Biography: Jeff Rawle was born on July 10, 1951 in Birmingham, England, UK. He worked at the Sheffield Playhouse before enrolling at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). His first big role was on stage in the production "Billy Liar" for LWT. He is well known for the quirky characters he plays on television shows such as "Drop the Dead Donkey" and "Bergerac." People fell in love with his characters and because of that, he was chosen to appear in many advertisments including Ford, Auto Exchange, and Eurostar.
