I voted Padfoot becuase i like his animal the best! lol...i also like sirius becuase of the way he is...Lupin comes second then james then last but not least!...wormtail...even though i hate him and want him to die a slow and painfull death...I'm sure that if i really knew more about James...that he would be further up the list...but alas...i don't

I voted Padfoot.He is awesome.He is so good to Harry.He helps the Order as much he can and is brave and a kind wizard even though people think he is a murderer.

Out of all the Marauders--which I'm not a big fan of, I'd say I like Remus Lupin the most. He seems to be such a nice person. Since I was bullied myself, I do NOT see them as being at all "cool" in the way they treated Severus.

My favorite marauder is Sirius Black AKA Padfoot. He is just a fun, loving, joking person who seems easy to get along with. I thought it was funny the way they treated Severus, but it did go a bit too far.

Oh, and I noticed that nobody chose Pettigrew. Hmm I wonder why...lol

I voted for Prongs( James Potter) because he was brave and true. He fought to protect his family and risked everything to do so.

I can't pick just one. Prongs, Sirius and Moony all have things I like about them. All three of them are just cool. Forget Wormtail! Don't care for him at all.

I went with Remus because he's the most intelligent of the bunch and he seems most like me. He can handle more on his plate than any of the others seem to be capable of, considering his 'furry little problem'.
Sirius closely follows, then James, and Wormtail is just nowhere in the picture. I loath him.

I chosse Remus Lupin. He is very intelligent, and uses his head to get out of sticky situations. He always seems to know exactly what to do. Sirius was a close follow though. I don't really know much about James, so I guess he's third, and there is no way I would ever count Pettigrew, that little...

I like James aka Prongs the most, but I love Sirius (Padfoot) and Lupin (Moony) also. Peter (Wormtail) doesn't deserve to be mentioned. Haha, he got 0 votes

Ha. I love how there's like hundreds for Sirius and James and a lot for Lupin but none for Peter. Love it. I like all of them but Peter but I chose Sirius. Just because he's cool like that!

I am not sure really but I guess it's Remus Lupin. I am confused between Remus and Sirius. I mean they both are cool in their own way, aren't they?

Remus is very understanding, calm, patient, etc. which qualifies him as a very good friend while Sirius was the fun loving, carefree, cool, etc. Both of them were loyal to the end and I liked them both but I can't say that I can't decide between them because I can. I love them both but I guess I like Remus more.

Peter isn't even worthy enough of mentioning.

hmmm, i found it hard to decide between sirius and remus! i just love em both! but i chose remus in the end, not entirely sure why i did, maybe because although he was probably mischevious because he was with the marauders, he didn't go too far, like sirius would have done! but i found it amusing when i saw not a single person prefers peter! hmm i wonder why? haha! serves him right dont ya think!?
but don't forget about james! i love james too but i guess because we never really got to meet him in the books, you couldn't learn to love him like you could for sirius and remus!

sirius is one of my favorite characters in the book!

I choose James for my favorite marauder. I choose Sirius for everything else so i am going to mix it up a bit. I choose James for this one because to me James was leader of the marauders and deserves the most credit.

i would choose James or Sirius, because James was Harry's father and was like the leader of the Marauders but Sirius was just as much as a leader as James, so irs really hard to choose

I had to think about this one....but in the end i choose Padfoot....Even though Sirius got sent to azkaban because of something he didn't do...he was brave enough to break out and he found his godson and i believe that he step right in as a good role model for harry and being the father that harry hasn't had in his life..it was sad that he had to die but all the marauders have been there for each other(except wormtail of course)

James-Prongs: He is Harry's father, a jokster and at the same time a very nice guy(whn he wants to be)

Sirius-Padfoot: He is Harry's Godfather and I wud say he was one of Harry's best friends, and I just think it was awesome how he came into the story, he is also pretty gentle(in his older years only towards those he likes)

Lupin-Moony:I think he is probl. the calmest, he always looks at things optimistically and he is just way more of a gentleman for he never really did anything to get back at anyone.(Except he tried Pettigrew)

and Pettigrew just rele sux cuz he is a Death Eater.

I love Sirius, so of course I picked him. He's definitely my favorite character all together. I love Lupin as well, so he comes in a close second. For some reason I'm not a huge fan of James (and Peter as well, but he's far down on the list).

My favourite Marauder is Lupin by far. I also like Sirius, but I prefer Lupin. I didn't know James enough...

I also like Lupin most!

I choose Padfoot all the way. Such a ladies man ... so funny ... he's great. It's really close because I like Moony and Prongs too but ... I have to say Padfoot takes home the hardware.

Although we don't know much about him I would have to say Prongsy. He seems like a guy I could really get along with because he's not afraid to get in trouble, he's hardheaded, he's smart, he's slightly arrogant (or maybe a little more than slightly), and he's very loyal from what we know! I'm also sure he was a great father to Harry and a great friend because as Lupin puts it in DH "James would rather have died than mistrusted one of his friends." Or something of that sort.

I pick Sirius, he is defintly my favorite, followed by James. I love Sirius hes really great , somebody said james deserves the most credit because hes the leader of the marauders , but I dont belive thats true , Sirius and James were like brothers they were inseperable. So i think that they shared the lead of the group, I love remus too , Im probally most like him, but for some reason i allways fall for the bad boy/hero
PS: I hate Peter, for obvoius resons ( he must have been likable when he was young or Sirius James and Remus would had never hung around with him. but for now, i still hate him )

I like everyone except peter.But i like james the most he is very adventurous & nice.He is so cool He's just like harry that's why i like him the most.

my fav meaurder is James... he is very good and fun person (and in 5th and 7th books in memebers he was really crazy!!!) He have one bad points: he is father of Harry (and i don't like him)

next is Padfoot (he was my fav meaurder in first 6 books - ok, in books 3-6!) but in 7 book i like james more...

Ok well I voted Lupin...just because he's so wise and caring...he loved Harry too even though he wasnt his godfather or related by blood. I love his words of wisdom to Harry from book 3-7 I also like him being the voice of reason between the Marauder's during their school years

Of course it was really hard for me to vote as I am pretty much obsessed with Sirius...Ugh he's sooo great. He just loved Harry like Harry was his son. And he's such a rebel

I really like James too but not as much...just cause we saw less of his good side and more of him being a bully
