I'm not that obsessed, ofcourse I own the books and the dvd's from HP and I really enjoy watching or reading HP an' sometimes talk about it, but that's it. I don't have any posters hangin' on me room, i don't have any toy of HP, like a doll or somethin' else that has to do with HP

Well, i picked the one that one where it's pathetic and it really is.I must go to a Harry Potter fans site everyday. Everytime I start t or plan on reading another book or series I can't because I want to read HP.I like Harry Potter so much that I made my family (who used to love Harry Potter) not like it so much. They just got annoyed with it from me talking about it so much.My sister used to be a bigger fan than me, now she still likes it as in she'll read the books and watch the movies but she don't care about it quite as much.My mom like them,not as much as me and my sister but she did.She read the first 4 books then stopped.She still watches the movies but only once (she never liked watching movies over again much though) My dad is the only consistant one.He's never read the books,even before I was insane about it, but he still enjoys the movies very well and I fill him in on the stuff cut out.Me and my sister still quote the movies quite a bit though.For some reason we love that line in SS/PS at Kings Cross when that guy says "thank you're being funny do ya?" or "the invisibility booster's faulty" It's just the way they say it.

As for my obsession, its getting worse as the release of the 7th book comes closer haha. But I have ALWAYS been obsessed with Harry Potter. I'm from the US and sometimes I find myself thinking and/or speaking in an english accent(pathetic i know) but amusing at the sametime haha.

Im completly and utterly obsessed...I watch at least one of the HP movies everyday. When I read the books to my kids I actually have a cape and witches hat I bought for halloween but use to act out my favorite parts. Its even worse now that I have found this totally awsome site...cause now I am writing my very first fanfic and read others as well. I also get to discuss all things that are important in my life like Severus Snape Remus Lupin Sirius Black and all the other worship worthy charaters...I love Harry Potter. Yeah Im obsessed

I'm pretty obsessed! I've read the serius twice, so far once each year. (yeah I know I got into it late) I swear I think about it like 5 times a day. I have attemped to write several fan fics but they aren't very good! But the latest one is good (in my opinion) I think about harry potter stuff when I go to sleep. I go on this website almost everyday! I love HP! I hate to admit it but i'm embarresed to tell anyone I like HP. I used to put a book cover over my books, but not just the hp ones other stuff too. Now I just walk around with the back off the book showing not the front. I read the books outloud somestimes when I'm alone and attempt an english accent! (I'm in the U.S) Some of my friends read hp, but there not nearly as obsessed as I am!

I admit it I am nearly 38 years old and I cannot tell you how many times I have reread the books. I have decided to watch the movies 1-4 consecutively daily before I go to work until the next movie comes out. My poor DVD player. My best friend and I have taken the day off before the movie release to watch all 4 in one day. Can I function in everyday life? You bet! I just love the series!

Ok, so I'm utterly obsessed and I'm proud of it! My family just doesn't understand and I don't expect them to. You have to be able to really open your mind to any possiblity, specially when your as obsessed as me to be on forums debating! But as I said I'm proud!

I am almost beyond obbsessed.... At one point though, I didn't give Harry Potter one thought.... not ONE!!! after the sixth book came out I just stopped, since nothing else was happening, I started focusing on my school work (*cough* yeah right *cough*). I forgot how I got on to it again, or how I really stopped. Just so everyone knows, It's not that I completely stopped liking Harry Potter, it was just dormant. Every time I see a new HP comercial (on the computer) I yell "OMG THAT IS SSSSOOO AWESOME!!!" Thanksfully no one was in the house at the time, but that is how I am... completely obbsessed... but I have no friends at school that like HP, they say it's gay, but I just take it and agree with them so I don't have to explain or get teased... My friend loves HP about as much as me, except she doesn't go on forum topics like these and talk about it, and she's popular at school, so we don't talk about it there... so yeah, that's my hiden story... Sorry it was long!!

My obsession with harry potter is completely ridiculous and out of control! i never ever get bored of it, ive never been so obsessed by something in my life and probably never will again! i think my friends worry about me sometimes when we are having a conversation and i manage to relate it to harry potter, but i always can relate it. the other day, my friend was saying how this boy she likes is coming out tomorrow night, and i said out of nowhere, oh its so obvious something is going to happen between you two tomorrow, even professor trelawney could predict that one! lol she was like yer anyway haha.
ill be sat in class and my mind will drift off to theories on what is going to happen in the end, i almost explode with excitement at the thought of saturday!! when ill know the answers.
i have dreams about harry potter and going to hogwarts. me and my friend were bored and sat in our common room, we had HP books on us, and i said read some random lines and ill see if i know who said it, and she read out really random lines with no plot in it, and i got them all right! she was stunned!
iv even managed to suck other friends into loving harry potter, one even came in and was like i found this site called VTM, i was like yer you're learning, you'll be sucked in before you know it!
if harry potter was a subject at school, i would get an A*, its a shame there isnt one really.

