Razz, I would love to see more of Luna. I hope Snape will turn out nor to be evil (which I'm actually convinced) and that Draco will fight by the side of Harry. These are my wishes.
Oh and a bit more Ron wouldn't be that bad.

I love long stories Razz! I don't think any of us care that yours will be extra long. In fact, it makes it better. You take your time to write everything so clearly...that we are rarely confused and lost. I understand everything going on and the only things I ever question are your darn cliffhangers! That means whatever it is you are doing is perfect. It gives us time to reread parts and really absorb the story. I mean, I do anyway. Take your time. We will all be here waiting with baited breath for more!

Then the DA. It is sooo good to see Neville and Luna act. They should really. So many people (including meself) keep forgetting about them, and I can simply see how eager they are to help Harry, to do something important. Uh, I am a great Neville/Luna-shipper. *lol*

I am glad Luna woke Harry up. I already had the feeling the others would leave him, and thought 'hey, big guy, you've got to have an alarm clock'. *lol* But thanks, Loony Luna! You're a good girl. Sad, though, I never got to read the story about the... pumpkin-thingys. *lol*

I liked the funny conversation between Harry and the Fat Lady, it surprised me that she gave Harry the password. Nice to read that Neville was chosen to be the coordinator of the DA, he deserves a big role in it.
One of the reasons why I love your fanfic so much are the small details you use, like the part with Pig ending up onto Rons mashed potatoes lol That bird touches a soft spot.
When I read the letter Zacharias sent to Hermione I felt a bit sorry for Ron, I understand that he’s a bit jealous. I’m wondering what Ginny’s up to…

Hiya Razz! *waves* So here have done a remarkable job of bringing me back to Hogwarts. Oh I do sooo love your writing.

I must say I was hit hard by theFat Lady's words. "Ignorance in the face of Wsdom". I could apply that to so many things. Very nice you bringing her into it all. I wonder what she knows?

The Zach part with the letter was an absolute riot! Poor Ron! her can't stand it. I didn't ever picture Zach being that much of a prat, but...hey...whatever works! I smell a bit of comedic relief when the time comes for him to actualy be under the love postion. My guess is that his feelings for her are much stronger than even he is letting on. And there is trouble coming from that!

I was touched at the part where "Abe" said that magic leaves a mark. harry knew something was up too. But it was Abe's words that touched me. That was so....cannon. I am sure harry will sart to delve into this "ancient magic" at some point. It almost seems that he is the new Dumbledore in training, huh? But the mark that magic leaves can be seen and unseen. Physical and emotional. I love that. Very profound.

Thank you for bringing the DA back! I ma so happy for Neville to now have a "job" to do. What wonderful people they are for including him and being sesitive to his needs! Hooray for neville! But Luna...oh I love that girl. She has got to be the best character (female) in the entire series. You capture her perfectly. Good for her for waking him up too. She s a woman of her word and she sticks by her friends n matter what. because she hasne'y any real friends and considers the DA mebers her friends, didn't see her lettng him down at all.

Way to go Razz. I ove this so much. I think it was a great build up to the Halloween feast. Everything in it was necessary and important. Now I feel ready fr the feast. I wasn't epecting anything less from you other than this masterpiece. I will await your next installment. No matter how long it takes or how long it is...I like the long posts!

I think you have out done yourself Razz. What a cliffhanger! I think from now on we should all refer to you as the Dark Mistress Razz or maybe she who shall not be named. I do not think the Dark Lord himself was this cruel to his loyal followers.

Now where to begin. I really liked you bringing in Neville and Luna and giving Neville his job. All Neville ever needed was some confidence. I enjoyed reading about Harry's training with "sir". I hope his improved skills will be enough for Bellatrix. I am a little worried about Ginny though. She is up to something, I just hope it does not distract Harry from Bellatrix. Ginny always seems to have her bases covered so maybe I am worring for nothing.

