Sitara Shah was announced as Parvati Patil by Warner Bros. on May 11, 2004. Shah appeared briefly in the third movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and her picture can be seen here. However, WB chose to replace Shah with a new actress in the fourth movie.
Shefali Chowdhury will play Parvati Patil and Afshan Azad will play Padma Patil in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
