You just can't write an ending without a cliffhanger, do you? And don't act so innoncent, we know you're not

First of all, there’s no one who can write a fanfic so exciting as you do…
The moment Harry saw Ginny & Malfoy in one room on the map, the theories were floating through my head already totally unnecessary.

Oh wow razz...that was one the best chapters to date. I think...yes...I have already written that somewhere. *shrugs shoulders* oh well. This was awsome! Yeah! Luna's back! *does a silly Luna-like jig* I love her to pieces. The DA...they can handle Malfoy, can't they? And what is goodness sakes was Malfoy doing standing there for so long with Ginny in there crying? If he was going to hurt her, he would have done it right away, right? ANd now he knows that Harry and Ginny have feelings for one another! That can't be good. Unless...Draco is trying to find a way to get good with them to save himself. Ohhhhh...this is so great!

Ah! Draco! I've been wondering what role he'll play in the grand scheme of things! Can't wait to see what he's up to! Harry and Ginny--sigh--so much heartache! I have so much love for Harry, I wish he could lead a normal life just for a little while! Loved the scene with Dean, really made me warm up to him and count him as an irreplacable member of the team. You're right, he's a good guy. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Now about Draco (he's back, he's back, he's back - okay I'm getting silly here): I don't think that he's got an invisibility cloak, that would be too easy. He was there with Ginny, she didn't notice anything...mmh...okay here comes a very weird theory *crosses her fingers and hopes nobody will read this and laugh at her*: maybe Draco's an animagus and can turn himself into Socks?!

i have to say fawksey, when i saw Ginny and draco i was thinking the same thing, for a second at least! that was really wierd! me i mean, not the story.

the moment between Dean and Harry was priceless, abselutely priceless. Everything was worded just right, and once again its our dear Harry that flies off the handle, and comes to the wrong conclusion! oh well you cant blame the guy, after all he has had rather a lot to deal with.

Excellent..Excellent Razz!! The return of Malfoy. I love it. How typical of him to make a comment like that at the end. I hope he does not do anything stupid like attack Harry. Draco never comes up on top in his fights with Harry.

I think it was Snapelover who thought Draco was not there to harm anyone since he did not hurt Ginny. I agree completely. No matter what Draco was doing in the past, he always seemed to have time to insult a Weasley. I think Draco has been hiding in Hagrid’s hut from the Death Eaters. That is about the last place anyone would think to look for him at. We saw in HBP that he was really just a scared little boy pretending to be a man. My guess is that he has lost what little courage he had and has hidden from everyone.

I really like your Ginny and Harry scenes but I think I’m at the limit of my patience with Harry. The only person he is fooling with this act is himself. Look at how easy it was for Snape to pull Ginny out of Harry’s mind a few chapters ago. After his little fight with Dean, I am sure even Trelawney can “see” what is going on. But this is your story and you are doing a great job. That is just my two cents on Harry.

A cliffhanger again Razz? You do have a cruel streak in you. I guess I do not mind the cliffhangers and actually enjoy them providing you post the next chapter within 36 hours. So get busy! I always enjoy your chapters and look forward to them each day.

Snapelover - I'm glad Lunas back too, and the DA probably could handle Malfoy alone, although Malfoy has been very busy lately, and should definitely be regarded carefully Its not a good thing that he knows all about Harry and Ginny now, especially the depth of Harry's feelings which were quite evident. Not good at all
Fawksey - Draco is still very frightened of Voldemort, which makes him rather dangerous, it will be interesting to find out why he chose to reveal himself to Harry when he was getting away with it, hiding. I too, feel that yearning to see Harry freely enjoy life, but its impossible for him to do that, for any real amount of time anyway, whilst Voldemort is at large. And yeah, Deans cool and will be there to help both Harry and Ginny.

But something made him change his mind and reveal himself to Harry in the end, Hmmm. As for Harry/Ginny, well he's stuck in a situation where he cant help the way he, nor indeed she, feels, but he would be riddled with guilt if she got caught up in things, you know, used as bait or something, so he battles on, even though anyone close to them knows how they feel, just to seek some kind of solace in the fact that he's not dumping Ginny into the frying pan himself, so to speak. I do understand your impatience, I feel it too, but I just dont see Harry relenting any time soon. WOW RAZZ!!! that was amazing. when harry saw malfoy and ran to hagrids hut, my heart was pounding in my chest! i like the conversation between dean and harry in the begining, and how dean understood why harry did it, it just shows that he is one of harrys good friends that will be with him until the end. another great akward moment between harry and ginny at the end. wow amazing chapter. cant wait until the next update.