The only thing in this chapter I had a problem with was them letting Harry oversleep. Harry was very insistent on awaking at 5. I went back and read it again and did notice that neither Ron or Hermione agreed to it. But it still seemed a little out of character for Ron and Hermione since they know that Luna committed to waking Harry. In your story Hermione is really preparing to take her place as the next Mrs. Weasley so maybe the mother henning of Harry is inline with that. We all know Ron would not go against Hermione if she put her foot down. I will say though that Harry over sleeping and dragging Luna with him does make the story more exciting.

The letter from Zach was priceless. I can just see Ron's ears turning a deep red. Love potion or not, Hermione will have her hands full down the road. Great chapter Dark Mistress Razz! I am eagerly awaiting it's conclusion.

Hmm, I thought that the conversation with the fat lady was wonderful. It was quite funny that she wouldn't tell Harry the password at first, but she also had some pretty wise words.

And the owl from Zacharias Oh my, that was one of the funniest things I have ever read! He's such a git. Poor Ron I can't blame him for being jealous, and I have a feeling that Hermione's love potion is going to be a bit more effective than she realizes

I'm completely psyched that the DA is back. First off, this is where Harry gets a lot of his strength - having people that believe in him enough to be in the DA. Also, though, I'm happy that Neville is organizing things now. He's gotten so much more mature, and I think that we're going to see some great things out of him before this is over. And Luna, of course How could I not love her? But Ginny's disappeared Hmm... She's going to cause Harry some troubles, I do believe. Not intentionally, of course, but she's definitely up to something.

Last but not least, I loved Harry's lessons with Abe. Ah, I hate to see him suffering, but it's excellent that he's learning so much. I'm going to be so excited when (if?) he gets really good at sensing magic.

Argh!!! Razz I'm so sorry I haven't been posting! My Internet was completely down. My dog bit through my Ethernet cable. Pretty funny actually. Something sugary fell on the cable and I guess that my dog is addicted to sugar. I don't know. It was aggrivating but I still love him. Anyway enough about my dog. Now onto your chapter...

First of all [in your previous chapter (before this one)] I like the little conversations between Lupin and Harry. Very emotional and descriptive. It really gave me a sense that I was sitting right there in the room with them. An excellent piece of writing! Also I like how you make Harry and Lupin keep eachothers secrets from themselves. For example, Harry tells Lupin that the task he is undergoing is what Dumbledore expects him to do and is a secret. And how Lupin tells Harry he is back with the werewolves, though he doesn't tell what he is doing there or what his plans are. I like it....Though I was alittle surprised that Lupin accepted the fact that Harry was not going to tell him what he was up to. The same goes with Harry. Whatever. I'm sure you have your reasons.

Now to the last chapter... First. I love how the DA is mostly complete and back together. YAY!! Though I am worried about Ginny. Where is she? Does she somehow know what Harry is up to? And is trying to help him? Does she have her own dangerous tasks to undergo? Theories...Theories...Theories...Ahh you gotta love 'em! Though right now Ginny is one of my lesser worries. (Mostly because I think that you wont let anything happen to her... . Right now my biggest worry is the question of whether Snape was lying to Harry or not. Is Snape lying to Harry? Will Harry do what Snape tells him and somehow walk straight into an ambush of Death Eaters including Bellatrix? I hope not... I trust you not to do anything like that which could harm Harry. But hey--your story not mine.

Also. I just want to say thank you for the cliffhanger. I appreciate it. Before this chapter it was good because it ended without cliff'er, but it seems you've come back. It's okay though. You posted in the beginning that you had to divide the story so I understand. Anyway. It's nice to be connected to your story again. I dont feel lost in space. Everything was perfect in this chapter, all the way from ron and hermione's ability to know that something was wrong too zach smith's arrogance, and luna naming unrealistic creatures that do not exist, at least not to anyone else . Hi Krieltje mate, I like the fat lady too, and she trusts in Harry wholey now, he's proven himself so many times, and he's now head boy, and she knows he disappears off at times, so she's willing to pass on the password to him only! If you remember last year, she opened the portrait for Harry without him needing to give a password after Dumbledores death, that's a sign of how much she trusts him. Pig's such a cutie isn't he *lol* Yeah, poor Ron is not at all happy about what Hermione intends to do, and I dont blame him! Hope everything will turn out in the end. Thanks for reading *grins*

