lemming has quite similar personality as you (maybe except you don't get so angry).

Yes, that fits perfectly with a squirrel: When they meet new people, the are very shy, but to people they know they are very friendly. They can be short tempered and they og mad at other squirrels (at least when it’s about food). They’re funny to look at and they sure are entertaining You also said you liked wind; a squirrel can jump from tree to tree, and it is quite a lot in the air and they meet the wind up there. Oh..I love cats! (lol..it was obvious..) and all kind of felines..a lot of reason..: they are smart, and they can be : soft, sweet, affectionate, careful, etc, or they can be lazy, pretentious, conceited, "royal" (the way they walk, or look at you and they mean: "i'm superior and you know it"), derisive, or obstinate when they really want to go out or to eat...I like both aspects coz it's the way I am, everyone compare me to cats..! I also like Snakes coz they are wily and smart.
I hate and fear insects and hens. They are disgusting. I also hate rats coz they are coward and I can't bear it. I think that most dogs are too much loyal and stupid.

Good: Smart, open-minded, tolerant, brave, strong, "cold-beauty" but affectionate and sensitive from inside.

Oh..I believe it's Ginny and some characteristics of Sirius.
But sometimes i'm just as cold-hearted as Snape, and as evil as him. I'm everything but coward, just as harry ^^

Water.
I know nobody could live with out water, but nobody could live with out any of those things, but I don't think I would know what to do with myself. I mean, in the summer I am always on the Lake and in the Winter and I am always doing something in the snow. And Water is basically all I drink. The only thing about water that I don't like is fish . They just scare me a little.

Inside most of the time, but I love the feeling of being out in the fresh air.

Favourite- Charms/DADA because you can practise and learn new spells and defend yourself with powerful magic.
Least Favourite- Potions/Herbology because they are too hands on and science-like.

Favourite- History because you get to learn about great things that happened and about different lifestyles that once existed.
