Im really not that obssed. I absolutely love the books and the movies and enjoy rereading the books but im not obssesed. This is the only HP site im a member of, and basically the only one i visit frequently. I dont own anything from HP besides the books and movies, but i really enjoy discussing it.

I am completely and totally obsessed!
On my wall, starting with the frist movie, I have posters, in order that tell the story, it continues throught the third movie at the moment, but I hope I can get more
I have memorized the first three movies ( not on purpose)
When I go and see the movies in the theatre, I will know what they are going to say ( and do say it lol) before they do, and my friends have no idea how I know it.
I constantly talk about it, and I get made fun off because of it
I think it is slightly unhealthy, but thats ok, because I am perfectly fine with it!

i really am, im happy that i have something to do in my own time, and i'm also obssessed with Fall Out Boy, but that im really afriad for. i think its okay to have obsessions.

I'm not that obsessed, but I do love the books. I think it has a very exciting and mysterious plot that when I read them I just can't put the books down! But the best feeling ever is when you're reading HP for the very first time...it's a feeling you won't have again and I think that that's what makes J.K. Rowling so brilliant, her writing makes the first time you read the books amazing. But, no I'm not obsessed. I think the actors do justice to the characters and that's very important when you act in a film that's based on a book. You have to act and portray the character that the reader has imagined, and that's very hard to do and that's one of the reasons I think Emma Watson, Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Oliver Phelps, George Phelps, Alan Rickman, and all of the other actors/actresses have done such a fantastic job, not to mention the directors and script writers. The actors have played their characters and have done justice to the books. I do think, however, that there was a few mistakes on the casting of a few characters, whom I shall leave unnamed. But, however, I do hope the same actors finish all the films because it just wouldn't be the same if they left.

I have a "healthy" obsession! I mean, at least it's not driving me to insanity...
And thanks to HP fansites like VTM, I can feed my HP cravings (if that made any sense)!!!

I´m also very obsessed i mesn i realy looooove HP.
But i´m not the biggest fan in the world if you know what i mean.
I also have periods for my intressts some time it was Lotr,HP and right now it is manga.

Okay, so my friends who aren't as obsessed as I am say that I am crazy and should go see a doctor or something. I have dreams about going to hogwarts and snogging Harry and playing Quidditch. I write really long stories explaining what's going to happen in the last book. I have at least five or six theories about what's going to happen, and I tell all my friends about them. I stayed up until six the next morning reading the newest book after opening night. And I ahve read all six too many times to count. I get extremely disappointed if something is left out in the movies. I can recite the first four movies by heart, too. Okay so maybe I am a little obsessed. But can you blame me?

i put very obsessed... i don't think i'm over the top 'cause i don't dream about it constantly or talk about it to other people all the time, but i'm still pretty obsessed compared to the normal hp fans... i read harry potter almost everday (well, just like a chapter) and spend a lot of time on hp fan sites (not as much as i used to, but i still do)... i'm dying to find more about the 7th book and 5th movie...

but i don't purchase any harry potter merchandise (maybe, when i have more money) or think that the characters are real or anything of that sort...

I'm a little too obsessed for my own good. Whenever I don't have a book to read, I read one of the Harry Potter books. And sometimes, when someone says something that sounds like something from an HP movie or book, I start reciting that part of the movie or book. Oh yeah, and I wrote some scenes for HBP. I'm fine with it, though.

I actually went for the last one....argh don't hate me!!! I only voted this way because it's really not very good of a person of my age to admit to being obsessed with Harry Potter, when the truth is I probably am. I am like you priori_incantatem when I have nothing else to read I pick up a HP book.

don't hate me for it but i wouldn't call myself "obsessively obsessed" really. i'd go to the library and check it out...read it for a while and maybe finish it in two or three days (haha i mainly do that because i am broke ). ive read each one about two times each. some more than that, but on average. i still love the series! im a part time fan, 30%*

I am obsessed, if you looked around my room right now you'd see a lot of HP things. I treasure my HP shirt. I have all the soundtracks, movies, books. Nobody I've played can beat me in HP Scene it. And I get a little jealous when reading about Harry's crush on Ginny. Ok lies, I get VERY jealous.