Hi gabur *tee hee* I like the Dark Mistress Razz title, probably rather apt at the moment, especially with the chapter I'm currently writing. Everyone just loves Nev, dont they? I hope I've made him as likeable as Jk. And I like Harry's sessions with Sir too. He has a lot to teach Harry, although he is extremely hard on him. Worrys me a bit, but then again, Harry has to get one heck of a lot better before he faces Voldemort! Now as far as letting Harry sleep in, I get it, but I'll try and explain where they're coming from. Firstly, neither of them are aware that Harry has something planned tonight, they have been getting sus of his behavior, but they haven't figured out what it is he is keeping from them. They already know about the Horcruxes and to them, that would be the biggest secret they could imagine, so its not surprising they cant fathom that Harry has this thing set up with Snape. They just dont think there is anything like that he would be hiding from them, I think they are worried he's under too much pressure, with the Horcruxes, facing Voldemort and Ginny. So all up, they felt he needed to sleep more than he needed to be at the feast. His shortness with them over wanting to be woken up could have been put down to be tired, and moody. He has been irritated a lot lately. ANd yea, I think Hermione was the driving force behind not waking him. hehe... it'll be fun to see what happens with Ron and Hermione because of Zach. Ginny is a fairly smart girl, she's not going to do anything too dumb, though her love for Harry could push her to extremes. It's tough watching Harry and Abe, isn't it? ‘You go in!’ Harry let go of Luna’s hand as he slowed outside the Great Hall. “I’ll be there in a minute.’ He picked up his pace again as he veered off to the clock tower, wishing he had bothered to replace the watch he had drowned in the lake years before. He stopped beneath the enormous clock face and looked up as the gigantic pendulum swung before him. He backed away slightly so he could see the hands more accurately. He still had roughly three minutes. He took off, back inside and brought himself to a controlled walk before he stepped inside the Hall, positioning himself just inside the doorway.

The room was decorated in true Halloween tradition, with black candles and glowing pumpkins, and magical bats circling the star filled ceiling. Everyone was already enjoying the Halloween treats that lined the tables. As he stood there, adrenalin coursing through his body, waiting to hear the deep resonating chimes of the clock tower once it struck six o’clock, he noticed Ron and Hermione determinedly walking towards him. He tucked the scroll behind his leg and shifted from foot to foot, his nerves alive with impatience and foreboding.
‘What are you doing?’ Ron winced as he pulled up in front of Harry ‘You’re sweating …

Its even better the second time around! I'm picking up on more interesting things and clues now, too. How on Earth is Draco sneaking around Hogwarts? And Kreacher's been following him, so does he know his secret? Apparently, its something he couldn't do with Harry looking at him, or he'd give himself away...what could it be?

If you've written the Halloween chapter yet, I haven't gotten to it, but I'm very anxious and a little scared to see whats going to happen!

Its going to be rather dramatic now that she's turned up (although it sorta is anyway) and I really want to spend some time on it to get it right. So I think I'll post what I've written later tonight, my time. That maybe up to 8 hours away in real time. Anyway, I'm really pleased with the way its shaping up, after all my nerves about it, and I hope you will be suitably happy with it too.

Boy, I'm so glad I finally got caught up so I can read the next chapter! Oh wait...thats only a paragraph! What are you trying to do to us, eh? I feel sorry for the man in your life--you're such a tease! Anyway, I just re-read the last scene with Sir and I think its my favorite part of your whole story. I'm not really sure why, but something about it just seems very...canon. But he's a brand new character, so can he be canon? I don't know. All I know is that he's very well developed and likeable, in a curmudgeony way. And I loved his bit about magic leaving a mark...i've been worried since "The Cave" that Harry lost a certain mentor before he could learn what he needed to know to make it. I mean, Dumbledore seemed to find eerything with such ease, why didn't he explain it in more detail to Harry? It seems like thats what Dumbledore would normally do...but I daresay he was a trifle preoccupied with the task at hand.... Anyway, hope to see the next chapter soon!

sorry havent replid for a while been buried in school and lawyer/engineer work, so just had to print off ur fan fic and run.

its getting great, its 87,277 words long, lol. i put it into words becasue its easier to read and i wanted to send your brilliant work to friends.

