3. Also mentioned in book 6 by a character who could probably solve this one upside-down.

Edit: since this appears to be a pretty difficult one, I'll elaborate further on my hints.

The first one, in my opinion is a pretty hefty hint to begin with, but I will also tell you that his problems with this always happen over the holidays.

The second one, you might have noticed that I italicized 'ear', which is, of course, a reference to George, and since the most you see of the twins in book 6 is in their store, it might be useful to look into things related to it.

The third one, the character I described was Luna Lovegood, because she was reading the Quibbler upside-down, and we all know what sort of things are normally mentioned by Luna Lovegood, right? Nargles, anyone?
