However, she chose to focus on drama in college and went to Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. After college, she made a name for herself on the stage. A few years later, she secured several television roles, followed by film roles. Richardson prefers offbeat roles that allow her to act. Her hobbies include drawing, walking, gardening, fashion, falconry, and music.
