It seems that Bill Nighy has been casted as Rufus Scrimgeour in Harry Potter and the Deathly hallows. For years Nighy has been complaining about being the only British actor without an appearance in the Harry Potter movies.
Rumors have been rampant on the Harry Potter message boards that the actor had finally made it to the cast list. Nighy is quoted as saying: I don't think I'm allowed to say it but I'm going to be in the next Harry Potter film. I won't say which character, but he's a goodie. I just got the gig.
