Hey, guys! Just wondering...what kind of people do you get crushes on? Sweet people, shallow people...those kinda things. Oh, and famous people can count as crushes too:I happen to have like...two movie crushes(three in all).

Basically, I'm pretty shallow myself, but not all that much. At first, looks attract me but then I look deeper inside for personality. If it's pretty good, than I'll keep liking him, and if it's not, goodbye! I love Daniel Radcliffe, in my opinion he's cute and sweet and very giving. Recently, I like Robert Pattinson, the guy who plays Cedric Diggory...I think he's cute and awesome (by the way, does anyone have any information about him? he's like 8 years older than me, but hey a girl can dream!).

Well, I like guys that are nice; I don't care much for looks. I also like boys that are funny and like the same things as me. Most of my friends think it's funny when I like people, on the tv show Endurance, for example, who aren't 'cute' or 'hot'. I am the opposite of shallow.

There are two kinds of people that I like for two different parts of the week.

Weekdays: Nice, easy-going guys, sense of humor, is in no way a sleaze (including on weekends) and can put up with all my crap.

Weekends: Depending on the amount of money I have left over from the week to spend, generally anyone who is NOT a sleaze! Point made! *crosses arms*

Oh,. and there is also Ewan McGregor and Daniel Collopy (Josh West from Home and Away!)

I haven’t ever “fallen” for anyone, really – no offense to the guys at my high school, but I think I’m going to have to look elsewhere for relationships – but of course there are qualities that I find more appealing than others.

First and foremost, the guy has to be a Harry Potter fan. Or if he isn’t, at the very least, he has to be accepting of unnaturally obsessed people who venerate fictional characters. And if he raises objections to certain Internet fan sites, we’re starting to have major issues.

There are other characteristics that I like – intelligence and intellectual curiosity are a big plus, sense of humor would be good, similar interests could be of some help – but I think mutual respect and an interest in HP at least comparable to mine are most important.

My friend and I were talking about what kind of guys we look for the other day on the phone. It's like the perfect guy kind of thing, and half of it isn't serious because you know you can never find a guy like this.

For me, they have to be short because I'm 4'11" and tall people overwhelm me, but they still have to be a bit taller than me. No blonde boys! I'm sorry, I just don't like blonde on guys. They can have any other hair colour, just not blonde! They have to have really shaggy hair. There eyes must be brown or green. They have to have a bit of a rock or punk edge to them, but not too too much. They have to be honest and smart and funny. Oh yes, they must like Harry Potter.

I tend to fall for the guys that crave attention, and get it. I dont really like shallow guys, because then there is no chance that they will like me back ( ) but they cant look too closely at my personality, because they will find out the horrible person I am (I am evil and mean).

I dont really have celeb crushes, mainly because I dont know many celebs, and there is a chance that I wont meet many more.

I agree with limexlollipop about the blonde thing. no offense to blonde people, it's just that there arent enough natural blondes in the world, and I think that blondes should stick together, and eventually conquer the world!

for me, a guy has to learn to deal with my strangeness (lol), and he has to accept the fact that I love HP too, and he is not allowed to hate HP.

I like this really sweet guy named Cesar, and he is the sweetest guy I have ever met! I liked him firstly because he is good at getting attention, and after I liked him a while, I realized how adorable he was.

I think that when you stop liking a person, their imperfections fade into place, meaning that when you like someone, you automatically think that they are perfect.

i go for people who can make me laugh. and guys who can make me smile even when i am super depressed. and guys who are willing to give anything up for me. and someone who can stand up for me. and someone who is willing to listen to all of my crappy problems. and someone who i can trust, who can trust me and love me for me. and he has to care and has to be able to show me his feelings. overall, he has to be sweet, sensitive and funny.

hmm.. well i dont tend to like people easily, so its kinda hard for me.

I wont automatically like a guy based on his looks, but if i think he's good lookin i'll get to know him. Like this one kid i know, he's absolutely GORGEOUS and when i got to know him he has like the best personality out of all the guys i know. he's old news though.

well a 'good-looking' guy could be one of two things:

1) someone who is 'handsome' (as it were!) i.e by looks or physical attractivity

or

2) someone who is nice on the inside - personality wise!

either way its good for me!

I usually fall for guys that are interested in me. That talk to me normally, ask me questions, stuff like that. It has happened a couple of times now. When that happens I don't really care for looks anymore...

The reason I fall for guys like that is that most people (guys and girl) think that I'm very childish and they think I'm annoying. And I know I am, but that's only until you get to know me better. If you know me better you'll also see my serious side. But then again I love to have fun and be laughing with the people I care for.

And now I've got a question too...

Do you guys think it's possible to fall for someone you've met on a forum and have never seen in real life. I think this is happening to me and I'm having quite a hard time dealing with it so I would love to have some of your opinions about it. It would help me a whole lot! Thanks!

and i also go for guys who play instruments...oh, say the bass (haha pete wentz). haha yes cool instruments like bass, guitar, drums, singing...cool instruments. and ones who don't have annoying laughs, if a guy have an annoying laugh, i would feel annoyed everytime he laughed. well if its annoying in my point of view. most of the time im not bothered but its possible...

Okay, this is a funny topic to write about....I've passed over it a couple of times, and never wrote anything...but I'm bored and its late, so why not? Okay so I suppose the type of guy "I fall for" is usually the quiet type. I mean, sure he cant be a complete mute like me but he should talk a little. Harry Potter would obviously have to be something he has at least heard of. I like guys who can make me laugh. But who can also be serious. He would have to nag things out of me...I like that. Ummm, lets see. I would wish for some fairy tale romance, like the whole guy rides up on a white horse kind of thing, but in reality just a guy that I could talk to and who could make me laugh. I can't get as specific as some of you can (I don't know what he would look like), but I fall for people who I am comfortable around. I'm usually attracted to people who are intelligent and make me laugh. People who aren't afriad to joke around or be sarcastic. I really don't like when guys are too attached, I sense it in a second and I'm gone. When guys are clingy, I feel really down, and just not free and happy. I can't really say I have a physical preference, because I always find some one attractive who looks different than the other. I have trouble getting boyfriends, I'm a bit picky about things. I never want to be with someone unless I really like them.