I have read each book 3 or 4 (or 5!) times and am going to try to get through the series a few more times before book 7 comes out. When is that supposed to be, anyway?

Well, for me, the Harry Potter books came into my life when I was really depressed and had a lot of time on my hands. I wasn't working because of an illness, and I was bored. And did I mention really, really, really depressed? Reading is one of the things I do to make myself feel better, and so I decided to give Harry Potter a try. It wasn't until the third book, though, that I became a fanatic. Fanatic.

I literally cried during the opening credits of the first movie. I had left work early just to be there for the first screening. It wasn't until I came onto the HP online community that I found people more obsessed than me. Which proves, conclusively, that if you think you're wierd, don't worry. You can find wierder people on the internet.

I am soooo obsessed!! All around my room is Hp stuff. Even my bed and my computer desktop and screensaver. And my aunt got me this picture signed by Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, and Rupert Grint for my birthday.

I'm not totaly obsessed, but I have all the movies, I pre- order all the books way in advanced, I always see the movies the day they come out, and I have a t-shirt that I love. I also read a lot on this site, and my friends kind of think I'm strange since I know all the actor's names.

I've also re-read the last books, since I read them way to fast to remember anything.

I don't consider myself to be overly obsessed with Harry Potter. However, I do love the series more than any other book I've ever read, actively wait for updates, and spend much time waiting for the next book.

well i took a survey on this and i got a 62% obsessed with Harry Potter Books, Movies and Stuff. so i thought that was awesome my family dont care how obsessed i am with Harry Potter because well half of my Family love Harry potter As well. ( so i'm not alone )

I am too obsessed. I could be a Lawyer with all the stuff I come up with to defend him and prove he is innocent even thought he is just a figiment of JKRs imaginaiton and im totally in love with him. I don't dream about Hogwarts, but I've read the books about 7-13 times, depends on which book. The first four about 13 times or more and the last two only about 7 or 8 times...

I am pathetic when it comes to being obbsessed with Harry Potter. I am on nearly every Harry Potter role-playing site, I write numerous fanfics, and I dream about living in the Harry Potter world every night.

Oh, and I can relate everything to Harry Potter. For example: Each grade at my school has a color freshmen are yellow, sophmores red, juniors green, and seniors blue. To me, that means that freshmen are Hufflepuffs, sophmores are Gryffindors, junios are Slytherins, and seniors are Ravenclaws.

And I have dug down soooooo deep, that I think that Peter Pettigrew drank Polyjuice potion to look like Dumbledore, so Peter is dead, not Dumbledore! Too many facts and too much time...

So, yeah, no one in my school is as obsessed as me. And it scares my friends at times.

I'm too obsessed for my own good. I really am. shakes head Although, I talked to a friend of the families kid yesterday and he's actually created a parasocial relationship with Harry Potter (A parasocial relationship is when someone believe the character are real and that they are friends with the character, and that they spend time together and have adventures together and hang out all the time) It was quite interesting. But I couldn't bring myself to breaking the poor kids heart. Although I warned the parent, Parasocial relationships can go wrong and mess with the kid. So, I'm not obsessed to that point, but I'm close enough to still know its a book/movie. haha

I tell you, I'm too obssesed for my own good, but i'm fine with it. Really!! I have no problem with it. I mean, is that bad that I read book 5 and 6 in 1 day? (each). No... Of Course not!! Is it something wrong if i didn't eat in those 2 days anything? NO!! Of course not!! So i'm really fine with it! I mean, i just read each book 4 times in eglish, 7in romanian and 2 in french... is not that bad is't it? And i am not kiddin!! Really!! I should improve... Oh God, now that i figure it out, i read the books like 84 times... OMG!!!!!!!! I can't believe it!! I am a disgrace for the name of obsessed! I haven't even reach 100!! ShaMe on me right? im extremely obsessed with the series and the movies...i have like 60 billion million sites bookmarked that are all harry potter and such, i built a lego hogwarts XD have all the dvd's and books of course, and the list could go on for ages..but ill spare you all.

