Hey out there!

I recently saw a guy did an age progression of Dakota Fanning online and so I thought I'd try my hat at it. Naturally I tried it on Emma Watson. I used a pic from a GoF premiere and then a pic of Keira Knightley at an event. This is the finished product. But I can't tell if it's exactly right. If it does look like her, how old does she look? What premiere could it be from? OotP, HBP, or the Final Movie????

Am I the King of the Wizarding World or should I lock myself in the Chamber of Secrets?

very nice use of blending...but it does look a little weird....umm not sure if fan fiction is the place to post it...i know im not a mod, but yeah

AAaaarrggghhh! That is totally scary! Her ears look like they want to take her for a spin around the country!!! Nice combination, bad outcome.

I thought Emma's face was rounder than Keira which explains the weirdness. But good work though, nice complexion, even if the result is a bit bizarre.

it will be interesting to see how close to that pick she will turn out! and i dont think she looks like a freak in that pic i actually think she looks pretty *shrugs*

oh my goodness. she looks like a lady version of michael jackson with loads of plastic surgery. blah that looks blah. i hope she never turns out like that. she looks like a trout face, with big massive lips and blah face. god im gonna have nightmares now.

LOL, yeah her ears make her look like Dumbo the flying elephant. Serioiusly, it looks like they're about to twitter and she'll take off into the sky any second. I think she looks like a cross between Mcauley Culkin and Michael Jackson. But I think she looks more like a constipated walrus. sorry im being way too harsh...I mean props cuz I would never be able to do anything like that in photoshop or whatever, so kudos for trying. i just think keria wasn't a good choice to mix her with.

No offence to you all... but that's kind of mean saying she looks like Micheal Jackson . I think Emma has a bit rounder face, as zyra said. Keria was an okay choice.. but yeah.

er...wow...that was interesting...I do agree it does make her look older, but er...um...well...lets just say she'll look more like euan abercrombie than hermione when she gets older if she looks like that...good combo though...

i saw something like this once, emma turned into some old witch with big eyes, crooked nose and real sharp chin.

that pic was freakier than this one. i certainly hope she dont look like that. no offence mate

On subject, I'm stunned...It's a odd progression, but the photoshop is very nice. I think Emma does have a wee bit of the Kiera look, but not overwhelmingly. Emma looks like she's maturing very nicely, I'm sure she'll turn out beautifully.

Okay, now, some of you were seriously mean. Not trying to sound like a mod or a mum or anything, but that was just really not nice.

It does look a bit like her, seriously. Like zyra said, though, I'd try putting her with someone else. It really wasn't bad.

Thanks for the high praise. I feel all warm and gooey. I used a simple program called photostudio2000. Cuz I'm too cheap to get photoshop. It was just a trial run. I'm sure the next one(that's right, I said it) I do will be better.

Since I got SUCH a warm response from y'all last time, I thought I'd give this another shot. I tried using Kate Beckinsale as a reference, cuz in hindsight Keira Knightley wasn't a good choice. I think she looks like it would be between movies 5 & 6.

Commence ripping me a new one................................NOW.

not bad. This one looks a lot more realistic than the other one. I'm impressed...

how did you do it?

I did it the same way as before, but I learned what not to do last time. I took the original of Kate and then cut and pasted Emma's features seperately, one eye, then the next, etc. on to Kate. changed the saturations and contrasts til they looked like the same skin. Then I thinned the eyebrows, I actually got a pic of Katherine Heigl's lips, and then copied the lipstick effects onto Emma's lips. Then took Kate's glitter-ish eye shadow onto Emma's eyes. I also highlighted Kates hair bun, too.

So, basically it's just a lot of cutting and pasting.

I'm thinking that maybe this topic could have been part of the original topic- given that the title was 'Older Emma' and we generally try to avoid duplicate threads. I'll merge the two topics together

first time around: keira and emma are both beautiful in their own ways, but I really don't think they should mix.

second time: beautiful choice! i can totally see emma looking like that after all the movies are over, but not when they are still making them, because there is always something very youthful about emma's face that wont change until she ages quite a bit.

It kinda looks like her. But her ears look big! And he face is the wrong shape an I can't see Emma with that hair! Your second attemps better!