Fantastic! Great installement! It was just so right, every single thing, the order making a last stand, the spell being so violent (should've sxpected that from Snape) and Bellatrix being furious!
Man what an inventive force you possess! Quintapeds! I mean how do you come up with those things its just fabolous, and the spell was beutifully written.

I really enjoyed this installement and you've earned a break (not too long though) so take your time before the next!

Right there werent any spelling mistakes, but there were a couple of things i wanted to suggest to you before i carry on my hero worship!

Razz, my compliments for you, you put so much effort and time into writing a fic for us. I admire you for that (but also for being such a good mod )

I understand Hermiones reaction to the scroll Harry showed her, but believe me. If I was Harry I would’ve slapped her to the floor (I just can’t stand curious little interferers like her). She just doesn’t know when to stop urgh, I’m really annoyed by her at the moment (good job, not many people can get me annoyed by portraying a character) Yeah, I know.. she’s important to the story, and being a little know-it-all fits with that.

Brilliant job on the scroll, It’s definitely something for Snape to scrabble a spell upon it. I hope they're going to figure the symbols out in time!

I don’t have time to read more at the moment, I stopped at the part that they told Neville to go to McGonagall. I’m so frustrated right now that I can’t read any further. I’m going to finish it within the our, so I’ll edit my reply then or post a new one.

I'm still hanging around, although I should be in bed!! Its three in the morning here, so I will go to bed after this. I'm so glad a few of you actually got to the end of that chapter with out the big *YAWN*!!

I tossed away the first two goes I had at it, but on the third, it just seemed to flow, so I ran with it. yay! Captain - I was grinning from ear to ear that you picked up how violent the spell was. It is definitely indicative of Snape, and shows a little too much about where his heart lies. Now, I ave to say, I didn't invent Quintapeds. I got them from FBAWTFT. I dont know if Jk invented them, though I suspect she did. I could have chosen to invent something new, but I just loved these particular beasts, they really struck a chord with me, and seemed fitting that Bella would revel in putting them to use. Thanks for giving me a break. I dont know how long it will be till I post the next chapter, but I already have the major part of it worked out in my head, so maybe not long. I'll try to keep it under 5 word pages though!
Sectum - *waves* Thanks for the praise, I do take it to heart and use that energy when I'm writing the next post. hehe... I actually really like writing suspense, though I realize it could definitely be more polished, but I have loads of fun doing it, as you know with my cliffies!! When I was writing the build up to 'NOW' I was hoping that the reader might actually be reading that bit faster with each line, you know, adrenaline rush sort of thing, so I feel great that you mentioned that in particular! whoot, who wouldn't love a movie made out of their fic? though I fear my movie would be 24 hrs long in the end You picked up on how dark the spell was too, eh? Glad to see you already replyed so I can put the next part of my review in a new post. And one thing is for sure! I didn’t quit reading & replying because your fic was boring, don’t you dare to think like that again Just too busy with daily stuff, it’s still daytime here (you’re on the other side of the world, hehe). Well, back to the fic

After reading the word "quintaped", I was like: what the hell is that I’m glad you explained it, interesting creatures. ~lol~ when I read that Ron had to remind that one symbol, I was already afraid that he would forget the details. I’m glad he didn’t.

For the rest of the chapter, I was too tense to write a comment down, sorry Well I’ll try. It was so exciting to read the attack, the details you gave us were incredible, just brilliant! I could picture the scene in front of me, I had the feeling I was in Hogsmeade.

And yes Finally you mention that one name… Bellatrix. I wish you wrote more about her already, but I’m glad you finally mentioned her again! I wanted to scream like her but in my case the scream would've been from pleasure.

All by all, even better than all your other chapters. Your story is getting better and better… wonderfull!

I loved Ron and Hermione's reaction in the Great Hall. That was perfect! Neville too! The triangle was just incredible! And the introduction of the quintapeds.... I'm speechless. Keep up the terrific work! I'll be waiting at the computer for your next installment!
