I'd have to say my favorite Slytherin was Snape! I love Alan Rickman playing him in the movies, and he's just a classic character.

Snape! Even if he is a greasy, plays favorites, takes points for not apparent reason git. there's just something about him that makes me not hate him

I picked Snape. I really don't like any of them. Snape is funny to watch sometimes. Even though he's mean and I don't like him.

I'd deffinatly say DRACO! He's hott and witty! And did i mention hott?!

I chose Snape because you love to hate him. And he's on the good side now, and since Dumbledore trusts him he's gotta be okay in the end.

Alan Rickman is such a great actor it kind of made me appreciate Snape. and Malfoy's just a sissy.

Severus Snape. He is a bit of a jerk to Harry and friends but he is in the Order of the Phoeinix. There may be some good to him. Dumbledore seems to think so and like they say if you can't trust Dumbledore you can't trust anyone.

I just had to choose Draco. Why? Because every good story needs some sort of rival for the main character. That's exactly was Draco is.. a rival, an evil one might I add.

Deep down inside, however, I think Draco is just a little kid w/ wayy too many insecurities.. do you see how he is easily frightened (*coughhipogriffcough*) ?

PLUS, Tom Felton does an extraordinary job at playing Draco.. he's so handsome too .. which is my only reason have ANY pity for Draco. I guess you could say that I'm sort of a Dan traitor (sorry!!).. it's so ironic how my member name is : tashluvsdan and my avatar says: Draco is my king!.. well technically Dan is not Harry..well you get the point.

I had to pick Bellatrix. The best evil female ever! I was pretty clost to picking our dear sweet Riddle, even Draco and Lucius, but I had to show love for the females, and the best is Bellatrix.

i dont like any of them really but i picked Narcissa Malfoy cuz i dont know who she is really well i know who she is but nothin else about her.

I picked Pansy. She is so evil and nasty and makes a good partner for Draco. I would say that she could rival him any day.
She appears to be the woman behind the man sometimes. She'll cry in concern for Draco and then the next minute she will be herassing all of Harry's gang with him.

The only Slytherin who is one of my favorite characters is Snape. In fact, I don't really like him, even, I just feel sorry for him. On the other hand, I feel sorry for Draco... but he's not played by Alan Rickman. eheh.

No, really, I think I'm fascinated with Sevvie because... uhm...
1) He's hilarious.
2) He returned to Dumbledore.
3) He's a member of the OotP.
4) He's dangerous. He's ambiguous. He excels in Occlumency.
5) Billowing black robes. Grey nightshirt. A nose "problem". Rawr.
6) Severus Snape anagrams to "Suaveness rep."
7) He had an abusive father, was unpopular, is insecure, is disliked, can't get the job he wants, and will probably die by book seven. In short, I feel sorry for him.

i love draco because:

1) he is hot

2) i love when he bothers the gryfindors

3) most importantly, he is hot

I think Draco should turn good... tee hee. That'd make him all the more admirable.

Who besides me voted for Phineas? Forget which actor you like best... Phineas is easily the greatest character! He's very funny in "Order of the Phoenix"... very sarcastic, and he makes some remarks that are quite rude indeed -- one of the basic requirements to be a Slytherin, in my opinion. He's sort of nice to Harry, but not too nice... Phineas is not afraid to put the "agonizing adolescent" in his place!

Best line in the series: "You know, Minister, I disagree with Dumbledore on many fronts. But you can't deny, he's got style...."

i ahve to say my favorite character from the slytherin house ould be tom marvolo riddle i actually dont know his real name but he was the coolest looking one on the slyhterin house.

I voted Sevvie of course! I love the way other people on this forum call Severus Snape "Sevvie" I accidently said it one day in a HP disscussion with a friend of mine years ago and she thought it was hysterical! I had no idea where it came from! From this day forth all my HP friends call him Sevvie! Bless!

Severus is by far the most interesting of all the slytherins, i love the way JKR only gives us tiny scraps of information on him i always want to know more!

I voted Severus Snape because he is such a deep character and there is obviously so much more to find out about him. He also always makes me laugh (either out of humour or evilly :twisted:) the way he taunts Harry all the time and he is so evil.

And in the movie is so sexy!

Alan Rickman is just the best actor there is. And he looks the best too. *swoons*

BTW Phineas is a great and funny book character but I don't think that there is enough of him to make him my favourite.

Snape. He has to be the most complex and mysterious character in the book. He's a good guy and a bad guy at the same time.

It has to be Bellatrix Lestrange not because i particularly have any affinity for the character but because she is so hateful!
The connection to Sirius and Neville makes me want to know more about Bellatrix's background. Ultimately you just have to love her!

Ack! So hard to choose between Sevvie and Luci!

I picked Severus Snape because well he is part of the order and on the good side. So i hate him but like him at the same time

I chose Snape. He is a great character! And now he is in the Order. So it is definately Snape.

To me, it was a really difficult decision: Snape vs Lucius ( i love both characters )

But Snape won, so my vote went for him

I was torn between Professor Snape and Draco but then I voted for Draco because he's so... Slytherin! And I was influenced by Tom Felton...

I choose Severus, he's my favourite character....not sure what it is....maybe it's his mysterious personality, plus he's a hero, for saving Harry's life on various occasions.