Ahhh...Ahhh... Cliffhanger. You just can't stop yourself can you? Especially after a chapter like that! Without a doubt in my mind...best chapter yet. It got my heart racing when Harry saw Malfoy with Ginny in Hagrid's hut. Pure hatred toward Malfoy was on the tip of my mind when i read that bit. Wow! I know i've said this once before but i'm going to say it again... You really do know how to right supurbly!!! YAY!!!

The emotions expressed between Harry and Ginny are astounding!!! Really they are. How you write every character from the page 1 'til now is simply great!!! Each and every character has evolved so much throughout you work it makes it so realistic. If JK read this... im sure she would invite you over for a glass someday. LOL

I loved how he revealed himself to Harry, it sounded exactly like him. With Harry and Ginny... eh, their relationship is driving me nuts! I just want to yell at Harry and, I dunno, tell him he's being an idiot? And yay for Neville and Luna and everybody being back in the story! Luna's so excellent. Hiya Sectum - I actually have a lot of fun writing the suspensefull stuff, its cool trying to work out how to create a sense of urgency! Deans actually pretty cool isn't he? He'll remain one of Harry's best friends, and of course the scene with Ginny and Harry was good fun to write too, especially since I knew Malfoy was standing there listening to it all.

I very much like the way you write Harry/Ginny stuff, you always manage to make them so light hearted and fresh *sigh* so sweet! You haven't seen the last of Harry and Ginnys pull to one-another, dont worry. There is something in particular coming up that will ... well, I really cant say anymore, you'll see. And yep, If socks is an animagus, they would be visible as their human selves! Unlike you lot, who all seem convinced of the fact, it wouldn't occur to Harry that Ginny could be an animagus, just seems a bit much too him because of her age etc.

Okay heres the deal: I've sat here for several ours reding your whole story in one go and im completley lost of words, im mean... wow! It's like totally awesome, you had me stuck here without eating for I dont know how long (im so hungry...) just reading on and on. And now that ive read the whole I can only say that you have true writing ability and that you really are worthy of continueing the series.

What im getting worried about know is that if you finish your book before JKR, will it be better? Beacuse if it is (which I honestley think it can be) it's going to get pretty awkward isn't it? ^^

Great chapter as always Razz. It was rather sad that Voldemort killed Draco's mother, but I guess she did betray him so she had it coming. I am rather curious about what Malfoy is doing at hogwarts. At first I thought that he was trying to talk to DD but that isn't likely. Well good chapter...again.

Oh gosh Razz... I feel so sorry for Draco, the worst thing that can happen to a child is to lose their mother The way he looks reflects the way he's feeling inside. The way you make Draco emotional is beautifull to read, I can see him inside my head. I still haven't given up hope, for him to return to the good side. But in order to make that happen I'm afraid he has to lose both of his parents.

So Draco is looking for something, I'm glad he doesn't want to hurt anyone. What could he be looking for... give us a clue, have you already mentioned "the thing" he's looking for in your story? I've got a strange theory that It could be Godric Gryffindors Sword (I remember that's the thing Tom Riddle wanted to have, and I guess it's still at Hogwarts) I wonder if Grabbe & Goyle are going to help Draco finding the thing he's looking for.

A few nights ago when I was thinking about your story (yes, the cliffhanger kept me busy ) I was wondering what happened with the chest Harry found at his parents house, but I've got a feeling that you will mention the stuff that was in it. in another chapter soon

I feel very sorry for Draco, he loved his mother and you know he's got a point there, Harry losing Ginny is not the same thing as losing your own mother. At least that's my point of view (sorry you Harry-Ginny-shippers, sorry Big D ).

Now, I don't have any idea how Draco can make himself invisible and what exactly he's looking for. But isn't it strange that he's at Hogwarts right before Halloween when Harry shall get his big revenge on Bellatrix on Snapes tip-off??????

Naturally Voldemort would have killed Narcissa to make Draco pay. How sad. I feel really bad for him. And I agree with Krieltje that he is appointed to look out for some special item. Maybe he has been tipped off that Harry is destroying horcruxes and so he wants to collect them to protect them. Or maybe he's not done with the sixth yet. Maybe he wants to change it from Nagini to something else. Hm...

Something to ponder about. And how did Malfoy manage to stay invisible... Hm... I think since security at Hogwarts is top level and he had a tough time getting anyone inside the castle last time... maybe there isn't a way he knows to fool the map, but he actually put a charm on the map to disguise his name on there? Like make the name invisible on the map, or change it to somebody elses?

