I find it hard to choose between Sirius and Lupin. Since I love them both so much. I like both characters and this was a really hard poll for me to decide on!

Lupin aka Moony. I love him, he is still a very sweet man even though he has have to live with the burden of being a wearwolf.

We don't really know about James, like we do Sirius and Lupin. I'm sure we will in future books. Glad so far no one has said Peter is their favourite!

I like Sirius best!!! But I also like Lupin and James very much too! The reason why I like Sirius best is the way he cared for Harry like he was his own son... Too bad he died...or did he?? I hope he's not!!!

Sirius Black--Padfoot. I just love him. He is my favorite character followed up by Remus Lupin--Moony. I can't say I like James--Prongs a lot because we really don't know too much about him. I mean of course I like him but I really don't know enough to know how much. And of course I can't stand Peter Pettigrew--Wormtail. No suprise he has 0%.

After OOTP, Lupin definitely stands out as the most level headed and thoughtful. Sirius comes across too often as pushing the limits in trying to get himself caught. Sirius Black is a great name, though!

Prongs comes off as mean after the pensieve -- even if Snape deserved it.

my favourite marauder is definitely sirius! he's just really cool. after him comes remus and then james (he's after remus because he can sometimes be so mean). did anyone say that there's a fourth marauder?

I like most prongs, I think the anima is great, but also the person, james was a great guy, he defended his child and his wife, that´s why he is incredible, except for the times he was annoying, and when he bothers other guys, like Snape, you know, in O of P, Snape´s memories!

I love Sirius (<3) and not just because he's good looking (persay) I love his personality shown in the book and all, then comes James, then Remus is my least favorite out of the real maruaders.

Lupin definatly. He's the glue that made the Marauders even closer. Without him, Sirius wouldn't have escaped Azkaban.

As much as I desperatly love my dear Lupin, I don't think he had anything to do with Sirius escaping Azkaban...Sirius escaped all on his little ownsome.....

Sirius is awesome. I can take to him jus as well as Harry did. He is the perfect idea of a godfather (so what he's an escaped convict from Azkaban Prison! LOL)

My favorite is James. I don't know what it is about him. Maybe it's the fact that he died for his wife and his son...or maybe it's because he has the best animagus form...or maybe it's becuase he reminds me of a happier version of Harry... I really can't pick the reason, but James is my favorite marauder, even though we really don't know anything about him.

I love Sirius! I think it is that risk taking, bad-boy thing that he has going on that makes me like him over the others. But after Sirius it is Lupin. Something about his genuine care for all makes him a really great character. I hope to see more of him in the next books and I am for S.P.E.L.L.
