Hmmm...Charms! I absolutely love that class, though I'm not sure why. Ever since the beginning of the series that class has stuck out to me as being really challenging, yet fun at the same time.

I would really like to teach potions. I like chemistry...and potions seems to fit. Besides, it requires understanding of what is going on. The other classes don't seem to require to deep understanding that potions requires.

Either potions, DADA, or care of magical creatures. My best subject would probably be potions or maybe CMC (care of magical creatures). I think potions because I could laugh at some people when the potions explode in their face.

I would teach DADA. DADA is one of the best jobs in my opinion and one of the most important ones because everyone in the wizarding would should know how to defend themselves. It is also a very interesting and challenging subject. I am sure I would be happy with a job in DADA.

Maybe Divination, because I love trying to figure out whats going to happen, and Maybe Care of Magical creatures, because I love animals.

I would love to teach Charms or Transfiguration. Those have to be my favorite subjects in Hogwarts! Not only I think they are extremely useful, but the feeling of being able to do a little bit of Wingardium Leviosa to something, or to change beetles into buttons, has to be amazing!
EDIT: I just noticed that in the last two pages, nobody has chosen Charms! Come on people! Charms is nice! Hahaha!

Probably Herbology, DADA, or Transfiguration. They would all be great fun, though maybe not Herbology so much now that I think about it... Yikes.

I would be COMC. I've always liked magical creatures. Second would be DADA because it would be very useful. Third, Divination, it would probably help with knowing what will happen in the future.

I don't know why, but I've always thought I'd want to teach Muggle Studies. Maybe because I've thought that I'd like to teach wizards about the muggle world, and all about the muggle culture. If not Muggle Studies, then Astronomy as I've always had a fascination with the planets and stars.

I would want to teach Potions. Potions is more like a cooking class. You need to know what the ingredients do and how to combine them properly. With a bit of flair and ingenuity (along with a solid understanding of the principles), you can create some amazing things (like the Wolfsbane potion).

I took a quiz on this forum, and I would teach Arithmancy! Here is a quote from the quiz I took!
QUOTE
Yay! Another witch with her own job in the wizarding world. Welcome to the latest round of sorting, Luna♥Lover! magic.gif
The Hogwarts Headmaster will love to hear that I’ve found him a new Arithmancy Professor. My sincere congratulations! One of the reasons that predestines you for this position is your interest in what Muggles call mathematics. I also hope that you can extend your love of little kids to those slightly older, as we all know your students will be at least eleven year olds, and as a teacher you will have a plenty of dealings with them. In addition, I’m happy reading that one of your favorite places is Hogwarts – while being a teacher there you will have an immense number of opportunities to explore the fabulous castle.
Enjoy your new occupation and Hogwarts and please, while there, give my hugs to the portrait of Severus Snape. Thank you.

I would like to teach divination. That is right up my alley.

Jan 7 2008, 01:30 PM
I guess, that best would be arithmancy. Pity, that JKR haven't despribed it better, sounds like some magical branch of math

.
But potions - usefull, just like chemistry but more exciting. The only problem is you have to remember soo mnay recipes.
And care of magical creatures, or herbology - with my love to nature, also great.
Maybe I just can't decide, becase tey are almost alll so good

I'd definitely like to teach Potions! I love chemistry and when I took the Wizarding Job quiz here on VTM it said that I'd be a Member of The Most Extraordinary Society of Potioneers, which means I'd probably be teaching potions

Well I am training to become a teacher now so this is signifcant question for me. hehe. I probably would go for History of magic, because I adore history and I am good at that
. It would probably be interesting to teach the students about the bloody giant wars and all, and ofcourse to learn a vital lesson from all that...ooops there i go. I even start to sound like one now..
Anyway I think potions would be interesting too. Its so useful and thrilling and also complex which intrigues me more. yea potions would be good.

I would most likely want to be a divination teacher. Telling the future would be very useful. It's also useful to tell prophecies, and then use tea leaf reading, and gazing into a crystal ball.
Divination is my style, besides nature. I also don't know that many creatures only the simple ones

. I really love myths and legends, and a bit of fairytale

.

I think i would teach Charms because i think i would be the best at that. That, or transfiguration. Potions i would be horrible at, because i am a horrible cook! Actually, maybe not because if you give me the directions then i might be able to make it! lol

I think in Charms there are the funnest spells in there too! You can make the coolest things happen! I think that would defiantly be the funnest to teach

I think I'd teach Care of Magical Creatures, Defense Against the Dark Arts, or Muggle Studies.
Care of Magical Creatures? I
love animals. And I'd be like Hagrid, and have a thing with dragons... and despite what JKR says, I'd find a way to tame them.
Defense Against the Dark Arts? What's life without a little adventure?
Muggle Studies? I think we all know too much about Muggles

. Why not teach about them?
forsaken_wolfess
May 21 2008, 11:37 AM
That's an easy question, at least for me. I'd teach Care of Magical Creatures. Animals, even in the real world, are really interesting, and I'd love to know enough about them to teach a whole subject about it. It would be way cool to teach a bunch of fourteen year olds about, like, unicorns or merpeople or something cool like that.
