According to MuggleNet, the bathroom scene in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (the scene in which Harry tries to figure out his egg clue in the prefects' bathroom) has been filmed. They also report that the film is "shaping up to be both funnier and darker" than the last three.

they had to leave some parts of the golden egg in the plot. and they thought the best way to do it was through the bath scene (thankfully!!) that is why they probabaly left it in there.