I am so obsessed, it's pathetic! I've collected movie books from Goblet of Fire and I have most of the novels. I also go on a ton of HP websites in my free time.

OK, let be more specific. When I have more important things to get to, I don't spend alot of time on HP (whether books or internet sites). However, when I do have free time, I spend most of it on the net, browsing HP sites and rereading the books in order. I like reading the theories HP fans come up with...they really make me think.
So I have to admit, I seasonly get obsessed with HP, as long as there's no university work to be done.

I'm way to obsessed! But I really don't care! I drive my parents and my friends insane! Everyone in my class asks me why I like Harry Potter so much! I've been bringing the books to class for free reading time. I'm reading the 5th one for the 2nd time at the moment.

I LOVE Harry Potter! I am soooooo obsessed!!! I have read each of the HP books 20-30+ times, I've watched the movies even more. I think about it when I have more important things to do, I dream about it. I bring my HP book to read in class, I have HP pictures all over my room. I am too obsessed for my own good. I visit Harry Potter sites all the time, I have a log of spells in Harry Potter, I have read almost all the info on the HP Lexicon about all the animals, potions, spells, wizards, charcters, etc. I check JKR's site for updates on her writing all the time and I do my best to find out secrets when the door can be opened. I am not that obsessed. I dont have any posters on my wall of harry potter and i only have the books. I dont have the dvds although ive seen the films, but i am obseesed with reading the books. Even if I was MEGA OBSESSED i wouldn't really go for the posters snd ornaments stuff.naaa. Stupid really. Anyway, I like the books and I havent got the time to be obssessed with harry potter. Anyway, I will become obssessed, no doubt. I mean, I'm 11 years old and I only started reading the books a year ago. Since then I got through all the books then the Half Blood Prince when it came out. But im a young beginner. I will become obsessed and I will get posters and stuff. my friends think i am beyond obsessed I have read the HP Books more than 100 times each (no kidding) i always read fan fiction stories, i write fan fiction stories, i non stop talk about harry potter, I make up harry potter stories in my head at nite to make me sleep (I am an insomniac) and you could ask me any question about harry potter and i could answer it right in the first 5 seconds I have pictures all around my room at home and at boarding school and they all feature something to do with harry potter and i know the movies off by heart.

I'm so pathetic, I read, reread, rereread, etc.. the entire series (1-6) at least 7 times a year.. and before the next book comes out, each time a new one comes out, i reread the one that came out before it, and then the one before that, and the one before that, and so on.. and then i reread them again, except from the first one on this time. lol and on top of that, i write HP fanfics, i draw HP fanart, and I watch at least one Harry Potter EVERY DAY (i watch one at the least every night, for sure--i pick one and put it in the DVD player to watch while i try to get some sleep.. lol and then i end up staying up to watch the whole thing.. and then i put in another one after the first one is over, and try to go to sleep again.) i'm lame. lol

I'd say that I'm very obsessed. Well, 38% from that test that was posted in the Sorting forum. I think I'm a little more obessed than that though, I've read all the books loads (not so many times that I know them off by heart though) and seen each film about 10 times. I don't think I am so much that it's pathetic though, except for the fact that I come on here about 2 hours every day.

Ah, I would have to say I am very very obsessed. I have other things in my life I need to worry about, yet here I am. I love the world and everything around it. The people are friendly and nice on the communities, I just love the atmoshpere and stuff. Its a great thing to be obsessed with, I guess.

I amn't sure,if I'm very obsessed with HP series or not .On the one hand,I could live without them.But on the other hand,I've read all 6 books,watched all films and now I'm rereading all books on English(before that I've reread them on my native language for several times) .

I think that I am tasefully obssessed. I mean, people at work think that I am a little bit strange for being on Harry Potter websites all the time. In fact right now I am at work as I type this. I have a phone job so when calls are slow I am on here practically my entire shift. The girl in the desk next to me calls me a big kid, but oh well...I enjoy it!
