can someone give me a link to some good hermione/remus fics that aren't on fanfiction.net because my computer blocks that site (i only have internet access at school....uurgghhh).....i would greatly appreciate it....thanx
oh-muh-goodness! i loooved this ship!! right now im writing a fanfiction about it i totally agree with it! but, even though it will never happen, what can i say? i can still dream....

If Hermione were to be 20 years older, I would say that they are a perfect match. Similar personalities, work-a-holics, dedicated, and they are both extremely against Lord Voldemort.
However, considering the huge age gap and the fact that Hermione is not even legal, thats just pretty gross. But, hey, wait a few decades and it will not be too bad. I know many people who have spouses who are considerably younger/older than them.
I'm sure that Hermione can find somebody worthy colder to her age, though

Mmmm, felix, I know you weren't downright bashing this ship (in fact, you gave quite a fair and neutral assessment which is a good thing really 
) but correct me if I'm wrong, but it does seem like you're more anti this ship than for. In saying that, let me just remind you that all ships threads unless clearly stated otherwise are for SUPPORTERS ONLY. So if you don't support the ship, please do not post in the corresponding thread. Cheers.

I think that Hermione and Lupin are a great match. Hermione should just wait a few years as she is much younger than Lupin. I am very for this ship!
Also, on the first post of this topic, the creator of the post said that positive AND negative responses are welcome, so I figured I would make my response a little double-sided to add to both sides of the discussion.....

Yes, the creator said negative and positive, but that was over a year ago, before the rule was set in place that all ships threads are for supporters only.
So while your post is allowed here as it's supportive, don't try to make non-supportive posts unless it's a venom thread, as those are the only ones that are moderator approved for non-supportive.

Hmmmmm........ i dont think that would be quite right, a little disturbing. but possible in a way. Whatever J.K. want sto happen , happens! 
Please say it isnt so. I mean Its your own opinion but how could someone date another who is like? 20 years younger, I just dont understand the Remus/Hermione and Snape/Hermione shippers.
This has no chance of happening in cannon, but fan fic is really awsome thing sometimes. I think that it makes a kind of sense because how simialar they are to each other. They are crazier ships out there, and I don't mind the possiabilty of this one are all.

yes, this is very creepy.... because i always pictured ron with hermione... but very probable. years later after hogwarts, hermionie and lupin could meet up and hook up.

I like this couple. Remus and Hermione makes for good reading. I dont really care for Hermione, but my love for Remus overrides all of that disdain

Now, because this thread says it is neither supporters', nor 'venom', then I can only assume that all opinions on this thread are welcome (without going over the top). And let me just say that I find this pairing slightly disturbing and creepy and, not that it matters in the shipping world, more unlikely of actually developing than Lupin and Sirius (if he were still alive).

Lupin and Sirus, bestill by slash heart . But I think that if Hermione was a bit older or Remus was a bit younger they would of made a great pair. So do I support this in cannon, no. Do I think that they make for a great fan fic couple, yes.

i have read some fan fics about rl/hg and they sometimes become very "sick" but apart from that they would sorta look cute together if remus was about 14 or 15 years younger.

ehh, I lyk Remus but I don't lyk him with Hermione. It just seems weird that a student would hook up with a once teacher, no matter if he's in the Order and no longer a teacher or not. It's just kinda disturbing to me, a twenty year age gap. But hey, wotever floats your boat.

It's too weird with the age difference, but i think they'd make a really good couple, if Lupin were MUCH younger. Too smart people - so cute!

Aw it doesn't seem like there are many supporters of this ship. I for one am very fond of it! The thought had never really occured to me since my main ship is SS/HG, but I came across this one-shot: A Taste of Distraction. I found it so interesting that now I always keep the ship in mind.
There really isn't that many supporters of this SHIP are there? This is probably my second favorite SHIP, my first being Snape/Hermione. I can't really explain why I like the ship so much, but I just find it so ... adorable 
Personally, I'm a Ron/Hermione shipper all the way. I have to agree with the fact that Remus' advances might be seen as pediofileish... It does bring up my second favorite ship, Severus/ Hermione. I'd much perfer that to Hermione and Remus.
Funnily enough, I can actually see this working. Aside from the age difference, I think it is quite a good match, but I suspect Remus also needs somebody to laugh with, to get all of those werewolf-related-woes out of his system, which might not work with Hermione.

Lol, what can I say, I love this ship, I read this ship, I've writen this ship, and I think once or twice maybe dreamed about this ship. I actually can see it, I mean I personally always thought that Hermione was far more mature than most of the boy her age (*cough* Ron *cough*) and Lupin I believe needs someone to love him, and make him feel young, but at the same time can hold an intelligent conversation. then again, I read Mione/Sirius and hermione /Snape, so i'm not exactly a fan of "Sane" Ships.
