Physical Qualities: Leavesden Studios is the UK's first purpose-built film studio complex. It is a 100 acre backlot of Leavesden Park and it offers a 180 degree uninterrupted horizon. It provides up to 1.6 million square feet of high quality office accommodation, amenities, and film studios within a 300-acre parkland setting.
Info: Leavesden Studios is the main location for Harry Potter filming. The Quidditch World Cup scenes, Great Hall scenes, and the Pensieve scene in the fourth Harry Potter movie were filmed at the studios. In previous HP movies, it has served as the set for Diagon Alley, the Great Hall, Hogsmeade, Dumbledore's Office, Gryffindor Tower, the Moving Staircases, and the Courtyard.