Hmm, I had to think about this one a bit before I replied . It was excellent, of course, but really sad that Voldemort killed Narcissa. Not that I particularly like Narcissa, but it's not cool to lose a parent, even for Draco . I dunno. She wasn't a nice person, but I never saw her as an active Death Eater either... kind of sharing some of the DE views, but not willing to stoop to that level . And she made Snape take the unbreakable vow to protect her son. Kind of an intruiging character if you think about it.
And Draco's absolutely cracked now. Which kind of makes him even more dangerous , because he really doesn't have anything left to lose. I think he is capable of doing something really horrible because of this, but at the same time I believe him when he says he's not trying to hurt anyone at Hogwarts. I'm going to trust him for now, I think, but if anything else happens to the kid, he'll probably become a crazy scary person (or even moreso than he already is ).

I have ben waiting for this chapter for a long time now! I wonder what it could be that Draco is doing there? Spying on harry? Or...he was in there with Ginny Weasley...perhaps something to do with her? her family? Or Hagrid? where is he anyways? Maybe he was suppossed to be "looking" for Hagrid? So many possibilities... I think it is right on that Volemort killed Narcissa. I mean, she did actually betray him and all. Oh I do hope you hurry up and write more! I can't wait to find out!

It is a huge tragedy that Draco has lost his mother, though at this point it is slightly ambiguous as to whether Voldemort actually killed her or just took her away under threat of death. Certainly Draco believes her to be dead, and as he is a member of the DE's there's a good chance he would know if she were still alive. I honestly dont think Narcissa deserves death, she's a cow, but she loves her son, and she should be allowed to protect him, but then we are talking about Voldemort here. We are all curious about what Draco is doing at Hogwarts, though you will find out when the time is right.

Do not be too quick to judge Draco at this point. He is heartbroken, scared and living in shadow. He feels he has no escape now. His next course of action he does under the threat of his fathers death, and his own too eventually. I liken him to Regulus Black, who thought it was all cool to be into the dark magic while still young and rebeleous, until he realized what an evil murderous, maniac Voldemort is. But once you're branded, then you're in for life, or you die

One thing I can say, is the reason I wrote this last installment as it is, is because you need to identify with Draco for his part in the story as it comes up. You need to see he's a highly volatile character right now, turned that way by Voldemort, and he is cracking under the pessure, he continues to try to believe in something he risked everything for after it burned him badly, because he feels locked into it now, beyond any hope.

Cant tell you how he's getting in and out of the castle, or what he's looking for, though a couple of you clever cloggs, have already made a connection that will prove helpful, even though you dont know why, and I wont say who you are either

Ok the chapter, despite the length, shorter than previous ones its still great, and i think the length does it good. It doesnt give too much away, but keeps the suspense there while you write the next bit!:)

I'll say this to start with, I have no love for Draco, in fact he's one of my most hated characters, but despite that, no child should have to grow up without their parents, and the fact she was murderred by the one he was trying to impress is all the more tragic. All she ever tried to do is keep Draco safe, and this is what happened. When i read this, I really did get hit hard by the sheer emotion of their conversation, and Harry's too, he hates Malfoy, yet he still felt sorry for him, he knew the pain Draco feel's as he's had to live through it too. Just the same as when he used sectumsempra on Malfoy in the bathroom, his immediate reaction was "No". He hates him, but still does feel some compassion when Harry can relate to his feelings.
Your writing is incredible as always, Its your grasp of emotions, and talent at putting them into words that sets this apart from everything else.

I like what you are doing with Draco. I felt sorry for him after HBP. You have really compounded it. The part about him being destined for this the same as Harry was great. Poor Draco, trapped by the path his father set out for him.

I also like that you have brought back Luna and Neville and are getting them involved in the action. Aside from Ginny, I think these two are some of Rowlings most neglected characters. It is nice to see them back in the thick of things.

Now I have to throw out my guess on what Draco is looking for. I believe Voldemort has hidden one of his Horcruxes there. Perhaps one of Ravenclaw's items. I think with the destruction of the ring in HBP Voldemort became aware of Dumbledore's plan and is making moves to secure his horcruxes. Draco is there to find and bring it back to his master.

I love the last sentence of the chapter. Is that foreshadowing of what's to come at the end of your story?

wow razz, you actually made me feel sorry for Draco......i didnt think that was possible. its good to hear that "he isnt there to hurt anyone", but i cant entirely believe that. amazing chapter tho razz. also i like how you had the idea to gather up the old DA members, and the idea to use the Felix Luck potion. another great chapter razz, cant wait until the next one like always.