I read the books a lot, watch the movies a lot, talk about it a lot...

I first came across it when my teacher was reading PS to our third grade class... and beleive it or not... *shock* I didn't like it at all! I never listened to her read it cause I didn't like it... but then my sister bought me the book, and everyone seemed to like it so I thought I'd read it to see what all the fuss was about and I gave it a try... and I loved it! And I have been obsessed ever since!!

I am sooooo obsessed!!!! And proud of it!!! My friends get real annoyed with me and I get into heated arguments with people who think they know more than me but they always lose!!! I have made up characters, am absolutely in love with Ron , would love to be part of it in everyway. I dream about being at Hogwarts. I absolutely LOVE Harry Potter. I have read the books hundreds of times (I am reading OotP for the tenth time) and I have watched the movies multiple times (I own 1-4 on DVD and 1&2 on VHS, GoF is in my DVD player at the moment for 3 consecutive weeks). Harry Potter is my passion!! I absolutely LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!

I liked Harry potter before the movies which by the way bother me because they ruin HP books. I'v read them tonnns of times. I know the dates of when the movies will come out. I used to know for the books, yet, no more. Um, if i see articles about harry potter, i have to read them.

However, after the 7th book, i became obsessed to the point it's pathetic point. Because up till now, I didn't come on this site at all and ordinary day things didn't remind me of Harry Potter as they now do. And I also come on this site whenever I'm online. which is like five times a day when I don't have volleyball, and at least twice on days that I do.

I didn't vote for the highest level of obession, lol, that sounds funny, because I'm really not happy with thinking about Harry Potter this much. I find it so wierd to be constantly thinking about it. I've felt this alot because I read alot so when I finish a book, I think about it constantly however I stop after a while. I think it's different with Harry Potter because there's so many fans, and site like VTM that make me even more obsessed.

OK, this is no joke. There is no words to describe how obsessed I am. I'm not just saying that for the sake of it. I AM! Meet me for an hour an you'll see what I mean. I go on about it all the time. I got seriously offended when somebody thought Ron and Hermione hated each other in English! I give quotes all the time. And make connection between everything I can think of and Harry Potter!

Yeah, I'm too obsessed for my own good. I did my summer reading assignment on Harry Potter of course. I had to include a Dumbledore quote in my English speech. In the hallways, my brother and our friends say "wotcher" to each other at school (no one else gets it). We have conversations every day after cross country practice about our patronouses and what house we would be in. One of my missions in life is to get as many people as possible to read Harry Potter. Yeah, most people think I'm weird, but it's totally worth it.

Gosh I'm disgustingly obsessed. I don't really notice it too much until I remember that none of my friends are all that interested. I quote from the books when giving advice (sometimes you've got to think about the greater good - very loosely quoted, sorry about that), to prove a point, I can name all the chapters in order for all the books, and am often preoccupied with it, which isn't all that cool when I'm trying to sit a chemistry exam! Everyone just tends to ignore me and rolls their eyes when I mention Harry Potter... I've heard a lot about how strange i am but I am so fine with it. It's not quite my life, but it's damn close.

I'm not as "obbsessed" as I used to be at the start. I never concidered myself obbsessed, but... I read the three first books and enjoyed them, then a bit dissapointed with the fourth and after that I suddenly lost my interest. I tried to read OotP but failed that. And then I had a HP break from OotP book release to the movie's release. It was the movie that made me read HBP and DH (and then soon (finally) done with OotP now). Ahem in other words. I've gotten my interest back, but I'm not so "obbsessed" anylonger

I am so obsessed I luv the series. We have all 4 movies,1 PS2, I have all 4 books, and my sister (Jenelle) used to have the Game Boy. I also pay so much attention to thebooks and classes that Harry learns that I know every single thing about his world.

My friend last year had a book called the "Sorcerer's Companion", it deals with Harry Potter, like Curses, Hinkypunks, Redcaps, Vampires,etc... It even has information about Nicolas Flamel