Yet again Razz, Out Of This World! I remeber in one of your replies to me you told me that my anger towards Malfoy would sway. And to tell you the truth, it did. I am surprisingly semi sympathetic towards Malfoy after reading this chapter. About how Voldermort killed his Mom. Sad. Though, I fell just a little sympathetic towards him right now. I think I might need more working on that hatred if mine. LOL.

I love the fact that Malfoy has the ability to appear and not appear on the Marauder's Map. Very ingenius of you! I wonder why though. Could it be: That Voldermort gave him unique powers to have insured that the Map could not read him?; Is Harry possibaly--in some sense--halucinating?; Can the map be "losing its touch"?.....Argh ... so many theories. And about Malfoy saying "I'm not here to hurt anyone."... hmmm...hmmm...interesting. I would have never thought that would come out of Malfoy's mouth. Your imagination = 10 out of 10 as usual.

Also...: The DA is coming back together! I love how you brought back Luna and Neville and some other old members in the previous chapter but I had no idea that the rest 'might' come back to. YAY! I love the scenes involving the DA in JK's books so i have no doubt in my mind that you will change my view of them in your story! Whoopie!!! (Moaning Myrtle is back as well... She's a great character!! ).

In that scene with Harry and Draco, watching them stand there tensely, facing off, I felt it was a bit like looking at two sides of the same coin. They seem to be paralelled at the moment, and probably for some time to come. Moveing in the same direction, but to reach different ends. There lives an inextricably intertwined with one another, both have a path set before them, both seem to have chosen their paths, yet neither had a choice really because of their childhoods. I find them quite a facinating pair to watch when they are together.
I dont know if you can feel it, but their relationship has definitely changed since HBP. They still dislike eachother, I dont think anything will ever change that, but they have a new understanding of one another. Its like all of a sudden they have grown up, and their petty childish loathing of each other has morphed into something else far more complicated. I really cant wait until they meet again. It will prove very interesting, and it may change everything between them.
The DA will definitely be called upon in this story, though I cant tell you when, but it will be wonderful to watch (read) I hope I'm still trying to decide who to include, and what their strngths will be, so I'll have to see how that pans out. Dont know if you noticed, but Neville appears to be undergoing a slight transformation. He is dropping some of that nervous clumsiness he is so famous for, for a raw determination, that will come to light soon.

As for theories, Gabur you are heading along the right road, though not entiirely correct either, but excellent deduction skills just the same Big D, that theory of yours is a very interesting idea, though I'm not sure it would help anyone but Voldemort as you need Parseltongue to open the many chamber doors etc. Great thinking though Pheonix, I can tell you that the map hasn't ben changed in any way, it still shows everything it always did, if that helps And Moaning Myrtle will have her part to play, her character has had quite a strong presence in the books, so I'm thinking she has a role to play in the end. SHae is also special compared to the other ghosts at Hogwarts for the fact that sh is the only one there who has died as a result of Voldemorts dealings. Something to think about...

The lupin thing was surreal. I have never read a better, more detailed account of a transformation than that. It was sheer brilliance! How amazing it was! I can't say enough. I am anxious to hear about what has been hapening to him and what he and the other werewolves have been up to.

Oh right, The chapter. Well if that was a cut down version, i shudder to think how good the full length version would be!

Everything was perfect, i honestly dont know how you do it, again and again. You continue to amaze, everything you say, everything you do, every little bit of dialogue or description is perfect. There isnt another word i can use.

You highlight Harry's struggle particularly well, as if the guy doesnt have enough to worry about, he gets the whole school squabbling, and his reaction to it, is exactly what JKR would do. All the way through, Harry's emotion is so deep, and so thickly laid on, i cant help but feel the same emotions swelling in me. Thats what your writing does to me, and thats why your the best, despite having a dodgy computer still

The cut off conversation leaves a nice little cliffhanger, of which i know you love them so much! as now we dont know whats going to come along next! Harry was written perfectly through that scene too, He's not the type to run away when a friend's in need, thats why he's in Griffindor.

I think i've talked for long enough now! I'll let everyone else do the same and tell you how amazingly wonderful you are! Hope your feeling a bit better now, and hurry up with the next bit already!

Razz! Just great! Harry returned from his I'm soooo cool behaviour and showed some responsebility and leadership. That was beautifully written!
I like how he finally got from Draco that there are more terrible things than not being able to be with your girlfriend. And he doesn't even behave stubborn, he's even learning non-verbal spells. That's just amazing Razz. But what a poor fellow, his clothes don't fit him anymore *the over motherly laudine doesn't know what to do to make her harry eat and sighs*.

I think he needs to see a therapist and talk about his dreams, maybe Trelawney can help him.
